Khá tuyệt vời, sẽ trở lại nếu như có dịp về lại Phan Thiết.

Hầu hết nhân viên đều được đào tạo rất bài bản, tạo cảm giác thân thiện và gần gũi. Đặc biệt khu vực nhà hàng Olivo và nhân viên bể bơi (anh Giàu- nếu mình nhớ không lầm). Ngoài ra các dịch vụ tiện nghi đi kèm như hồ bơi và phòng gym đều trong tình trạng khá.

Thi công trong lúc nghỉ dưỡng gây tiếng ồn, mình đã có báo phía Lễ Tân và được hỗ trợ (tuy không nhanh lắm).

Wonderful spa hotel with delicious kitchen we enjoyed very much

The family room is really spacious, functional and has a beautiful sea view. We used the spa facilities on two days and can highly recommend the Radisson 90min massage. The food was excellent and having a full board we had the choice between 6 western and 6 Asian menus which was fully sufficient. Worth mentioning that the Asian menus included so many dishes that we could hardly finish. The pool was so warm which was surprising at the beginning but we loved it at the end. The staff helped us book an excursion to Ta Cu mountain which also included a visit to a local food farm with fruit tasting included. We enjoyed the trip very much.

The ocean is very beautiful but very much polluted which is so sad. The beach of the hotel is clean though we hardly used it as we did not enjoy swimming in it.

alles aan het resort, splinternieuw, brandschoon, heel comfortabel en supervriendelijk personeel, alles klopt!

niets, houd er wel rekening mee dat in de omgeving nog niets te doen is omdat het een heel nieuw dorp in aanbouw is, dus geen omliggende restaurants e.d. als je lekker rustig in het resort wilt verblijven, zit je hier prima!

Wonderful resort for a relaxed vacation.

The property is very well maintained. It is spotlessly clean and the rooms have all the amenities of a 5 star hotel. The staff is courteous, helpful and ever smiling . The spa is one of the best we have experienced. We stayed for 3 days and we went to the spa everyday. Hong, Italy and tho were all extremely wonderful with the treatments they gave us. And the outdoor spa is a great experience too. Everything is top notch here. The food is also delicious. The pool attended is always attending to you.He takes care of your towels, beach beds and your belongings even before you ask for it. Loved our stay and if we ever come back to Phan Thiet we will book this place again.

There is only one thing I would like to point out here is that they allow people without proper swim wear to get into the swimming pool. This is highly unhygienic and unsanitary. And they don’t even take a shower before entering the pool. People were there in denim shorts and golf t shirts. I hope they will pay attention to this review and get it sorted. Rest everything else was just on point.

Nice ressort, beach not so good

Nice room, very good breakfest, cleaning very good. Nice staf. Very nice swimming Pool and gym, spa.

Beach small and next to resort both site not nice. Electricity 3x total out, surrunding only ressorts , far from small centre. By leaving asked direcly for comment. Not nice

Sauber & tolle Betten

Tolles Bett, die Kissen waren ein Traum. Es gibt einen schönen Pool mit ausreichend Liegen (war allerdings auch wenig los), gutes Frühstück (lecker Ei, Salami, Käse, Schokobrötchen, …) Das Gym war auch toll, mit Blick auf den Strand, gute Geräte, klimatisiert.

Im Verhältnis zu draußen sehr teure Getränke und teures Essen. Der Strand war okay, aber nichts besonders schönes. Nur der Abschnitt beim Hotel ist sauber, rechts und links dreckig. Wenig drum herum, aber man kann mit dem Taxi fahren. Der Service ist zwar sehr freundlich, aber räumt nichts ab und macht am Pool auch keinen Service. Leider kein SmartTV.

Moderne Anlage, hilfsbereites Personal, gut zum Relaxen!

Frühstücksbuffet ist einigermaßen gut ausgestattet, es steht vieles zur Auswahl. Die Lage ist ruhig, direkt am Strand, in einer schön kultivierten Anlage mit modernen Zimmern. Das Personal ist entgegenkommend und hilfsbereit (so wurde z.B. für uns eine Tour arrangiert, die standardmäßig von dort aus nicht buchbar war). Ansprechender Poolbereich mit eigenem Strandzugang. Fitnesscenter ist nicht üppig ausgestattet, aber das nötigste ist da und auch modern.

Die Lage ist ruhig und schön, allerdings gibt es kaum etwas drumherum - die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichekiten sind weiter entfernt. Die Zimmer verfügen nur über offene Ablagen, es sind keine Schränke und kaum Laden vorhanden. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit, dessen English jedoch eindeutig verbesserungswürdig. Das führt zu Verwirrungen, wo dann oft mehrere MitarbeiterInnen hinzugezogen werden müssen (z.B. bei den Speisen, wenn man Halbpension bucht)

Sauber / Freundlich / Urlaub

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und stets bemüht!!! Die Sauberkeit hat Uns sehr zugesagt und auch die Anlage an sich. Das Buffet war reichhaltig und frisch. Es gab traditionelles, aber auch eher europäisches Frühstück.

Leider die Preise der Getränke (im Vergleich zum Landestypischen Preis für Säfte oder Wasser usw). Aber auch die Preise der Massagen waren Überdurchschnittlich und deshalb nicht genutzt.

Geen 4 sterren waard en zeker geen vol pension boeken

Het eten was lekker, de kamer ruim en het bed comfortabel.

Wij boekten een komfort kamer met garden view en kregen een kamer met zicht op een gebouw. Schuin links en rechts was er beperkt zicht. De open badkamer vonden wij geen succes. Het ontwerp ziet er leuk uit maar is zeer onpraktisch en vooral onvoldoende verlichting. In de kamer zijn er verschillende sfeerverlichtingen, maar voor alles moet de master aanblijven...ook zijn er een beperkt aantal sateliet kanalen, geen bbc world. Wij boekten 4 nachten vol pension. Maar elke lunch en elk dinner kregen we de keuze uit DEZELFDE 3 menu’s! Na lang aandringen was er meestal wel een aanpassing mogelijkheid, maar het feit dat men hierover zo rigide was en wij telkens op onze strepen moesten staan was zeer onaangenaam. Het personeel leek zeer bang om af te wijken van de opgelegde regels.Ook al waren onze vragen ver van onredelijk. Zo vroegen we bv 1 clubsandwich ipv menu met 3 gangen omdat wij dit te veel vinden 2 x per dag.Vooraf was ook nergens te vinden hoe het volpension zou worden ingevuld. Wij dachten er goed aan te doen omdat we vermoedden dat het resort afgelegen was. Er zijn echter verschillende restaurants in de buurt. Aan het zwembad staan slechts 18 ligzetels. Voor een resort met meer dan 50 kamers absoluut Onvoldoende. Het strand is opgehoogd en verdwijnt bijgevolg op gezette tijden terug in zee. De lounge zetels stonden zo goed als op elkaar gestapeld. Alweer geen mogelijkheid tot relaxen...men had deze zetels ook op het uitgestrekte gazon kunnen plaatsen zodat de gasten er nog iets aan hadden, maar ook hier primeerde het uitzicht boven het comfort en welzijn van de gasten. Wij hebben 4 weken door Vietnam gereisd, voor we hier verbleven. Het was het duurste verblijf, maar ver van het beste. De kennis van het Engels van de baliemedewerkers was ook veel minder dan In vele kleinere, eenvoudiger hotels. Wij hebben de indruk vooral de naam Radisson betaald te hebben.

Location is disappointing. Was supposed to be high season but the area was completely dead and still under construction. Not the hotel’s misstake. May be a very nice area in a few years.

Good valued stay, highly recommends

I just love the pillows sooo muchhh. Had deep sleep thanks to highquality bedding. The room is super clean and nicely furnished. Nice scenery and quiet. That’s all I need for a leisure trip. Nice staff also and good breakfast.

Overall, it’s a wonderful experience during 3 nights stayed in Radisson Resort. The only complaint I have is that there

1. Amazing room decoration, clean, comfy and quiet. 2. Good quality environment and device. 3. Great service (really enjoy the massage)

1. Unstable shower temperature due to solar water heater facing cloudy days. 2. Lunch/dinner set taste and menu still have room for improvement. All stir-fried dishes have some kind of burnt smell. And expecting to see more diversity choice in the menu.

Without Indian manager will be perfect

Asian breakfast not so big choice for western people. Bread old two, three days. Stuff very nice and profesional.

I didnt like Indian manager who complitly destroyed my and my family time there. Very unprofesional behaviour. I am still suprised how somebody like him could be manager anywhere, specialy in Radison. Still feel bad about this situation there.

Perfect stay, great staff, will definitely come back with my family

Most thing I like is about staff, very friendly and supper attentive from Receptionist to Pool staff, Bellman, Restaurant, Security staffs etc. As this is new hotel so facility is good and most in rattan furniture. Price stay is reasonable. Location is not really centre but actually better for our family as we like quiet place. There are some local restaurant around by walking so you can enjoy without going far. Breakfast was full from Western to Asia food, and it is good in general.

The property was perfect and clean, only breakfast was a let down

Breakfast - if you say you have western breakfast you need to do better, bacon and egg and chicken sausage is not good enough. Need to add cooked mushrooms, baked beans, grilled tomato - AT LEAST. Also no orange juice is a big miss of a staple breakfast juice

Enjoyed our stay at Radisson Resort Phan Thiet

One of the best resort at Phan Thiet. Just a few minutes walk to the beach. Room were clean with a nice view (Seaview) Quite and peaceful
