Great welcome and hospitality from Fabienne! Lovely room. Delicious breakfast, with homemade jams and local produce! Fabienne went out of her way to recommend and book restaurants for us!

This is our stop over mid point for our journey down to St Cyprien nr Perpignan. If you are looking for beautiful original French antique decor with a hint of modern in an ancient hill top town, this is it. Fabienne is an outstanding hostess and offers a fantastic, all home made, produce, breakfast and het mother makes the jam from the fruit on the small farm. The rooms are old French salon type as is the decor with original marble fireplaces, original wooden doors, panelling and long high height windows. St Flour is a medieval town and this accommodation is placed right in the middle of it. Our favourite is to eat in one of their bistro diners and to explore the 2 town churches, shops and cobbled streets. A MUST TO TRY...the local blue cheese sauce and to stay at La Maison d'Adelaide. Would not start our holidays in any other way.

The hotel was in a great location and was furnished in keeping with its age and style. The host was charming and helpful. Breakfast was delicious, regional, and accommodating of my wife's gluten and dairy intolerance.

Fabienne was an excellent host and serves an outstanding breakfast. The property is well positioned, within walking distance of the principal sights of St Flour and just 100 metres or so from an excellent restaurant, Folie des Sens. St Flour itself occupies a spectacular location.
Car parking is free but in a large square near to the cathedral and unfortunately my car received a slight scuff to the bodywork whilst there.

This is a stunning period house with many of authentic features being retained although the building has been refurbished to an extremely high standard to ensure that needs of a modern traveller are catered for.
Fabienne, our host could not have been more gracious and helpful. This visit was the complete antidote to the usual corporate blandness we have come to expect from the multinational hotel chains.
The town itself doesn't disappoint either, if like me, you enjoy a little time travel. It has a very 'back to the future 1' feel about it.
Give yourself a genuine treat and visit this delightful town and genuinely exceptional hotel.
Nothing whatsoever.

The welcome from the host was warm and friendly and the hotel was charming and spotless. The room was beautifully furnished and very comfortable. The dining room was very elegant too. We enjoyed a fabulous breakfast with homemade preserves, delicious pastries and bread and local cheeses. The service was exceptional and I would recommend the hotel for it’s service and it’s location. We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay.

Very comfortable bed. Nice airy space. Great shower. Fabulous breakfast with quality ingredients.
Little noisy early in the morning as binmen collecting bins. No private parking. Had to park outside cathedral but very safe area.

Everything - house was a thing of beauty, dated from 1850. Rooms ensuite and carefully in mood of original house, athmosphere relaxed.
Breakfast was perfect.

Great central location.
Very plain breakfasts.
Need to provide tissues in the bedroom.

Friendly owner, nice shower and interesting old building. Thee and coffee available in the room. Located in the old city centre.
Very small toilet room without ceiling, so "bathroom odors" are smelled in the entire room. Old building makes it also very noisy, with noise from either other guests or from outside. Breakfast is nothing special (no fruits). Parking (not secure) is on the central square, which is 5 minutes walk.
