It’s stylishly furnished and surprisingly light. Take in views of the glorious groves outside from the living rooms’ easy chairs or breathe in the crisp mountain air and get a closer look from the balcony.

Ski-in & out of this property from the Strawberry Park skiway and Elkhorn Chairlift, or simply walk right up to Centennial to start your day on the mountain.

Saunter over beautiful hardwood floors throughout, make use of the private washer/dryer, and soak in the artisan hot tub on the Townsend Place grounds . There is even covered garage parking... • Housekeeping has always used and will continue to use anti-viral disinfectants on applicable surfaces. including, but not limited to, counter tops, appliances, light switches and doorknobs.

• Use of a professional laundry service for the linens. They use special cleaning products that are effective towards eradicating viruses/bacteria, in addition to washing in high temperatures.

• Use professional tools, including microfiber rags, large and small brushes, melamine foam sponges, and floor mops with replaceable cleaning pads.

• High-touch areas are cleaned and scrubbed with every cleaning, including light switches, fan pull chains, remote controls, cabinet knobs, appliance handles, kitchen counters, etc.

• Guests can check in directly to home, avoiding contact with others.

We really enjoyed the proximity and amenities! The parking garage is tough with a larger car 😬 and the lack of a dryer made staying on top of laundry tricky. A dry rack would be a great addition if no dryer will be added! The pass codes were a bit confusing at first and we could never get the one in the garage to the elevators to work, but it wasn’t a big deal. Overall a great visit!!

Great stay for the most part. The good: Enjoyed the parking. So thankful for the luggage/lobby carts. Plentiful and well placed. Enjoyed the keyless entry. Appreciated the fans and humidifiers in both rooms. The view from the living room was peaceful and tranquil. We enjoyed that we could walk to ski school or the square easily. The less favorable: Elevator was a bit slow but stairs were handy and we used them 99% of the time. The master bed was a bit soft and the pillows were a bit over fluffy. The trundle was hard to pull out/push back. We don’t use it but wanted to. Locating the trash and specifically the recycle was difficult. Had a hard time lighting a fire. Even changed wood. Finally gave up. The ski in was difficult to locate from the mountain. The ski out had limitations- the Elk lift is quite fast and overwhelming for new skiers. The trails off the Elk lift weren’t ideal. It would’ve been nice to end up further west towards Strawberry.

Great unit with a 5 minute or less walk to the slopes and village. The condo had easy parking, comfortable and ample funiture, and everything you need to feel right at home when you get off the slopes.
