Fantastic location, while not a true ski-in/ski-out, it’s a very short walk to the lift. The mud room was fantastic, nice to be able to take equipment off in the unit, and have it completely dry the next day. Parking was easy, getting in was easy, getting to lift/rentals/ski school was right next door.
I enjoyed this unit a lot, one of the better ski experiences. Will look to be back in 2025!

Great location, great unit with everything you could possibly want. Thry even set up a little Christmas tree which was so perfect for us.
What a lovely special ski holiday we had.

Our family enjoyed this condo and loved the close location to the resort plaza and ski lifts. The mud/ski room was one of the best we’ve seen for ski rental condos.

The unit was clean and well supplied. Location is what makes it worth it. About a three minute walk to the village and the lifts.

Condo is in a great location, right next to The Blake and the main lift. It was clean upon arrival. We did have issues with a few things. The staff was responsive and tried to fix. The unit has two TVs and DirectTV unfortunately it didn’t have signal. This was disappointing as my boys really wanted watch football and the World Cup finals. The TVs were older and not Smart TVs. Checked in on Saturday and by Sunday evening the staff went and bought a Roku for the main TV. The DirectTV didn’t get fixed till Wednesday. Also the vent hood was not working and the loft did get very hot at night. We opened the window in the bedroom to cool off.

Cozy ski-in, ski-out
The condo was great! We were only 100 yards from the slopes. The place was both bigger and cleaner than it looks in photos. (It's a gem!) The best part is the firewood. The property supplies renters with super dry, ready-to-go firewood that lights up in seconds, so you can have a roaring fire while drinking coffee in the mornings.

Great Location for Skiing Taos - management company lacking

Reviewer Comments:
This unit is one of the closest vacation rentals we could find to the slopes at Taos... so the location was great. (Less than a five minute walk to Chair 1.) The view from the living room and balcony are of Al's Run just beyond the maintenance building, so that's fair. The furnishings are pretty comfortable, except we thought that the king bed was too firm to be comfortable or supportive. The walls are paper thin, so prepare to be aware of your neighbors. The biggest disappointment was the management company (Turnkey). The morning after we arrived, there was heavy construction on the hot tub room directly under the unit. Obnoxious banging and drilling through the floor for two straight days (9a-5p)... made the place uninhabitable during those long hours. When I texted Turnkey, they claimed to be unaware of it – and said they had no control over it. If we had known in advance, we NEVER would have booked this unit. When I asked for a call from a manager to discuss, they promised but never called me back to address my concern. I think that the service needs to be dramatically improved. Final thing: parking area for whole condo wasn't plowed and extremely icy.

Amazing views
Everything was completely contactless. The rental was as shown. Walking distance to everything. Comfortable and clean. It takes a while to get a response back if you make a request. I would just call.

Superb location
This place is right next to the ski hill. It’s only a few minutes walk to the lift and village. Our kids had so much fun! We let them go in and out by themselves and it felt so safe. I would stay here again.
