We enjoyed our stay. The house was beautiful and peaceful. There are so many things to do and places to visit. We had so much fun swimming and playing in the game room we didn't have to go out to have a good time.

A nice house, as described, and we had a great family Christmas here with our grown up kids. The beds were comfortable, everything was very clean, and the games room and pool areas were great. There were a couple of small issues with the house/ pool but the management company were super pro-active and sorted them quickly. They were not issues that could have been avoided and didn't interfere with our enjoyment, and as I said were quickly sorted out. Note that this area is a little bit out of the main areas of Kissimmee so you need to drive a half hour to 40 mins to get to the parks, and there are no supermarkets/ restaurants on the doorstep (10-15 min drive to nearest range of fast food places). But a nice house and good management company, in our experience.

The house and pool were fabulous! We traveled here to visit all the Disney parks which were only 20 minutes away! Great location! Fabulous hosts!!!!

The house was in a quiet neighborhood close to Orlando’s tourist spots. The pool and hot tub were just the perfect thing after a long day at Disney! The house was just right for us and our 3 adult children.

Our villa stay was truly fantastic, the villa was lovely photos did not do it justice. It was spotlessly clean, the décor was lovely and it was so very well equipped. The pool was amazing with a view of the lake, we have been to Florida over 35 times, it was our first time staying in a villa and it will not be the last. The games room was amazing, there was so much to do, sitting round the pool in the evening after a long day shopping and visiting the theme parks. It was so peaceful sitting on the pool deck with a drink in hand watching the fish jumping in the lake it will be imprinted in our memory banks forever. The quietness was great and the information book in the villa was very helpful. Thank you for a lovely holiday

We had a wonderful time at Lisa home. The home is well equipped with everything you could possibly need and extremely clean. The TVs in all the rooms and in the pool area was a plus. The pool and jacuzzi area was clean and can accommodate your family. The beds are comfortable. There are enough blankets, towels, etc. This is our second time renting with Lisa but in different homes. Will definitely rent again and recommend her homes to our friends/family.

Very happy with this home clean well stocked updated easy to checkin and good communication w rental co Only con the neighbor next door does not clean up after her dog and it’s everywhere in the rental property too grass was really long too Not a great game room -we did not use it at all So kids might be bored but us 2 adults loved the home not fancy but everything we needed
