We had an awesome weekend at this property. The house was plenty big, several rooms for entertainment, the bedrooms were the perfect size, amenities, etc. Kitchen was fully stocked with lots of spices (that’s a plus!) and the basement downstairs was another great plus as we all played cards and pool for the night. Would recommend and definitely return for another weekend in the future. Thank you!

We had a beautiful time. The house was spacious, clean and welcoming and we loved our cat friends who greeted us. Only issues: The firestick did not work in the master bedroom. I called for assistance and nothing happened. There's a small insect issues. We spotted a couple of roaches in the bathrooms. There was trash under the beds. Empty water bottles and plastic wrappers. Didnt notice until we were leaving and checked under the beds for possible fallen objects. We loved the family center being conveniently across from us. We will definitely visit again. Thanks so much. My granddaughter and her best friend were surprised, comfortable and happy.

House worked well for a group. Big, spacious, and clean. Perfect location relative to the track - 15 minute walk - in a safe, quiet neighborhood. I'd be happy to stay here again. Wish the place had a grill, otherwise it had everything we needed. We tried to leave the house as we found it. They do have outdoor cats that we fed - be prepared to help out. The gray one I wish I could have taken home - definitely an "indoor" cat living outdoors who was very, very sweet.

nothing negative to say about the place it was beautiful the family enjoyed it from the beginning to the end definitely will plan a future trip... the only bad thing i could say is that there's no grill but other than that nothing everything was fine

We wanted to have a family vacation and usually we stay in Arrowhead lake but decided to do something different. So let’s start… the house was nice. The rooms were clean and set up nicely. There are cats around the property and the owners ask you to keep them fed. As long as you don’t mind cats this isn’t an issue. My kids love animals and enjoyed putting food out every morning and every evening. The indoor pool and amenities were really nice and our kids went swimming every day. There are tvs in the living room, master bedroom and one of the guest rooms however they all run on Amazon fire stick and there isn’t one in the guest room. The issue is if you don’t have your own charging box and a way to make it plug in to the outlet into the TV they don’t work and you won’t have any TV. The wifi kept going out and when the wifi goes out the entire TV service does as well. This was very inconvenient to say the least. In all the times we stayed in the Poconos wifi and cable access was never an issue until this place. Next we went in April and although it wasn’t summer, everyday was in the 80s to high 80s. Please note you have no access to the AC. It is locked with a pin and the owner of the property had the temperature set to 90 degrees. The house was unbearable during the day. Each day we messaged the property manager trying to get a solution. It would be fixed and temperature would be turned down only to get turned back up again to 90 degrees. The upstairs was a sauna during the day and at night making it impossible to get our infant down for a nap or to even sleep at night. I have never paid this much per day to have absolutely no access to keeping the property comfortable. When I say the house is like sauna I mean it but then add that the owner had it set to heat and while it is hot outside it was blowing heat inside and we could do nothing to stop it. The property manager who I did speak to is very nice and tried his best to do what he could but at the end of the day, he isn’t the owner and his hands were tied. Between the wifi, TVs and the temperature of the house I definitely don’t feel like we got our monies worth. It’s a shame because had things been different we would be planning our next vacation at the same property. I was promised a refund per day for the inconveniences which I don’t believe is enough or sufficient for the issues but it is what it is. To date I haven’t received the refund or any information regarding it…

The home was spacious, clean and had all the amenities needed for a typical family to be comfortable (including board games, washer/dryer, clean towels and linen, etc). Unfortunately the bedroom TVs did not work however we don’t watch much TV in our rooms so this was no big deal. The reception staff were friendly, pool area was very warm, and gaming tables for the kids were nice. There were small issues like the “air hockey table” did not work and only one pool stick worked for the pool table however we made the best with what we had! Overall, I would go back simply because my children enjoyed themselves and we enjoyed the peace and quiet which was exactly what we wanted.

The house was much nicer and bigger in person than in the photos. The descriptions for some details were not very specific so we ended up bringing a lot of extra materials just in case. The beds were extremely comfortable and the cleanliness was no better or worse than expected.

The place was filthy. I had to clean for 3 hours before going to bed. House needs attention with repairs. Management company was terrible. Nothing was resolved for our visit even though we contacted them immediately upon arrival and throughout our stay. Marketed as -NONSMOKING NOT THE CASE t -No firewood available as promised -claimed to sleep 10 only had 5 towels - driveway and garage had ice which was liability - no outdoor lights worked ie front door, outside the garage, entrance hallway light not working - front door handle broken -no code to enter garage -No laundry detergent to do laundry so we could not was sheets/towels as requested prior to leaving -garbage left from previous tenants in the garbage can in the garage as well as not emptied garbage cans inside the house -appliances ovens/ microwave/ toaster oven were filthy I had to clean to use them - cleaning crew left a vacuum cleaner that did not work and has not been cleaned or emptied - local management company was unresponsive until after we left -house was not cleaned upon arrival Toilets were dirty and garbage left - window screens ripped -smoke detectors- some missing, some not working - furniture with nasty stains - bare minimum supplies ie lacked soap, Toilet ,paper tissues - kitchen pots and pans need to be thrown unusable - the house needs to be fumigated if it going to be advertised as non smoking several family members experienced significant respiratory distress while there - dining room chairs were unsteady six chairs for a house that sleeps 10 - holes in a wall that needs repair -other furniture with rips in fabric other chairs falling apart. -window shades were broken -Most issues were documented via photos and communicated shortly after arrival - the space was great -Location great for our needs a nice big house that once was beautiful but now is run down

We stayed at the property for 3 days and 2 nights. There were a few minor inconveniences, such as only one TV in the home worked, the stove top was out of operation, and no firewood upon arrival. The owner was readily available and very helpful with all our questions/issues. We did find out prior to arrival that the gas cooktop was not working so we could plan accordingly. We were able to check in early, and let the kids rest and go to the pool and the activity center. We were also able to have a late checkout which was nice. We celebrated my sons 9th birthday, and the kids had a blast. It turned out to be an enjoyable weekend.

We booked this very last minute and it met every expectation and more! We loved every single thing about this property and will stay here in a heartbeat again! All I could do was picture this place at Christmas! Thank you for a wonderful stay and we loved the furry friends!
