We had a really good time here. Really nice house that is well managed and maintained. You can tell the owners put alot of work into it. Big yard, Big dock and plety of outdoor seating. The fishing was pretty good, the kids caught lots of fish. Owners are very nice and responsive. Great place for a family to enjoy the lake.

The hosts have made this lakehouse absolutely perfect. The house has plenty of roomy spaces, fantastic views, and more amenities than you'll ever need. They really thought of everything. The kids jumped in the lake and actually caught a couple of fish! We just chilled and enjoyed a very relaxing time. Thank you for sharing your home!

This is the best property we have stayed at on the lake. The owners are so nice and accommodating. This property has everything you need. The house is beautiful and well kept. Inside and out. The boat dock is the same. We will be coming back hopefully year after year. This is a perfect family home.

We were able to stay in this great property for the total solar eclipse. It was a wonderful place to stay as a family and enjoy time together. Julie was very respnsive and helpful. Wish we lived closer so that we could come back more often!

This house was perfect for our mini vacation, couldn't ask for more. So much space, everything thing was so organized and clean. Such a beautiful home. Fishing dock was my favorite part, guaranteed big fish all day. Definitely not going to be my last time going there. Owner responded super quick and answered all my questions I had. Highly recommend

Great house great location lots of room beautiful back porch and yard only thing you need to bring is food. They have everything from trash bags and zip lock bag to all the pots and pans you would ever need and more than enough linens. If I could change anything about this house it would be less family pictures.

Julie was a top notch hostess. The property was a great place to unwind and relax. Most of our time was spent on the amazing deck watching the water. Several girlfriends mentioned bring their families to stay! Five star recommendation!

This is the best VRBO we've ever rented! Property was clean and up to date. Anything we needed was available and the hosts, who live nexr door, treated us like family. We caught lots of catfish and were close enough to Dallas area to spend a day at Six Flags. I highly recommend staying here; great atmosphere, close to stores, restaurants and Dallas area, but still feels exclusive. Also, if you're lucky, you can watch Mack, the owner's gigantic lab, chase butterflys; it will make your day.

We decided to try a lake house for our annual extended family vacation and this property exceeded all our expectations! House was spotless, beds were comfortable, the back patio was hard to leave, and we had a blast on the lake! Even with the heat, the ceiling fan on the back patio made it so pleasant, it was hard to go inside. But the inside was so comfortable and inviting too…just a perfect stay for our group!

The Lakehouse was perfect! Very beautiful and peaceful! The outside was amazing, enjoyed the patio, the outdoor bar area and the dock! We enjoyed fishing and swimming off the dock. The house was very beautiful and decorated so cute! Beds were extra comfy. Owners are next door and we’re helpful anytime we had any questions! The hot tub was a bonus!!! Would definitely stay again! Thanks Chip and Julie for sharing your house with our family!

Had a girls trip planned to shop in Canton and this property was the perfect location. The house is beautiful, clean and has absolutely everything you could need. The beds were super comfy, and with three bathrooms it made getting ready easy. The back porch is a relaxing place to sit, and view the lake. We’re already planning to book a trip to stay again. Julie is a fantastic host.

This was a perfect get-away for our family! Chip and Julie's lake home is truly a home away from home. It is clean, beautiful and has plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy. The lake view is amazing and made patio time even better! Julie is the sweetest hostess and her care for detail is seen throughout. We can't wait for a summer trip to the lake at the Miller's!

We celebrated my hubby’s 60th with his cousins for a weekend of fishing and downtime. Could not have ask for a better place. We will go back! Only negative-hot tub wasn’t working.

We had a fabulous time at the lake. The house was so warm and inviting and decorated so perfectly. Any utensils, or pans or dishware or anything that we needed was there. The dock was great to fish off of and we caught lots! We definitely plan on going back. Chip and Julie were great hosts.

My husband and I stayed a few nights to celebrate his 60th birthday. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. Outdoor areas are awesome for cooking and relaxing! Fishing was excellent off the dock. Pictures don't do it justice. House is so clean and everything looks brand new. Absolutely the best sunrise ever! Would definitely stay again and would have to bring a few friends/family to enjoy it with us. Plenty of space to share.

Great lake house, plenty of room for everyone, a nice getaway from the city! All the kitchen supplies you could need, supplies for a a great campfire and great expansive views of the lake from the expansive porch. Very homey and cozy, you could tell a lot of love goes into the place by the owners conveniently next door that were very friendly and communicative. It was perfect for a sisters/girls weekend, would come back with the family when it’s warmer to take more advantage of the lake activities- fishing and swimming :)

First, I would like to start off by saying “thank you” to Chip and Julie for the hospitality and for going great lengths to accommodate us. Such genuinely nice people! The house, amazing too! plenty of space for 10 of us on our high school fishing tournament. The boys enjoyed the hot tub after a long, cold day fishing on the water. The adults enjoyed the covered patio and we even built a fire in the fire pit to sit and relax . The home’s landscape is gorgeous and I really want to book again in the summer months to enjoy everything it has to offer! There were personal touches throughout the house, beds were comfortable, bathrooms clean, snacks in the kitchen, plenty of pots/pans/utensils for cooking, and toiletries and towels were plenty. Thanks again for making our cold weekend, warm and cozy! We are so glad you chose to share your home.

We stayed here for a girls weekend in Canton. There were seven of us and there was plenty of room for sleeping. The view from the living room is gorgeous! A large double dock and large back patio with hot tub. There are two full baths and 2 half baths, which made it very easy for everyone to get dressed in the morning. The house was very clean and newly remodeled. Ms Julie was very quick to answer any questions and to assist if needed. We ordered from Grammies Menu list and the food was delicious. We order breakfast for each morning and supper for Saturday evening. This little lake house is a gem. We will definitely book again.

If you have any reservations about renting this property - DON’T! The pictures do not show how fantastic is really is. The house and yard are amazing. It is fully equipped with everything you would possibly want or need. The owners take a lot of pride in making your stay amazing.
