There’s also a desk AND monitor with a new apple HDMI adaptor for a dual-monitor screen so you can comfortably work in a private space. Two regular HDMI cords also provided.

Bedroom 2 (Queen Bed) - Features a brand new memory foam mattress and furniture.

Bedroom 3 (Queen Bed) - Features a brand new memory foam mattress, furniture and Smart TV.

Bedroom 4 (Queen Bed) - Features a brand new memory foam mattress, furniture and Smart TV.

Living Room 1 - Features a 65 inch smart TV and brand new sectional with ottoman.

Living Room 2 - Features a brand new sectional with a view out into yard.

Dining Room 1 - Features a brand new dining set and table with seating for 6.

Dining Room 2 - Feeling less formal? Take a seat at the high-seated kitchen table. I love using this as my working station during the day.

Kitchen - Fully equipped with a coffee maker, appliances, blender, kettle, beater, toaster and more. Labeled so you can easily find what you need. If we don’t have tools you need, let me know and I’ll make sure you get it!

- The spa can double as a mini pool for your smallest kiddos.
- It can’t be called The Pink Flamingo without the retro-pink pool tile and flamingo decor scattered throughout the property. Entertain the kids with a flamingo scavenger hunt and find 11 flamingos that are on the property in kid-friendly accessible areas. Once they’re able to locate all 11 (please put them back for the next guests), your kiddos can redeem a $40 gift card to Target which is a 4-minute drive away! Sorry adults, kids-only :)

- Smoking permitted OUTSIDE ONLY, please dispose of buds properly, will fine $100 for any litter found in the yard.
- Pets are allowed on a case-by-case basis. XL crate provided. ($300 non-refundable pet fees apply)
- Heat pool to your own risk and liking. Guests will be charged gas fees that can be traced on a daily basis for full transparency. Expect at least $125 a day to heat the pool and spa for first day usage. Rarely needed during the Summer season. Option to pay only what you use available.
- No events, parties or large gatherings. Noise laws throughout Coachella Valley and the Greater Palm Springs area. Please read the welcome binder for more information. A fine will be imposed if reported.
- Coachella and stagecoach attendees will need to provide a $750 refundable deposit and cleaning fees will be $500.
- Guests are responsible for gas bill for anything excess of $50 as it will cover regular usage without pool heating. Guests will have the option to pay their heating bill for the pool or pay up front for heating.
