Loads of sleeping accommodations, nice kitchen. There were 5 of us that stayed a week, but we had extended family that stayed a couple of nights with us and there was plenty of beds and rooms for us all to sleep comfortably. My daughters wedding was an hour away in Vilonia, but there arent many options around there to stay. My husband was able to smoke brisket in his smoker outside and make a ton of food in the kitchen at this vrbo. The wifi was spotty, and access to the lake seemed more for fishing than swimming.. but they've had a lot of rain so the lake was high and storms affect wifi, so i think this may have been a rare occurance. Overall I am very pleased with our stay and would recommend this place. Owners very quick to respond to texts as well. Location downfall is 40 min drive to nearest walmart. Most restraunts and stores are on the other side of the lake. Peaceful though đ

We wanted a long weekend getaway and this cabin/house was excellent! Super clean and very comfortable! Very close to the water in a nice little cove. Also great proximity to the marinas and only about a 20 minute boat ride to the cliffs!

Because of the Trump assassination attempt we were anxious to watch the news in tv. The reception was so bad we were just frustrated. If possible, I would suggest an upgrade to First Cooperative Electricâs new fiber optics. Everything else was near perfect. Thanks so much for an enjoyable stay!

We enjoyed our stay, but there were a couple negatives.
We were unable to get the gas fireplace to light. We contacted the property manager via text. We received a call back from a woman saying he was in a meeting, but would contact us shortly. We never received that call.
There are very visible cobweb with egg sac and decicated spider(s) under the round table in the livingroom that appear to be black widow.
The king bed is firm, but not uncomfortable. That of course just comes down to personal preference. One of our guests had to use one of the two roll-away-beds. He found it to be comfortable. It appeared to be a decent foam mattress.
Positives: the kitchen was very well stocked with pretty much everything except a citrus juicer. The pans are are fairly small if youâre cooking for a bunch, but certainly doable.
The fire pit was nice feature. Itâs a bit of a walk from the house to it, but not a big issue.
All in all I would say our stay was pleasant.

The cabin and all amenities were wonderful. We especially liked the separate game table in the living area. The beds (even the rollaway) were exceptionally comfortable. The entry walkway was a bit rough for some of our older guests, and the fireplace didn't work, but we made great use of the fire pit near the lakefront. Having readily available fire wood was fantastic! I highly recommend this property! Thank you for providing our retired group a perfect location for our retreat.

The house was absolutely gorgeous. Our group had plenty of room to stretch out (there were 8 of us) it was beautiful and peaceful. The firepit was a nice surprise. We will be back!

Property is in a nice quiet area, off the beaten path so to say. Accommodations are very nice, and quiet. Down side - nothing really. Very nice place.

Plenty of space inside and outside for the 9 of us. Fire pit was well stocked with wood and far enough away to not smoke up the house. Well stocked kitchen and coffee bar. Deck was great for chilling in the evening and the only two criticismâs (minor) I would have is there was no large skillet and the wifi was intermittent. Looking forward to another vaca there in the near future.

We had a fabulous Christmas with a beautiful view of the lake and some snow thrown in!
The house was perfect for our family. We used the gas fireplace and the fire pit in the yard.

The place was beautiful. It was hidden and very quiet and private. It was a little walk to the Lake but you had it all for yourself.

In summary, we were really disappointed with this property, especially after experiencing multiple VRBO properties that were in excellent shape and as advertised in the past. This property is represented as being "on the shores of beautiful Greers Ferry Lake" , however, it resides along Corps of Engineers land overlooking a tree-lined cove on the lake. The actual lake is a pretty good piece from the house. Guests must walk across the yard in order to enter the home (no sidewalk or pavers) thus carrying grass and debris into the home. There should be a sidewalk or paver walkway built up to the home in order to prevent this. On our first morning, we discovered that both cloth bathroom shower curtains were terribly soured and spotted with mildew only because there was not a plastic liner installed on either of them. The cloth curtains just laid in water and never had a chance to dry out because they were too long. We discovered what appeared to be urine-soaked sheets that had been put back into its packaging when trying to make up one of the rollaway beds. We took both shower curtains down and washed & dryed them and washed the sheets also. In addition, there were several towels on the rack which were supposed to be clean that had brown spots on them. A guest should not have to deal with cleaning these items during their stay. It's obvious that there is no pest control at the home as we experienced live spiders, crickets and wood roaches while there; lots of dead bugs laying around as well. There were cobwebs and the windows and sills behind the blinds were littered with dead bugs. The HVAC return air vent was horribly clogged with dirt, so we went and bought another one and installed it. There should be a hand rail on the step-up from the yard to the front decking. There were vines growing up thru the wood decking on the front porch. Collectively, our opinion of this home was not good. We were very unhappy with the condition of the home and the lack of cleanliness inside the home. There was trash littering the driveway from the main road down to the house. The location is only fair and is not very convenient to anything. I hate to be so critical, but when you give your customers a forum to convey their satisfaction or dissatisfaction, the only choice you have is to improve what has been brought to your attention and keep future guests happy or run the risk of not ever renting the property again. Hopefully, you will take these comments proactively

Great place to stay
This is a beautiful house that accommodated our entire family. Itâs close enough to the lake for a quick walk down to fish or swim. Yet far enough to ensure privacy. We loved this house and weâre hoping it is available next year.
Thanks so much for letting us enjoy your home!

Great Lake hoise
Great Lake house! Even better in person! You can tell the owners care about your experience. Randall was very helpful with any questions we had. The house a great layout and the kitchen is equipped with all that we needed. We loved the lake views and that there was yard for our 2 y/o and pups to roam.
