We rented this house to get ready and take pictures at before our wedding and it was absolutely perfect. Very clean, decorated beautifully, and they supplied all of the essentials which was so nice. We were also greeted with a wedding gift sitting on the counter when we walked in. Excellent property and excellent hosts! 10/10 would recommend to others.

The house was beautiful and stay was amazing. The view across the lake is great and area is easy to get to. The host has made the house cozy and comfortable, overall great stay.

We had a wonderful stay. The house was perfect for our family of four and grandparents. The house was well stocked with everything you would need for a long weekend. It had all the kitchen utensils, games for adults and kids, toiletries. The property was large and the location on the lake was a big bonus! We will definitely be back.

This was a great place for our girls weekend trip! The house was updated and was the perfect layout for what we were looking for! A great open floor plan, nice bedrooms and bathrooms! We also appreciated the extra features like games and the awesome Bluetooth speaker! Would highly recommend if you are looking for a place to stay and not get to far outside the cities!

Love the view of Forest Lake. Nice property, but is in need of: - More Linens, especially wash cloths, dish cloths and dish towels - Window Coverings, especially in the bathroom - Need new fuse for dishwasher. Tripped twice during our stay - Downstairs shower control valve prevents adequate hot water for shower - Windows were dirty and lots of spiders

This place was a fun weekend get away for a few of my friends. We really enjoyed the place but there were lots of spiders outside the property. The porch out front and out back was covered in spiderwebs. If they sprayed this property I would definitely be willing to go back. Also some of my friends didn’t like that they didn’t have any curtains in the bathrooms or living room. Personally I didn’t mind.

Five out of five stars across the board! This place is even better than described - super clean, roomy, awesome location, private dock with fire pit. Kitchen and linens very well stocked. Beds were super comfy. Appeared newly renovated to combine sleek trendy vibe with charm and elegance. Great place for families just to hang out and enjoy the surroundings. Large decks both in front and back plus the fire pit area by the dock were our favorite hangouts. Jacob was quick to respond and help before, during, and even after our stay! If our travels take us back to MN we would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I took our grandkids to stay at the lake- their 1st experience of Lake Life. The cabin has a nice, open floor plan. Everything we needed to enjoy a short getaway. Sitting to chat and grill on the front deck was the best!

Wonderful house for a family lake vacation

Wonderful house for a family lake vacation

We rented this property for a week vacation and it worked well for us, our young kids (ages 4 and 8) and spry grandparents! The house is beautiful and well-stocked. We cooked every day and had all we needed in terms of kitchen supplies. It is a relatively new rental, so there aren't a lot of "extras" left by other families yet, so we recommend bringing essentials - ie olive oil, spices, etc - if you plan to cook. The location on the lake was great! We were close enough to town to make it easy to get groceries, etc. We had a pontoon for our stay and there is a public dock just a few "blocks" away, which made the boat transfer easy and there is a nice dock on the property. Having a boat was helpful because the water right near the beach is pretty weedy. We had fun swimming farther out in the lake. Jacob was also incredibly responsive and helpful! Definitely recommend this rental!!
