The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, a living/dining room with TV with Freeview and dining seating. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with an en-suite shower room, a king-size with TV and a twin bedroom with TV, along with a bathroom. Outside, there is a shared courtyard and a private lawn with furniture, a shared hot tub that must be booked via owner for an extra fee, as well as off-road parking. Wi-Fi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. One well-behaved dog is welcome. Sorry, smoking is not allowed. Within 0.7 miles there is a shop and within 0.6 miles, a pub. The Pine offers a blissful escape, not far from the coast. Two well-behaved dogs welcome - not to be left unattended and a charge of £30 per dog payable in cash upon arrival.
