About this house rental

You can't top the location with direct access to ATV/UTV mountain trails, 1 mile from the marina, a short walk to downtown restaurants and groceries. The pickleball courts are just across the street. This home comes with a fully stocked kitchen, 4 bedrooms, a media room, and a comfortable living space, making it the perfect place to make memories for your vacation.
The space
This amazing townhome has plenty of room for everyone! There is a large family room and media room for everyone to enjoy, each with 65" smart tvs so your guests can spread out and enjoy your own entertainment. Each bedroom includes a 50" - 55" smart tv along with extra cozy blankets.

THE BEDROOMS
Master Bedroom: King bed (sleeps 2)
Upstairs Bunk Room: Triple bunk bed (sleeps 3), Double full bunk bed with twin-sized trundle (sleeps 3)
Upstairs Bedroom: King bed (sleeps 2)
Downstairs Bedroom: Queen bed (sleeps 2)

THE BATHROOMS
There are 3 total bathrooms (2 upstairs, 1 on main floor). Each bathroom has a shower, the master bathroom also has a bathtub. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hair dryers are provided, and extra towels are located under each bathroom sink.

THE KITCHEN
The Kitchen is fully stocked with all standard supplies plus extras: children's dishes and utensils, baking dishes and pans (cake and cupcake pans, casserole dishes, cookie sheets, etc.), crock pot, toaster, electric hand mixer, blender, electric griddle, tea kettle, 12 cup coffee maker with complimentary coffee, tea, and hot coco, salt/pepper, and a few additional supplies.

PARKING
1 garage spot, 2 designated spots in the driveway, as well as additional overflow parking for cars, boats, and trailers.

Awesome townehome! Lots of outdoor activities on the premises and nearby. Great location and close to the main drag, marina, beaches, etc. We had 7 people and had more than enough space. Very clean and well taken care of property. We would stay there again 100%

We (3 families) stayed for 2 nights in August. Very clean and nice. Great layout - plenty of room and we really enjoyed use of 2 kayaks to take to Bear Lake. We loved that games were provided, and played both nights. We used the grill out on the patio. Upstairs was a bit warm but fans were provided to help the AC keep it cool. Loved the media room for sleeping babies. Overall-very nice!

The location was great! walking distance to all the food places we wanted to try. The house was spacious and had everything we needed. Austin was quick to respond to any questions we had. All around a great experience!

Austin was always responsive and helpful. We had just about everything we needed at the townhouse. The location was great. Wish we had used the kayaks... it was very cool that they were available. We did use the other yard games. Loved that Pickleball was across the street... too bad the lights didn't work to play at night. But overall had a great stay!

The location was really close to food and the rental beach we were going to. The cleanliness was “broom clean” but could use a good deep cleaning. Lots of good space for our family.

This host and the property were absolutely fantastic!! The property is clean and well kept. Instructions for check-in and check-out are clear and easy. Communication with owner was great. We enjoyed delicious restaurants, cute shops, and the beautiful shore of Bear Lake-- all within walking distance.

We loved being together to celebrate my husband's retirement. The 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms were just right and the kitchen was well-stocked with essentials, including a high chair! We also loved having multiple TVs for kiddos and adults. Great central location in Garden City.

Trying to find a location for a quick weekend getaway, we pinpointed this cozy townhome in Garden City. The place is chocked full of amenities, and the location is superb if you're going to visit the lake, unique restaurants and other activities in the area. We went in the off-season during fall break, when the weather was mild. The town was peaceful and quiet and fall colors were prevalent. This townhome has plenty to offer with lots of comfortable beds, TV's in each room, and a kitchen complete with all the appliances and utensils you need to prepare a home-cooked meal. It was very clean and tidy when we arrived and had all the comforts of home. The proximity to restaurants, shops and the beach is great, allowing a walk or short drive to many of these places. Check-in and Check-out was made very easy by the host. Though we didn't experience any problems during our stay, I felt the host would have addressed any problems should something arise. We would definitely consider staying here again next time we visit Garden City.

The town home was just as described. the bedrooms were a good size, and easily fit our family of 11 the unit was sparkling clean. tTe Kitchen was very well stocked with the utensils, etc. that we needed, more than most VRBOs we have stayed in. The location was very convenient to everything. The units all around us were full of quests, but we didn't hear a thing once we were inside. Very quiet. I would definately recommend and would rent again.

Everything about this place is amazing. The layout was ideal for our family. The kids loved watching their favorite show in the movie room after a long day on the lake. Great location! Everything about it was perfect. We want to come back again next year.

Overall, the place was great and we would stay there again. We felt the kitchen was lacking in cooking utensils, but we made it work. Also, the AC was very uneven, freezing downstairs and warm upstairs. The management was great. We ran out of dish soap and they were really quick to respond..

I have rented several VRBO’s and this may have been the cleanest ever. Beds were very comfortable and the extra little touches meant a lot. Host was excellent to work with - no issues whatsoever. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

We had a great stay. The owner was very helpful, and the property is as advertised. The property is close to the heart of Garden City in a Townhome Community. Parking is limited to two vehicles.

We loved this townhouse! It was clean and suited our needs perfectly. Our family consists of 4 married couples, 2 teenagers, and an infant. With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, everyone had the space they needed. Our teenagers enjoyed the media room and the wide selection of movies on the streaming service. The kitchen contained almost everything we needed for cooking. There were plenty of plates, cups, bowls, and cooking pans. There was plenty of silverware. We used the pancake griddle and loved having it there. There was also a crockpot. We used the outdoor propane grill as well. We enjoyed the pickleball courts and park that are across the street. We also enjoyed the community pool across the street, which is included in the rental price. Every time we went, we were the only ones there. Our teenagers enjoyed riding the bike. The owner is very responsive. The drive to the beach and the main part of Garden City is less than 5 minutes. We loved our stay and we would stay here again!

This home was beautifully decorated! We loved that they had so many cozy blankets to use in every room. We really enjoyed the upstairs TV room that we could all snuggle up in after spending all day at the lake and our kids loved the bigger bunk beds. We would love to stay here again sometime!

This house was just what we needed to enjoy our stay in Bear Lake! It was situated so close to town and the lake. The place was clean and had plenty of room for our family. A few highlights for my wife and me were the extremely comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, great entertainment options, and beautiful scenery. Austin was so communicative and gave great recommendations for what to do and where to eat. Will definitely want to return in the future!

We absolutely loved our stay at the beautiful townhome! The location was absolutely perfect! Our hosts were wonderful at communicating and left us so many extras we didn't want to leave! From the the popcorn in the media room to the games the house every detail was covered! The home was spotless from top to bottom and the comfy beds and the entertainment made us want to stay there forever! We will definitely be back!!!
