The Space
Welcome to our warm, inviting, completely private, and recently renovated 1600-square-foot basement-level apartment. The space is well-decorated and equipped with small touches and amenities to ensure a relaxing and pleasant stay. You’ll be in a very nice and quiet neighborhood just 2 miles from downtown Lawrenceville and other popular surrounding areas.
On the lower level of an occupied house with no children or pets. You must share a common entrance, but the space downstairs is all yours and accommodates 4 guests.
When you enter, you’ll be greeted by a luminous and plush open living space. The living room features comfy sofas and a big Smart TV for relaxing downtime moments at home.
There’s a fully equipped kitchen with quality appliances and all the essentials needed to prepare meals at home, plus a breakfast bar area with 4 bar stools. Nearby is the dining area with a great round table for 4 to enjoy dinner and good conversation. Both of these spaces could also double as a comfortable laptop workspace if there’s a remote worker in the group. Plus, there’s high-speed WiFi for all your connection needs.
There are 2 bedrooms, both spacious, well-lit, and tastefully decorated, with queen beds, quality linens, and Smart TVs in both rooms! The full bathroom is modern, with beautiful finishes and an LED-lit vanity mirror for “getting ready” moments.
Outside, you’ll find a lovely patio surrounded by trees and lots of green space when it’s time for some fresh air. It's the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or relax with a book. (This is also a shared space with the main home.)

Guest Access
Guests have full and exclusive access to the apartment that’s in an occupied home with no children or pets. You must share the same entrance to the home to get down to your apartment.
It’s also important that you list all guests included in the reservation at the time of booking. Additional visitors must be approved in advance.

This is a self-check-in property using a door code for entry. Codes will be sent to you before your arrival.
You’ll have complete privacy during your stay, but we’re available 7 days a week. Should you need anything, just send us a message.

In a very nice and quiet suburban neighborhood just 2 miles from downtown Lawrenceville and close to other popular surrounding areas, restaurants, shopping, golf, and nightlife. About 30 miles northeast of downtown Atlanta.
Getting Around
The Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL) is located about 40 miles from the property.
There’s street parking at the home if you arrive by car and plenty of other transportation options. You can also take a rideshare service like Uber or Lyft or go by taxi. If you prefer public transportation, there is Gwinnett County Transit located nearby.

This apartment is in the basement of an occupied home in a quiet suburban neighborhood. You’ll hear living noises from upstairs, and some spaces are shared, like the front door entrance and the back patio. In your apartment, you’ll have full privacy.
This is Georgia! There are a lot of wooded areas. Please be aware that bugs may be seen. And while we do have pest control scheduled quarterly, bugs can still get into the home. This is out of our control, and NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN. It’s best not to leave any open food out to minimize any insect visitors. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
We do not provide daily housekeeping services. However, the property will be thoroughly cleaned before your arrival, and basic essentials such as toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and hand and body soap will be provided to get you started.
Please do not flush feminine products (i.e., tampons) or wipes in the toilet. Please use the waste basket provided. Also, do not put food or grease down the kitchen sink. A $300 charge will apply if the sink or toilet becomes clogged.
Please don’t use the towels for makeup removal. Makeup stains are very difficult to clean, and we need to charge for makeup-stained sheets and towels.
Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
Surveillance cameras are located in outdoor common areas and public spaces and are strictly for security reasons to ensure guests' safety.

- Guests with no prior reviews will need to send a copy of their driver's license or government-issued photo ID to complete and confirm their reservation.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, vaping, etc.) is allowed inside the home. There is a smoke detector inside, and if evidence of smoking/vaping is discovered, there is a $250 penalty. Also, the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited.
- Parties/events are not permitted without advanced approval. Restrictions apply.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. Unapproved guests are subject to a $50 fee per person fee and/or immediate cancellation of the remainder of the reservation without refund. No tent or other structures may be set up on the property grounds.
- Check out is at 11 AM. Unapproved late checkouts are subject to a $50 fee.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on check-in day or during their stay.

Lawrenceville Escape was more than we hoped for. The apartment was so beautiful and so big! Every room was huge. It was beautifully appointed and had every comfort and convenience. It was immaculately clean and ready for us when we arrived. I can't think there could possibly be a lovelier place to stay in Lawrenceville. I very highly recommend it.
