Disappointed

Location of apartment was excellent. The room had all facilities quoted

Unfortunately we ended up in a poky 3rd floor bedroom in the eaves. The bed was directly by the door, so no space for a bedside table. There were 2 inset windows which meant we had to have the light on at all times as the place was really dark without it, although the main light fitting was so low my partner banged his head on it, avoiding the large TV was also an issue. The other side of the bed was so close to a radiator it was difficult to get passed without bumping into it. No window in the bathroom. I booked based on the lovely light, airy, spacious photos, and other than the fittings being the same I feel we didn't get that at all.

Gemütliche Unterkunft & günstige Lage

- eine günstige Lage - das Zentrum und die Uni in der Nähe - eine gute Heizung - im Winter friert man nicht:-) - das Zimmer und die Kochnische gut und praktisch ausgestattet - genug Seife, Spülmittel, Toilletenpapier, zwei Stühle, ein Tisch, genug Kleiderhaken - check in und check out online, alles relativ einfach - man braucht keinen Schlüssel / keine Zugangskarte zum Zimmer und kann es also nicht verlieren - sehr praktisch:-) Man bekommt nur einen Zugangscode zum Zimmer. Eine gute Idee! Vielen Dank!

- nur die Eingangstür unten war gerade kaputt, aber das war für uns kein Problem - zwar waren im Zimmer genug Kleiderhaken/Haken für Handtücher, aber leider hatten einige Handtücher keine Aufhänger mehr (wohl abgerissen)

Super Preis-/ Leistungsverhältnis. Lage top.

Top Lage, sehr sauber, sehr schöne Einrichtung, alles vorhanden was benötigt wird.

Tür-Code hat auf Anhieb nicht funktioniert (lag vielleicht daran, dass ich schon etwas getrunken hatte). Nach einem 9 Minuten Gespräch mit der Hotline war ich dann endlich drin. Keine Parkplätze direkt an der FeWo.

Das geschmackvoll gestaltete Zimmer trug zu einer guten Stimmung bei.

Das Zimmer liegt zentral, aber ruhig, mit Blick zum Dom.

Die Zusendung des Codes war etwas ungewohnt, klappte aber prima.

Würde ich immer wieder buchen.

War befreits das zweite Mal dort. Super Unterkunft direkt am Dom. Sehr zentral und im Dezember ideal für einen Besuch auf dem Weihnachtsmarkt. Ansonsten ist das Appartement top ausgestattet, sauber und auch ruhig. Die Abwicklung über Limehome ist absolut einfach und unproblematisch. Werde ich auch für zukünftige Besuche immer wieder buchen.

Parken ist etwas schwierig. Es gibt zwar Parkplätze in der Nähe, allerdings nicht zu Zeiten des Weihnachtsmarktes. Parkgarage in der Nähe, allerdings mit 14 Euro für 24 Stunden nicht billig.

Check-in process can be quite stressful. Took 20 mins till someone answer the support line. The stuff was helpful however we had to wait almost 2 hours to get in our room.

Very nice appartment, to cold to enjoy really. The digital reception and access needs improvement

Great location, restaurants, bakeries, and all one needs is really close. The location is central yet quiet. Nice appartment, clean and nicely prepared.

It was a cold period with temperatures around 10 deg, and the heating did NOT work at all. Windows were open when I arrived, so the room was cold, and remained so. It was hard to find the entrance, no illumination at night and a rather small sign in a relatively dark place. The key code was hard to use, due to the unusual layout of the numeric pad. I cannot understand why I receive multiple reminders to check in, after I did. Then, for the WiFi I needed to perform another check in and application; one way to start using it even requested giving a credit card number. Also, limehome insists on collecting a lot of personal information, including sending a copy of my ID over email; not really a fraud-protected way to deal with my personal data.

In the very city center, very cosy with everything in the apartment. Check in and check out is very well organized.

The entrance is through the back door of the restaurant with smell from the kitchen. But you do not feel it on the second floor.

I really enjoyed my stay here, and would certainly recommend this place to others.

Everything was very nicely and comfortably designed and laid out. The bed was comfortable, and everything was super clean. I really enjoyed my stay here, and would certainly recommend this place to others.

The check-in process could be a bit more tourist-friendly: since there is no staff present on location, sending the apartment entry code only one hour before check-in makes sense. However, because I did not have working data service, it did give me trouble finding the place. This added a lot of unnecessary stress - a few hours before a big job interview - as I spent an hour walking around the same block with my luggage, asking strangers for help just to have them send me around the block once again. Please consider at least sending the location clarification (which mentions that map apps don't accurately locate the entrance, and gives instructions on how to find the entrance) earlier - as this should not affect your security in any way.

Great location, very modern furnished but it could be cleaner!

I liked the location and view. The apartment was directly opposite of the Zwickauer Dom, which was very impressive. The room itself was very modern furnished and they offered free tea and coffee.

The room was not clean! The carpet had lots of dirt from other people on it, it has not been cleaned for a long time! The small mirror in the bathroom had lots of fatty fingerprints on it. My 15 month old daughter found rubbish behind the curtains while she was playing. That was not pleasant! Another thing is the parking situation. We parked in the nearby parking garage from the Arcaden Shopping Center. It is 6 Euro /24 hours. These are additional costs.
