My wife and I stayed here for a short weekend getaway trip. The historic apartment was very clean and accommodating. If we had any questions, Amy answered them within a couple minutes. This is a perfect spot for those looking to be in the heart of downtown Frankfort or close to Lexington.

This location was perfect for a nice getaway. The listing is located near local bars and restaurants. We never had to walk more than 5 minutes. The noise level was peaceful and almost nonexistent. The property is located up a flight of stairs so beware of that if you have issues with that. The property is also so cute and had everything we needed, nice kitchen, bedroom, living room, bathroom. It was everything we needed. The property managers were so receptive and easy to contact. We will definitely be renting this property again in the future!

We really enjoyed our time in Frankfort. The apartment filled all our needs and the location was great. The bourbon bar on the corner was top notch and we could visit Buffalo Trace in just a few minutes. Short ride to other locations as well. Well appointed comfortable apartment. We would definitely come stay again.

Wow! What an awesome stay! Literally perfect from check in to check out. The location is amazing…right in the middle of historic downtown. All the shops, restaurants, bars you could imagine and more. The only time we drove anywhere was to the very close distilleries.
The unit itself is so unique. Super clean and very safe and comfortable. Parked right outside and walked right in. Loved the historic vibe and modern amenities. We didn’t want to leave!

My husband and I decided to tour part of the "Bourbon Trail" in Kentucky this year. I found this studio apartment at the last minute and booked, hoping it's 5 star rating would be accurate, and IT WAS! Downtown Frankfort is very laid back. Everyone was friendly, the buildings were beautiful, and the restaurants we visited were excellent! It was a nice place to come back to after a long day of bourbon tours and tastings!

We loved this flat in downtown Frankfort! Old Kentucky charm! Walkable to restaurants, bars. Locals very helpful and approachable walking around town. Short drive to Buffalo Trace, the new Capitol, Cliffside diner. Walkable to historic old houses and old Capitol. Owners were flexible, helpful. Pictures on webpage extremely accurate. Being there in person was even better. Highly recommend! Thank you for everything!

I couldn’t be more pleased! The apartment is gorgeous and filled with natural light. Clean as a whistle and so comfortable. Two doors from the bakery and half a block to the wonderful downtown diner. I walked miles every day and can hardly wait to return next spring!

We were in town for a wedding at a distillery and chose to go with this apartment instead of the hotel block. We are so happy we did! The location is fantastic, walkable to so many historic sites and restaurants. Just a short drive to distilleries and state parks. The apartment is beautiful and well appointed, and even the sofa bed was comfortable. Highly recommend.

Loft apartment was just as advertised! Space was very clean and well-appointed. We did no cooking but kitchen appeared to have everything needed to prepare a meal. We loved being downtown Frankfort which was so walkable! Restaurants, bakery, coffeehouse and the river all within a short distance. Location made for a great home base to visit distilleries, horse races and the Ark Encounter! Be sure to try Rebecca Ruth Bourbon Balls!! We loved Kentucky and would definitely stay at The Bing again when visiting Frankfort.

Really fun loft on historic Main Street. We were an easy drive to Woodford, Buffalo Trace, Castle and Key, and Old Crow - all of which we toured on this trip. For meals and evening drinks, we could walk to about a dozen different great spots from our front door. Location couldn't be beat, and the space was really fun, clean, and thoughtfully renovated (really cool historic loft over office space on street level below). We're definitely coming back 😄

I have stayed in a lot of VRBOs, and usually enjoy them. This beautifully renovated apartment in a superb location may be the best ever. Comfort, convenience, good communications and a little history combined to make our trip to Bourbon country a smashing success. We hope to return soon!

We were on our 30th Anniversary trip. We did some Bourbon Trail things and just hung out in the neighborhood. Loved the vibe so much we are planning another trip next year!

Was in town for class reunion and rented this location, which was great site near downtown festvities, including added bonus of Friday night live. The rental has such great light from beautiful floor to ceiling windows rising to nearly 15 feet in the main room. A lot of care was taken in this renovation. Kitchen was well stocked. The Windows have highly functioning interior shutters, and they were easy to shut and open.
Great night sleep and both bathroom and bedroom were easy to access and accommodating.
There are many bakeries and coffee shops in Frankfort, but walked to Farmers Market on Saturday for coffee and assorted items.
This is a very nice unit and one I highly recommend and will rent again. Thank you Amy for the use of your unit and my compliments on the renovation!

Historic Downtown Fun
This suite above a Historic Downtown shop is immaculately restored! The perfect size for the two of us (although there is a pull-out bed in the sofa), it has everything we need. It is the perfect location for exploring Historic Downtown Frankfort and a jumping-off point for Louisville, Lexington, and all the bourbon distilleries in the area. We will stay here again when we are in the area!
