The property is located about 8 minutes from the historic center of Funchal, Madeira Island, where you can find the Lavradores Market, access the Cable Car and explore the Old Town.
If your goal is to enjoy the beaches closest to your accommodation, then you should know that there is a range of free and paid options of interest. Praia Formosa is free and extensive, with a choice of pebble and black sand. Following the promenade you will find two paid beaches before reaching Praia Formosa, the Complexo Balnear da Ponta Gorda and the Doca do Cavacas. After passing the pedestrian tunnel, access to Praia Formosa is immediate. Following the promenade, you will end your walk in the neighboring county of Câmara de Lobos, a town with a great gastronomic and cultural diversity to explore. Take advantage of your stay to explore this town, which offers countless possibilities!
In the opposite direction, head towards the center of Funchal and find other beaches available, such as Praia do Gorgulho - Gavinas (free of charge) and Complexo Balnear do Lido (paid).
About 2 minutes walk from the accommodation you will find the Forum Madeira Shopping Center and right behind it the Ajuda Public Garden.

To explore the cultural activities, radical activities, activities related to nature, it is best to rent a car and explore the other municipalities of the Madeira Island.

- All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also put a baby cot, a high chair and a baby bath if needed, but you should request. There are a first aid kit, extinguishers and fire blanket in the property.
