Grear apartment to stay in
10.0 / 10.0
The unit itself was wonderful!! The communication was wonderful!!
The parking issue was however a nightmare, having to carry our luggage almost a mile from the unit really did suck.
Also because the elevator on the East side was not working, we used the West elevator which put us out in the Restaurant. We were walking thru when it was closed, but I slipped on a spot of water that had obviously been there for quite some time as it had a very slippery mossy substance growing. Thank god I only hit my elbow, shoulder and behind, and not my head as this would have warranted a trip to ER. It was so fast and so frightening. You may want to advise people to avoid that exit/entrance.

When we opened the door, the fumes of cleaning products were very overwhelming. It’s a safe area, but bring a door lock if you stay here. No deadbolt or chain for peace of mind…

Clean, comfortable and exceeded our expectations. Hosts responded so quickly with answers.

From the photos and listing it is not clear that this unit is part of a hotel. This “condo” is on the third floor of a hotel and does not have its own entrance or a WORKING ELEVATOR!!! This was not disclosed to us prior to our stay, despite the listing noting that an “elevator” exists - which is entirely false. Looking at other reviews it seems this has been an issue for months/years.
There were dirty dishes in the cabinet. The freezer was dirty and there was mold on the shower curtain liner.
WiFi was unreliable and spotty, don't plan on being able to use laptop or any streaming services. Initially we were told someone would be sent out to fix the wifi issue. (They never showed). We had to pay for our own hotspot just to watch TV.
On site amenities listed were a hot tub and fire pit.
— Hot Tub: Closed all day during a couple days of our stay - extremely frustrating as we wanted to use the hot tub to relax after a long day of skiing, and couldn’t.
— Fire Pit: Nonexistent.
When contacted about the various complaints/issues, the property manager from Vacasa told us that they aren't responsible for any amenities because that’s an HOA issue.
We expressed our many concerns with management on Thursday and they said they'd follow up the next day. They didn't follow up so we called Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday. We also called her associate who failed to respond as well. We were finally able to get her on the phone the day of check out. None of our issues were addressed.

Top of town, close but not loud. Walk up the town stairs to ski down to town lift. Parking at ground level. Door had code access, which makes late arrivals easy. Text communication from vacasa was clear and required no additional questions.

Really great location, comfortable and clean. On Main Street, so walkable to restaurants and shops. Small kitchen was convenient too! Garage parking was a huge bonus!

Loved this property, perfect for the two of us. Walk to all shops and restaurants. Very clean and comfortable. The very large hot tub was an amazing end to a day of skiing.

Close to everything, walking distance, and clean

The place was clean and it had a parking garage. The elevators were broken and it was a hassle, carrying three suitcases up three floors. The building smell like fresh paint, but that was tolerable. The sliding glass door did not lock, there was a stick, holding it in place.
The room was clean and served its purpose.

The condo within the inn is very cute. Specious and relatively updated. Location is gold. Many close restaurants and bars. Lift is 5 mins walk.
Treasure mountain inn which the condo is located in, was lacking. Elevator was not working so we had to bring our suitcases 3 storied by hand. The toilet was overflowing right from the first flush but the management company sent the plumber within a couple of hours.

We had a great stay, our accomodations were just how the pictures looked, very clean and not rundown. The only trouble is the time of year we go, just before Thanksgiving, they seem to always be doing remodeling. It really was not a problem though. It is a great location as well.

The building is kind of strange but the unit was great, had everything we needed and was very clean. Beds were very comfortable. We had a bit of an issue upon arrival which took a little while to sort out via text to Vacasa, but they sorted it out pretty swiftly and rectified the situation. Shared hot tub was nice. Can’t beat the location, right at the top of Main Street. There is even a restaurant, spa and a nail salon in the building.

Stay was pleasant, beautiful area. Very clean upon arrival. But hot tub was out of service as well as the elevator (we had to climb three flights of stairs, which we didn’t anticipate), and the “shotski” event that would block off the parking garage was listed for the wrong weekend in our booking information, so we had anticipated being about to use our car on Saturday daytime, but weren’t able to. Location had basic amenities, very clean upon arrival. However, you are unable to adjust the heat at all.

Fire hazard in the garage. Needs the grout in the bathroom cleaned. Good location. Nice if there was coffee bags in the room just a couple. Told to leave the temperature at 70f in the rooms no lower, rooms got too hot.

Apartment was well equipped and comfortable - at the upper end of Main Street so a long walk to the town lift (10 minutes) but perfectly manageable. Indoor parking was great. I especially appreciated the multiple charging outlets as there were 5 of us in the apartment; I was pleasantly surprised that there were outlets to spare, even though we all had multiple devices (and boot heaters) to charge.
10.0 / 10.0
This place is very convenient regardless of what you are planning for the park city area. While it’s not fancy, it’s a large welcoming space with a nice kitchen, convenient parking and two beds great for two singles or a family of four.

This trip made me think I should go back to hotels. The management company was a nightmare. I received an email from them a few hours before check in asking a lot of personal financial questions. Then I had to call in and answer a lot more questions that seemed like they were running a credit check. When I told them I was wary of providing them with the information they kept offering to cancel as if they had other renters. We couldn’t find the parking lot and the operator gave us wrong directions and non-existent landmarks and address. Then we got hung up on several times and then the operator kept telling us to ask the front desk to find out which was strange since they warned us not to bother the desk. The tv broke and they fixed it the next day after several texts. The unit was nice but the property is outdated. The location was great and very convenient. The elevator was very slow and old.

The condo was clean, charming, and conveniently located to all the things Main Street has to offer. Will definitely stay again!

We tried to call and text the manager when we arrived because we needed a parking pass and no one answered or called back.
We also tried to call and text on the second day because the AC unit started dripping water onto the floor but no one ever called or text back for that either so we just put a bucket underneath where it was dripping.
