Escape to the islands of Coastal Georgia in this beautifully renovated 3 BR 2 BA condo. The Harbour Oaks Community is a quiet and peaceful neighborhood within walking distance to St. Simons Pier and Village. This gated community features a swimming pool, tennis court, and fitness facility along with it's beautifully landscaped grounds and lagoons.

Our condo sleeps 8 and has 2 living spaces to relax and enjoy, including a sofa bed for extra guests. We have a coffee bar with your choice for K-cups or drip coffee. Each room has it's own tv and cable available as well as high speed internet. Each bathroom has it's own hair dryer and there are full size washing machine and dryer. This second floor unit has an amazing view of the pool and lagoons from the porch!

Harbour Oaks is in the PERFECT location! It is located next to Mallery Park where there are pickle ball courts, tennis courts, ball fields, and a playground. Harbour Oaks is in the heart of everything and less than half a mile walk to the Pier Village and Lighthouse. This area is close to some of the best restaurants and shops, a great oceanfront park, Splash Zone and mini golf. It's close enough to walk or bike, even with kids! And East Beach is just a quick ride away.

Because being outdoors is ideal while in St. Simons, we have provided a few things for you to enjoy.

Convenient to the pool, beach and downtown. Lots of beach supplies and bikes. The black bike needs repairs. Wheel is wobbly. Great layout. Plenty of room.

This condo was just as described and it had everything we needed- beach towels, bikes, beach gear, fully stocked kitchen. The host was easy to communicate with. We had an issue with the condo being cleaned at check in- but Karen was quick to solve the problem. The location is perfect! Just a bike ride to the pier. And it was right beside the condo pool and exercise room. We vacation every year in SSI and this will be a condo we look for next year!

We came for a short weekend stay and wish we could have stayed longer. Perfect location and close to everything. Plenty of room to spread out. Balcony overlooks pool area.

The condo was very clean and well equipped. Location was great, close to everything. Beds were comfortable! We rented the golf cart that is available with the unit and had some issues, however Heath was very prompt in responding and handled the situation professionally which was appreciated. Overall, would definitely rent again.

This property is just what we needed. It was very quiet but within easy walking distance of shopping, dining and recreation. The pool is right next to the room so would be great in the summer heat. The condo was very clean and plenty of room.

We throughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was so nice and it accommodated us well. The location was excellent. We walked to the shops and rode bikes to the beach. This was a girls trip with cousins and it was a wonderful time at a very nice place!! We will definitely book again!

Property was excellent. However, 4 adults, 2 children & 1 infant arrived to find only 2 wash-clothes. I notified the property manager and she responded quickly, however, it took more than one day (about 30 hours) to receive additional wash clothes. All gargabe was to be put in plastic bags, but only two were in the condo. Paper towels and toilet tissue ran out. I suppose I was should have contacted the PM again but figured it wasn't worth it based on the time it took to get wash-clothes. Bought my own garbage bags. Other than that very nice.

Great place to stay with pool and location near the pier. Walked to eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We grilled out at Neptune Park while the kids played. Such a relaxing and fun filled trip.

Unit was well stocked with dishes and linens. It was very clean. Good location. Found it strange only 1 dishwasher soap and 2 garbage bags were supplied for our 5 night stay. The bikes were not in very good shape - only 1 could be used

The home was perfect, clean, plenty of room, air conditioning worked great and we walked to dinner every night and were able to to the bars afterwards. No one needed to drive. We biked to the beaches. Walked to town. Had a great time. Can’t wait to go back.

This was a great property, our boys loved the swimming pool and the small ponds with turtles and fish. The condo was well finished, very comfortable and well kitted out. It was easy to relax and we really enjoyed it. The location was close to the beach and restaurants making it easy to find our way around. Checking in was easy and Sue was prompt in responding to our questions. we would highly recommend this property.

The owner was very quick to answer any questions & went above and beyond to accommodate our stay. We enjoyed staying here. We would like the owners to be aware of some problems they may want to check out. Few ants in the kitchen and outside on stairway. Carpenter bees have nested in the walls in the 2nd bedroom, very loud.

This condo was perfect for our stay in SSI! We came to the island for a short vacation and to play in a pickleball tournament at Mallery Park. We enjoyed walking to play pickleball and walking to the village pier, shops, and restaurants. Karen was a great host and answered all our questions before arriving. She was extremely responsive and did all she could to make our experience a positive one. The condo’s condition was as represented. It was clean, but is in need of kitchen and bathroom updates. It was quiet with nice views of the lagoon and pool. The linens were new and of good quality. Thank you, Karen, for sharing your home with us. We absolutely fell in love with St Simons Island and can’t wait to return!

Not far off the beaten path, sits this beautiful Condo. There's not much traffic or noise in this area which is great for those evening walks to and from the Saint Simons Pier (10min walk). Oh by the way did I mention it is in a gated community!!! Booking: Very Easy! Booking was very smooth. After receiving my confirmation message I received an instant message from the owner which was very reassuring. Check In: Day 1 arrival was by far the easiest check in I’ve had in recent times. The convenience of the digital key pad was awesome. Conveniences/Amenities: WOW!! The home had all the right items. New refrigerator, dish washer, coffee/tea bar, card games, board games, TV, strong wifi, and a pool conveniently located directly behind the condo. Rooms: Nice size rooms with TVs. The beds were comfortable and the kids room even had a bunk bed for extra fun! Plenty of outlets to charge all of your devices! I will definitely be staying here again in the future!!!
