About this house rental
Named for the stately, elevated walkway to its front door, The Bridge House gives you a beautiful, spacious retreat on the Central Coast. Located in the heart of Bella Beach, Bridge House is a three-minute walk to the beach access, the children’s playground, and a sweet French café, but ensconced in trees and set back from the road for privacy.
The shady front porch gives you three rocking chairs for morning coffee, listening to songbirds or catching up with a favorite friend. In the evening, enjoy a glass of wine on the shaded front porch while grilling dinner on the large gas BBQ. Inside, light pours into the south and west windows onto sage-colored walls with fresh white trim. Comfortable and inviting, with pine flooring, comfy sofas and chairs, TV/Blu-Ray and a gas fireplace, the living room has a white plank ceiling to reflect the light.
The dining table for ten gives you extra room to lay out a puzzle, play games, or serve a feast from the gourmet kitchen; there’s extra seating at the granite kitchen breakfast bar. You’ll love the European-style hanging rack, with its wonderful selection of pots and pans, the gas range, and lots of kitchen gadgets and bakeware in the kitchen. An accessible king master suite (with removable shower grab bars in the bath) is supplemented by a half-bathroom on the main floor. The upper level is surprisingly spacious and well-lit from skylights, with four large bedrooms including a king and queen bed and four twins, plus two full bathrooms.
Invite your family and friends to join you in this thoughtful, elegant home for your next stay at the beach. Between the design, décor, and layout, it is a fantastic home for groups or families to take some time to relax and enjoy everything the Oregon Coast and the Pacific Northwest has to offer.
This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or on the interior of the house.

The neighbourhood is quiet and quaint, and we liked the nearby cafe. The beach is lovely - you can walk all the way to Fishing Rock. The house has a great kitchen that has all the pots/pans/utensils needed to feed a large family. The only problem we had was dust mite allergies - the house was clean but it is a humid climate where mites thrive so bring your meds. The property management company is very responsive and the owner checked in with us via phone and seemed lovely.

The Bridge House was a very nice house. It was well stocked with dishes and linens especially for a large group. We had 10 people total staying in this house and we had another group of family members staying across the street. When they would come over for dinner or to play games there was plenty of room and dishes. Overall, the house was clean and well maintained. I would stay there again!

These days when you rent a place on the coast most have a hot tub which my kids love, and usually the garage although empty so you can park in it, instead will have some activities such as air hockey, ping pong, etc. These have become sort of standard so I wish they were there since the place is priced and similar to everything else in the area. It did have a great selection of books and I loved reading the log book and about the husband of the owner he seemed like a great man, she also seems wonderful.

Overall our stay was great. Some amenities were not available but was taken care of quickly.

Living room and kitchen were a little smaller than I expected since all the bedrooms were so big. Nice house. Had a good time.

We wanted a long weekend at the beach with our adult daughters and young grandchildren. This home was perfect for us in most ways. For very young children note the house has stairs in it without stair guards - I would recommend it is better to bring children at least 4 years old. Beautiful beach neighborhood, quick 2 block walk to beach but long staircase to get down to beach. Quiet neighborhood. We will visit here again.

We loved the house. Very nice and the bedrooms were big and nicely appointed as was the kitchen. It is just a very short walk to an excellent, wide sandy beach. Close to Lincoln City and Depoe Bay. We would love to come back again sometime next year.

The home was well appointed and close to the beach. It had most everything needed in the kitchen and the rooms were comfortable, although the twin beds are best for younger kids, not young adults.
My only complaint is that there is noise monitor that would send us text messages if anyone was walking & talking outside in the evening, it would even pick up our conversations inside the house if we had the windows open. I can appreciate they were trying to keep a low key environment in the neighborhood, but these tactics are overboard in my opinion.
Otherwise, it was a nice weekend away with family.

This was the perfect home base for a weekend at the beach with family and friends. Short walk to the beach! The layout worked well for prepping meals together and having space for our large group to eat. Everything was clean and well cared for. Would definitely stay there again!

We have been using this property for the last six years and love it! The location to the beach is perfect for our family. The layout of the home is great, the kitchen is quite well appointed with needed equipment. The property was the cleanest that we have found it in previous years. We also appreciated the new & wonderful, washer and dryer. Regarding the downstairs primary bedroom: the mattress is comfortable, but the linens need refreshing, coverlet included. We understand the need for the waterproof mattress pad, but a good mattress pad over top of that would be a great improvement as well as some good quality sheets. Next trip to Bella Beach we hope to stay in Bridge House again.

This house looks smaller than it really is. There was room for everyone plus some! We enjoyed all the amenities. Would book again. Thank you

Rooms were very comfortable. Kitchen has everything needed to cook. We stayed for a week and only ate out once. Quick and easy access to the beach. The floorplan and 4 bathrooms made this really convenient for our family. Our full-size SUV fit in the garage, which was a plus.

The house was large and well furnished and equipped. The open floorplan downstairs was great for the family to gather around and cook, and eat, and celebrate Christmas.

We had a wonderful time. House is very spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable and I am very picky. Beach was very close by and easy walk. When I reached out with a question to the management, I received a timely response back. Would love to stay here again.

The house and neighborhood are great. . Pros: house is spacious and comfortable, lots of amenities, easy walk to the beach. Cons: the internet is awful, had to reset router several times. directions to turn into the neighborhood need to be specific. It is difficult to see the sign to the road, we missed it a few times. Parking at the house is not good. 2 cars in the garage and we had to park a car sideways in front of the house because there is no where else to park.

The house was clean and inviting. The neighborhood was super cute and the beach was a very quick walk away. We absolutely loved the house. When we had questions they were super quick to answer (even late at night when one of the kids locked us out of a room). I would absolutely stay here again!

We enjoyed our time here although there were tons of people and super hard to park cars and get in and out. It’s not my favorite stretch of beach, the sand is pretty soft. Very nice house, well stocked kitchen. Thank you

This was a lovely property. Very close to the beach and a short walk to the cafe. Short drive to Depoe Bay. The community is densely built up, but most renting tenants nearby did their best to control noise.

We traveled cross-country for an event and wanted to spend some time on the Oregon Coast after our event had concluded. We have friends in Portland, and this house was perfect to house both families for a couple days. Very clean and well-stocked with the basic items you would need. Very short walk down to the beach. Kids absolutely loved both the house and the beach. Grill didn't seem to be working, but maybe we were doing something wrong. Really, the only complaint was that we couldn't stay longer!

Before booking the property I contacted the owner to verify there was fast reliable wi fi at the house since we would need to work while at the property. The owner confirmed there was and we booked. We arrived at the property and the internet was not just slow it was unusable (4 mps download .25 mps upload) it went down for long periods of time and wouldn’t get any connection to the server at all. I spoke with the property manager, owner and the owners friend and was told “the house has slow wi fi that’s normal.” The owner blatantly misrepresented the wi fi in the house and I provided email record to the property manager to that effect. They didn’t even reach out to the isp when we told them it was completely down until the end of the second work day. Nothing was done to fix the internet during our five day stay and there was no apology or offer of any dispensation due to the blatant misrepresentation that induced us to book the property.

Highly recommended
The quiet local action, a short walk from the beach was ideal. The house is very well appointed — even had a pizza stone!
The only downside was the flaky, slow, internet connection (even after rebooting )
