Location was ok

Apartment was dirty and run down. Didn't even have any kitchen utensils. Furniture on balcony was awful and uncomfortable the sofa was ripped in the living room. The internet went off all the time. Everything in the fridge froze as the freezer compartment door was broken. Needs lots of work and probably should stop renting it out until its done. I mean they had an umbrella on the balcony with nothing to put it in. Oh and ants everywhere. Personally I'd avoid.

Apartment worst I’ve been in.

This was the worst Apartment I have ever stayed in. Bathroom filthy with mould. And Black and Brown Stains. Would have thought Booking .com would check the Apartments. They have on there site.

Atlantic Gardens: Well worth a visit.

Was a lovely location, very clean, beautiful gardens, 2 large pools, pool bar was great with very friendly staff, everything was within a 10-20 minute walk.

For us, bedrooms would benefit from air conditioning at night and the fan provided was very, very loud but all in all it was fine

Apartament jest położony w bardzo zacisznym miejscu, ale niedaleko centrum miasta oraz plaży. W środku jest czysty, przestronny, w dobrym stanie i fajnie zaprojektowany. W sypialni są zasłony zaciemniające i rolety, w salonie są zasłony zaciemniające, więc apartament się nie nagrzewa. Kuchnia wyposażona dobrze, naczynia są niezniszczone. Przestronny taras. Wygodne łóżko, szafa. W obiekcie są baseny, przyjazna atmosfera. Jest cicho, nie słychać sąsiadów.

W salonie jest sofa ze skóry, co dla mnie jest wadą, bo jest to nieprzyjemny w dotyku materiał.

I didn’t enjoy staying at this apt.

Location was okay bathroom was nice good shower.

This apt was very dark. The front door was broken the patio doors were old wooden French doors no bolt on them. Only window was in bedroom but couldn’t have it open as was on ground floor. It was extremely hot in the apt and it smelt of damp. There were dead flies every morning on the kitchen work surface and on the floor.

Disappointed we feel we were miss sold the apartment it wasn't what we booked.

We like the Complex and normally book thought the hotel but find the apartments basic so when we seen this ground floor apartment with a double bed more to our taste we booked it but on arrival we got the basic upper floor apartment with single beds, we though we had made a mistake and booked the wrong apartment and we couldn't figure out the booking using our mobile phones so we didn't like to make a fuss. On our return home and with use of the laptop we were able to see we had indeed booked the better apartment, we feel that we were miss sold the apartment, I have been onto the letting agent and gave them time to come to us which they have not, we have brought this to the attention of bookings. The apartment also had ants which we never had issues with before when staying in Corralejo and the place seemed clean but if you looked closer it wasn't, the hair dryer was filthy, the shower drain was blocked and we only had one set of towels each for 7 days.

Our biggest issue was not getting ground floor apartment we booked with double bed and garden views.

It was nice and relaxed

Location to shops and restaurants is only 10 minute walk or even. Pool was lovely. Girl working at the bar was friendly. Apartment was clean.

Beds were low. 2 single beds kept separating at night. Room very stuffy at night. No air conditioning. Towels only changed once. No cleaning service while there. Sheets could have been changed. bathroom small and stuffy. Didn’t know it was a private booking until I was told at reception. Could do with fixing the fan on the ceiling.

Relaxing break in a lovely apartment, benefitting from good communication from the host.

This apartment was clean, contemporary with all necessities to hand. The complex was clean, spacious and easy to comfortably relax in peace. The town was a short walk away, but there are bars, eateries and a large supermarket right next to the complex.

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment, but must highlight that we both feel that it would have benefited from a ceiling fan in the bedroom, as it was very warm.

Exceptional

Fantastic staff, very helpful and quickly responded. Nice apartment, lovely swimming pool in the complex, a short 2 minute walk away. Beach is a 10 minute walk and a large supermarket (Hyperdino) is located right beside the apartments too, so overall a great location.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this lovely apartment located right next to Campinario shopping centre but it was very very quiet and peaceful at night. It had modern furnishings and comfortable beds. Shower was fantastic with great water pressure! Laura answered my messages immediately if I needed anything. Swimming pool and loungers were great and pool bar was excellent.

Would have liked towels changed twice per week, but not a big issue.

Very good

Very clean apartment. Bed very comfortable memory foam mattress. Fan in the bedroom plus a mesh blind that let in air and kept out the mosquitos. Patio overlooking a garden which was very private. Had everything you would need on holidays. Very central and close to the beach. Had 2 lovely pools 👍

Had a bath instead of a shower. I had my hip done so the bath was very high for me. I said this to Laura and she said it's on the plans to put in a shower. Also would like 2 sets of towels. I don't do laundry on holidays. Apart from that it was lovely.
