The newest Okemo luxury mountainside ski-in, ski-out condo home with private ski locker and covered garage located in the gated Southface Village, steps to the dedicated Sunshine Quad lift as well as a heated pool and hot tub, with access to a gym with showers and lockers. The location is super convenient, just a few minutes of driving to Clocktower base lodge, Fox Run Golf Club, Shaws grocery store and many restaurants along Main Street in Ludlow. You can also enjoy cooking your own meals as the condo features a clean, spacious, and fully equipped kitchen. The condo is truly a four-season family getaway, with two bunkbeds in the second bedroom, a cozy living room with a great mountain valley view, internet connected smart TV, and ample seating at the dining room table or bar area. Besides the famous Vermont foliage, Okemo mountain’s summer activities include Scenic Chairlift Rides, Bike Park, Mountain Coaster, Adventure Course, Mining and Mini Golf. In addition, it is only 30mins away from Killington and Woodstock, VT, if you are interested in exploring more family friendly attractions.

There are so many wonderful things about this property! The condo is new, clean, beautifully decorated and appointed, which made for a luxurious, comfy retreat after a day on the slopes. The location was fantastic - if the Sunshine Quad (steps from the condo) is open, you can be first up the mountain in the morning and basically have the trails to yourself - bliss. Note that if the Cat Nap trail is open, the Glades Peak Quad tends to be closed so there is only one way back from the main mountain to the South Face on blue trails. Kary was very responsive and a gracious host. Overall, a fabulous stay!

You can’t beat the location of this property. We loved the freedom of coming and going to the mountain as we pleased. It was great to be able to come back for lunch too. The condo is fantastic. Immaculate and communication with Kary was perfect. We will be back!

This is our second time here and there were improvements from the first time. One, the outdoor pool and hot tub opened up. Two, I finally figured out that there is a free shuttle to Clocktower operated by Jeff which was very convenient. I'm sure I was told about this the last time but it went in one ear and out the other. Three, there are more units that went up so it felt more like a community. There are still developing but everything looks very nice. Kary is always a great host! Lookign forward to another stay!

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this new ski in ski out condo at Southface Village Okemo Mountain two bedroom condo. The unit is very clean and new and made for a very comfortable stay that was very enjoyable . Convenient parking under the building with close walk to ski lift . The host was very attentive at quickly responding to our questions . We highly recommend staying at this property.

Everything about this property was as described, very clean and comfortable. The communication with the owner was excellent. The property location was perfect, allowing us to access Okemo even with beginner skiers and avoid the crowds at the base lodges. We will be back!

Our family of 4 stayed at this wonderful condo last week. Very clean and well appointed residence, and only a short walk to the chairlift that never had a line! The host was kind, attentive and very accommodating. We will definitely be staying here again!

My family had a fantastic time at the property. Having a covered parking garage with reserved spaces was very convenient. The property is great for ski-in, ski-out. We slept comfortably, made a few great meals and had a great time! Thanks!

Great rental for family of four (two young kids). Owner was very responsive and easy to deal with. Location is awesome with lift steps from the door and close to town for restaurants. Will definitely come back.

We just got back from the best stay at Okemo. Kary was super responsive to any questions or concerns we had. The property is very nice and clean and accommodated our family perfectly. It is located in a perfect spot right up the street from town and both Clock Tower and Jackson Gore Bases. We especially loved being able to ski on and off (on the days the kids didn't have lessons) and it made for so much more time on the mountain. We are definitely looking forward to coming back to this property!

Place is perfect, parking first level, one flight of stairs or elevator to the unit, ski on ski off from the garage or rear of first floor. Your own private lift and ski trail to the south face village. My wife hates crowds and we felt safe letting the kids run laps on the south face village lift. Felt like our own little private club.

Everything about the stay was fantastic! The owner was on top of communications, very clean, high quality condo. The killer part is ski in/ski out convenience! You are literally 100ft from a lift that serves southface village! Would def book this property again!

Kary was a great host. We stayed during the Arctic blast and couldn't ski for at least a day. Kary reached out to us to accommodate us in any way she can. While we couldn't take her generous offer of letting us stay an extra night at no extra cost, her offer was very kind and unnecessary. We did however stayed mid-afternoon so my family could enjoy another day of skiing without the pressure of having to pack and leave in the morning. Also, the place is exactly as the pictures show. The place was clean, spacious, and had everything you could need in the kitchen. My family very much enjoyed our stay here. The only downsides (which we expected) was that the Southface lifts were not open so it wasn't ski in/ski out. We knew that coming in as the property description notes that as a possibility and Okemo is just short staffed as with most places. But Clocktower base is a short 5min drive and was not a problem at all. Overall, my family very much enjoyed staying here and would not hesitate to come back. Happy Holidays!
