So come with avid golfers or sit back and watch comfortably from the outdoor terrace. Fully equipped with a built in BBQ and Kitchen, Fireplace and plenty of room for top notch entertaining. Not feeling golf, step into the homes massive, modern, and open kitchen with attached dining and bar. Don't want to cook on vacation? Not to disappoint, some of Sedona's best restaurants are just moments away. The compound consists of the main home, with a master suite wing, in-ground heated pool, terrace, courtyard, hot tub and a separate casita!

BEDROOMS:

The Master Bedroom wing you enter through double doors and has an ensuite with a claw tub, walk in closet and a private door to a patio with a hot tub! Enjoy time in your suite by the fire or separate sitting area.
Guest bedrooms are located down another home wing. One Queen bedroom shares a bathroom with a bunk room. Both boast plenty of space to spread out for great rest.

GROUNDS:

Nothing short of breathtaking views are seen all over Sedona and staying at Sitgreaves will only enhance that experience. Take a dip in the in-ground pool, picnic in the Courtyard, have a gourmet meal in the grand kitchen or even star gaze after a day of golf.

House Rules
Pool and landscape vendors access the home once per week and have access to the back yard
Pool heat is an additional $150 p/day + taxes. Note once a guest is checked into the property we may not be able to turn on the pool heater or heat to desired temperatures, your planning is key.
Pack & Play and Highchairs - $40 each
No pets allowed
Quiet hours are enforced from 9pm-9am
This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings.

For your safety and security, there may be public-facing cameras installed on the property.

*We do our best to ensure guests have a 5 star experience. Guests will be provided with a start up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc so that upon check in you do not need to run to the store. If your stay is longer than a few days you will need to bring these items with you. Thank you!

*Important Note: We want you to enjoy your stay to the fullest, Please be aware amenities may break or not work during your stay and we'll do our best to accommodate you. May an amenity not work or fail during your stay we will do our best to make it right, and we can refund up to 10% of the affected nights to make it right. You have to let us know at the time of notice so we can do our best to remedy the situation.
