This house was perfect for our Nashville Girlfriend Getaway! Close to everything, but in a quiet, quant, neighborhood. Beautiful 1920s era Craftsman Style house that had updated kitchen and bath. Plenty of room, and overall it was a perfect stay for us!

The house is adorable and just a short Uber ride to all the action on Broadway. It was perfect for our group and we would definitely stay here again. The host was so accommodating and very responsive. It was a great trip!

Wonderful visit! I was in town for my 30th with 7 other girlfriends and this listing was perfect for it! Super cute home, good location. We ubered to everything but could have definitely walked to downtown/the east Nashville shopping area. Host was very communicative and great to deal with. Thank you for having us!

The house was roomy with a nice amount of sleeping areas and bathrooms. It is also was very nicely decorated. It was wonderful to have the fenced in yard with the dogs, although sometimes the back gate didn't want to shut. The location was convenient being just 1 mile from downtown. It was easy to drive to the pedestrian bridge to park and then walk to downtown and it also was easy to get an Uber to downtown. We rented this house for 3 days and 2 of those days we had no hot water. We also waited the one day for the plumber (we was told he was one his way at 3:45pm and didn't show up till 7-7:30pm). I had many messages back in forth between home owner and their assistant and dealing with the plumber instead of them just taking control of the whole issue themselves. The host did refund us just under 10 percent. We asked for more and host replied with a not so nice of a reply. That we were lucky to have a roof, clean bed, running water, fenced in back yard... And that we quite frankly we insulted her by asking for more of a refund. We even asked for her to negotiate with us and she did not.
That was not our intent to insult her, it was just a big inconvenience for us (a group of 7 adults) while on vacation not to have hot water for baths and dishes for 2 out of our three day stay!!!

Our family enjoyed the stay during the Thanksgiving holiday. Great location with thoughtful amenities.

Our first visit to Nashville was great! We loved being so close to Broadway downtown and the airport. Can’t wait to come back.

We suggested this property to our client and her family. They were going to have to be displaced from their home after an insurance claim, during repairs. The family thought this would be a perfect fit their needs and location.
This host is amazing and very communicative. After booking we ran into an issue from the contractor that caused multiple changes for the family. The host was wonderful through all of the craziness and even with the changing dates made sure the home was perfect for their move in. We would 100% recommend this property for your next stay.

The house was an easy walk to downtown & the Stadium. The house was as pictured, clean & communication was good. Checking in & out was easy. I would stay here again.

My wife, best friend, his wife, & myself stayed here this past weekend for a fun adult getaway.
The pictures do NOT do the Shelby house justice. It oozes nostalgia & it perfectly furnished in every way.
It was the hottest weekend on record and the A/C kept us cool around the clock. More than ample bathrooms for 2-3 couples allowing each to have their own.
A stones throw from Blue Sky Cafe (best breakfast nook). There is an organic market “The Turnip Truck” just past the park about a .5 mile away for anything you might need. The house is also on the edge of Edgefield and has great neighborhoods to get a walk or run in.
As for getting into the “action”, it was a very quick (less than 5min) ride from Shelby to any of the hot & historical spots on Broadway.
We would encourage any & everyone to stay here! Will definitely be returning on our next trip to Nash.

The whole trip was wonderful, hosts were very responsive and accommodating. We stayed three nights and were able to walk/Uber easily and quickly anywhere we wanted to go. The home was more than enough space for our party of 8 adults. Nice covered porch to watch traffic and drink coffee on in the morning, back yard was fun for evening conversation. Kitchen has all the essentials and a large table for our crew to have breakfast in the morning. We enjoyed being able to walk downtown in about fifteen minutes and home from Nissan Stadium after a concert. We would definitely book again.

We were in Nash I’ll for a few days. The location is convenient. Five Points is a great location for dining out. Quick access to the downtown area. The house was clean and as depicted in the pictures. Communication was spot in and we enjoyed our stay.

The home is very welcoming and comfortable, and the location was close to everything we planned to do. The property owner was wonderful to work with and answered all questions. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Nashville!

Everything was great from location to accommodations

A nicely updated home on the east side of Nashville. Parking in the gated yard which was nice. Walk to downtown a little over a mile which we did one of the days of our stay but also on a bus route. The home is on a very busy street that can be noisy throughout the day and night.

Had a wonderful time. The property was very clean, spacious, and our dogs had plants of space espy with a gated yard. It is a 30 minute walk to the downtown but ubers weren’t expensive and always 2-3 mins away. Our host was east to communicate with and we would definitely recommend staying.

We enjoyed our stay and really appreciated the very quick responses to any questions we had! The property was perfect for our group (4 adults, 5 kids). There was a bit of an issue with dog hair being found in many corners, under couches, etc. (which wasn't noticed as much until the sun finally began to shine!). However, that is to be expected in a pet friendly home. More of something to take note of for the cleaners. The walk to/from the stadium was busy but not difficult. Thanks for a nice stay!

A very nice stay in a good location, just as advertised! I would recommend, and will remember for future Nashville stays.

This property is a quaint remodeled bungalow, very close to downtown. It had 3 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. It appears very much as listed and was very clean. There was plenty of room for our family of four. Would recommend for families.

This place was awesome! Had everything you need and more. It was only about 5 minutes from downtown and Broadway. Also nice that it had a front and backyard, both of which were fenced in. Will definitely stay here when we go back to visit.

We enjoyed our stay here. The house is very close to downtown and not far from S12 Street. The front yard is gated but on a pretty busy street. The back is larger but mostly dirt and was under construction when we stayed so sadly we could not do much outdoors. The house itself had everything we needed and was very clean. The stairs are pretty steep if you have little ones but there is a door to close it so that helped. Fun spot would stay here again.
