The home boasts a stylish large family room and kitchen area with floor to ceiling windows for lake views and natural light. The kitchen Island includes a drop-down dining area for 6 that is perfect for hosting large family dinners. All kitchen appliances are brand new and high end. Kitchen includes everything needed to host and cook for 9 (cookware & dining).

The outdoor area includes upper and lower decks with wonderful views of the lake along with a seating area for 8. After a long day playing in the water or cruising the lake, get cozy around the fire pit with seating for 8 (firewood provided).

The dock is boat friendly and guests are able to tie up on two sides of the dock. Cleats and fenders are on both sides for added protection to your watercraft. Water depth is around 6 feet depending on the time of year. The dock slip (boat lift) is occupied all year by my personal boat.

The game room is the latest addition to the property boasting a spacious area for the family to engage in friendly competition. The game room includes a pool table, poker table, bumper table (under the poker table top), popcorn maker (popcorn packets included), Miss Pac Man arcade, Tic-Tac-Toe, Slungshot, Connect 4, Checkers and sectional facing a 70 inch TV for movies or sports!

Pet Policy:
- This is a dog friendly property but there are limitations and all reservations with a pet must be approved prior to booking.
- Guests are limited to 2 dogs, per stay.
- It is ok to leave the pet unattended

Pet limitations:
- No dogs under the age of 2 years (24 months)
- No cats
- All other types of animals must be approved prior to arrival

Don't worry about rainy days, there are the following items to keep the family entertained:

As a host, I like to offer basic essentials to all guests who allow me the opportunity to host. I provide the following consumables for all guests to prevent from guests having to buy those pesky items you might only use once or twice during a stay.

My interaction with guests:
As a host, I firmly believe in providing exceptional service to all guests who stay in my home and I do not use any form of automated messages or canned responses like other hosts. I genuinely enjoy the hospitality portion of this industry and want my guests to feel welcome and meet the needs of their stay. After providing service to hundreds of families during my time as a host, I can confidently say each family or grouping is unique in their own way. While automation allows for hosts to scale, I am more concerned with the service provided and ensuring my guests needs are met.
