New luxe hotel in the middle of Ivrea - welcoming, comfortable, fine bar & restaurant

The hotel is easy to find, with plenty of parking options. A genuinely warm welcome from all staff we came into contact with in the 3 days we were there. It smelt lovely! Comfortable room with lovely bed & amazing shower. Nice, well-stocked bar and we ate in 2 nights as it was so good!

Very comfy stay

Very modern room with all the amenities . Very comfy bed . Polite and friendly staff . Nice restaurant

Difficult to use the light switches , all over the place ! The main console for the temperature has an annoying blue light which isn’t great when all the lights are off .

Modern hotel; excellent location; lovely staff

Modern hotel, located in the city of Ivrea, just a short walk from the city centre, and right next to a very useful Lidl. Staff were super friendly - gave us a room upgrade. Secure parking on the premises (€10/day). Room was very modern, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good.

Some minor niggles with the room: air-con which came on during the night, despite attempts to turn it off; the room safe (useful extra) needed several attempts on several occasions to open. Somewhat disappointed that we had to pay extra for parking (it was in the contract but it hadn't registered with me), but no big deal.

breakfast was great, nice variety we have got a room upgrade and it was a delight! the rooms are spacious, beautiful and has an namazing view! been there while the orange festival was going at the city and it was perfect for us

a little bit far away from the train station, while the orange festival you have to walk the whole distance so keep it in your mind

Lovely place and exquisite food.

The food in the restaurant was exceptional, amongst the best I have EVER had. I don't say that likely and I have eaten in a lot of seriously good restaurants.

A swimming pool or sauna, in an ideal world, would have been nice to have and a shuttle service to the railway station.

Our stay in Ivrea on our way through Italy to France.

It was a great experience and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Stephanos in the restaurant was very knowledgeable about the wines and which one to recommend with the food we were eating. The hotel was extremely comfortable with robes and slippers and in a very good position. It had parking. We thoroughly recommend it.

would have been excellent if it was not for the flashing light

modern and smart

The flashing green safety fire light in the ceiling of the room that kept us awake all night. When I complained the staff told us that this was normal, but I have stayed in lots of good hotels and these lights do not usually flash. This ruined our stay and all that we were given as compensation was 5 euros off the parking fee!

An unexpectedly delightful stay.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. We were travelling from Athens to Geneva by car (taking the ferry), and wanted to break our trip. We found a delightful, beautifully furnished little boutique hotel with charming staff. We were near enough to the centre to walk around the town before dinner,

Exceptional

Alex at reception was extremely helpful to ensure secure storage and charging for our bikes. Stefano in the restaurant ensured we had a lovely evening with excellent food, wine and service. The manager in the morning was very good also.

The storage and charging facilities in the open garage aren't secure. However the staff ensured we were given a great place to store them.

Great hotel with amazing restaurant!

Driving from the Uk through Italy we found this hotel as a stopover. Stayed again on our return. Very clean, comfortable and friendly hotel. The hotel restaurant is amazing. Hotel food is usually not great but this hotel has an exceptional chef who uses wonderful products. Fabulous meal, great service and a wonderfully clean and comfortable bed. Highly recommend this hotel
