This was by far the best rental we have stayed in. Lots of space, tons of extras including full size toiletries, immaculately cared for, fresh brownies when we arrived. It was the perfect space to relax and spend quality time with family and friends. Would 10/10 recommend. We will definitely be staying here again.

This was a very clean nice and new property and had plenty of room for 5 adults. The only thing I would have like better is to remove the thick memory foam on the master bed and to put bath towels in the bathrooms, not the laundry room. I think the towels were a slight slip up. Overall it’s a beautiful home.

The house was very clean, new and modern. The beds weren’t the best in my opinion and the house location wasn’t in the best place. Too far from anything. I would stay here again for sure.

This is a beautifully modern home with everything we needed. We had two couples and two young girls and each had our own very comfortable space. We enjoyed the grill and hot tub. When our bed seemed too soft we took off the mattress topper and the mattress itself was a very comfortable memory foam mattress which was perfect. Don’t forget to bring socks or house shoes as the host asked for shoes to be left at the door. We would definitely stay again.

I’ve never been to a rental that was so completely clean and well stocked. Multiple sets of towels, linens, spices, and everything needed for the kitchen. Nice little touches added everywhere. I would definitely want to stay here again!

This house was a lovely and convenient place to retreat to after long days related to our son's college graduation. It was easy to get to our son's house near the Gonzaga campus within 15-20 minutes (depending on traffic), and also far enough away from downtown to feel like we weren't in the thick of things all the time. The neighborhood was quiet and easy to find. The house was well appointed with everything we needed. Just wish we had time to use the hot tub! Wish we had discovered this place sooner!

Family and I were in town for a volleyball tourney. House was very clean and also roomy for the size. Plenty of beds and clean towels. Kids loved the hot tub and my wife loved how clean the house was. **Did I mention clean Dave was a great host and very responsive. Highly recommend.

My dad, my two teens and I stayed in this lovely property while in Eastern Washington visiting various colleges. The hot tub was wonderful after spending our days walking all over campuses. The house was very clean and nicely appointed. The beds were very comfortable. We didn't eat any meals there but it looked like the kitchen was well stocked. The only downside is the access to the neighborhood - one route (recommended by Waze) is not (yet?) paved. But we found the alternate route so don't let that keep you from a lovely property.

We stayed here for our son's wedding. The home was a perfect home away from home and had everything we could possibly need! We were especially impressed with the cleanliness and uncluttered, yet homey, comfortable feel. The labels in the kitchen made it very easy to find whatever we needed. Access to the garage parking made it extra nice in cold, winter weather! Dave and Anne were wonderful to deal with and were very responsive. We would choose to stay here again any time we're in the area!

This was such an amazing property and the hosts were so kind and pleasant to deal with. We literally felt like it was our second home and look forward to returning for future getaways! The house was fully stocked - from the kitchen and little extras (coffee, condiments, pots/pans), to the bathrooms (soaps, towels, shampoo/conditioners) to the outside area - Cornhole, hot tub, grill and comfortable seating with a fire place. Highly recommend to any and all who need a home away from home. Close to the north end of Spokane and easy access to everything.

Anne & Dave have a amazing home! They thought of all the comforts of home from Labeling cabinets to black wash cloths to cozy throw blankets throughout the house. They even have instructions framed so no book of germs. Anne also responded with in minutes. We will stay again and recommend to family and friends.
