Overall not good but okay to stay for night

Location was good nearby main Lucknow

Rooms were not clean bes sheets were so untidy and there was smell in the room when you entered . Even we informed them in day to put e everything clean but no one from the staff does that

The worst place to stay in Lucknow!

Nothing at all. This property is a commercial space and not a hotel.

The pictures are misleading and the property looks nothing like this. The bed sheets were stained and dusty. There were urine marks everywhere on the bathroom pot. There was hard dirt on the counters. It’s really unhygienic. The manager says this is a one of time when I complained because his staff was out of town but for sure this property has not been cleaned in years. Save your money don’t book.

it was a very bad experience to stay with this property ,very very disappointed with this place

nothing was good, there is not even single bottle of water and rooms are much dirty , found insects in bedroom, bathroom was disaster. all over m very very disappointed with that place and worst kind of service .

While I enjoyed the stay the service was poor

Room was very well furnished and comfortable.

The name is misleading. It is not a "suite". I had booked because I took it for a suite! The tea bags were very old and smelt of napthalene. The electric kettle was broken. I had to complain twice. Towel given -only 1 for 2 adults, again had to complain. No bathroom slippers, no daily cleaning. It is neither a B&B nor a suite

Overall a very good experience. However some improvements can be done for 10/10 experience.

The room was sufficiently spacious, had a balcony to spend some time and relax in the evening, or to watch sunrise in the morning. Kitchen space was helpful, as dishes, electric kettle was available. There was a Smart TV with Airtel DTH so one can watch Netflix, Prime Video, etc. The interior decoration and designing was also very good.

There was a leakage of water from geyser in the bathroom, that would make constant water dripping sound, and is obviously unnecessary water wastage. This has been mentioned by guests who had stayed at the property in the past. The property is located in DLFMyPad, so reaching the property is a bit of hassle. Advise for the owner / howt to be more helpful and proactive in helping the guests with the location. Guests are also advised to order food from Zomato, Swiggy as vendors in society takes very long time. Alternative is to go downstairs and there are some stores and restaurants in the society. Or if you can cook food on your own, you can bring items and cook in the kitchen.
