READ FULLY!! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS HOST! Our family had a large gathering in town and we needed a place for 2 50+ females. (My aunts) From the start after I booked the trip Linda was very hard to communicate with, I would call her and she did not answer once. She did call back once, hours later. Messages and texts also took hours to get a reply. My 2 aunts smoke cigarettes and there was a quite area behind the town houses where I’m sure all of the residents in that complex go to smoke that we designated would be ok for them to go, as they do not smoke in their own home, they wouldn’t smoke in someone else’s either. Also, 1 of the MANY “house rules” no smoking INSIDE! Very understandable. But this host won’t allow you to smoke outside out back, out front, AND not even in the road in the neighborhood. Even after she told me to have them smoke out front. I wish I could share screen shots of her harassing and disrespectful messages. She makes you feel like there are cameras inside watching every move. And every neighbor around the townhouses are “watching”. In the middle of the stay she told us to get out and she was flying into town to inspect the place. She forced them to get out in the middle of the stay and said they were violating rules but could not tell us what was violated. After my aunts drove away, they circled back and someone was already in the driveway. Very creepy that someone was watching them the whole time. I’m sure they felt ridiculous after walking inside and seeing the place perfect. Linda even messaged me days later at 1am stating they used the bathroom like it was a problem! I have rented places on VRBO before and the hosts were amazing and wanted you to enjoy the place. Linda ruined our entire family trip and weekend and I truly hope no one ever has to deal with this in the future. I would like a full refund and an apology from Linda but I highly doubt she will be helpful in anyway at all. Stay far away from this property and host.

Host is disrespectful, hard to communicate with and constantly harassed guests during the stay
