Densely packed local neighborhood. No sidewalks. Beach theme is well done. Clean. Nice furnishings. The one bathroom is between the two bedrooms. When one person is awake, everyone is up. Bring your eyeshades. The washer/dryer is a mystery. It took 6 hours to do a load which is challenging for a beach vacation. Great spot for the money .

Sara & Sahl’s place is incredible. This is the first time we didn’t stay with friends and instead decided to rent some of our own. Everything we needed was provided, extra little things were set up when we arrived like coffee, trail mix, water, etc. Tons of blankets, towels, cozy throws. The place was super clean, gorgeous decor and the use of space for the square footage was impressive. Bed was comfy with a memory foam mattress topper maybe? We only used the main bedroom, but the second bedroom was a Murphy bed that could actually fold up and be used as a desk/ office area as well. We chose to use it as a landing pad for our suitcases. They have a washer/dryer combo in the kitchen too - so convenient. Dual rain head shower, great pressure. Location is perfect. One of our favorite breakfast spots called Café Rae, was easily walkable and the steps down to the beach, were just around the corner. Make sure to check the low tide times so you can actually walk down on the sand. We usually rent bikes at Bicycle San Clemente, and head out to Dana Point. Be aware, lots of hills in this town and unless you get an electric, you’ll probably be walking your bikes a few times up some. A/C was cold if we wanted it. Furniture is coastal luxury, extremely comfy and beautiful! And the rooftop deck has a 360 view with a hot tub you can use if the owners are not. Seaside Retreat was truly perfect for our stay, and I know we’ll be back next year for sure. Thanks guys!

This condo unit was extremely clean and cutely decorated. The kitchen was well stocked as well as the bathroom. Although the condo unit itself was rather small,there was a great outdoor space on the top deck with a table and chairs for 4, a couch, fire pit and hot tub. The owners were very responsive to any questions we had. I would highly recommend this unit and hope to return here 1 day.

What can I not say about this awesome property? Upon opening the door we were amazed by the cleanliness and beauty of this cozy Vrbo. High end appliances were a nice feature. I loved the gas cooktop even tho we didn’t cook. This property is perfect for a family of three or four to stay in! Sara and Sahl were wonderful in their communication, smiles, and overall making us feel comfortable at their property. Parking was easy, the neighborhood was peaceful and super walkable. We didn’t have to do a thing when we checked out, either! They said just leave the bedding and towels and we were pleasantly thrilled. I love that in the kitchen sink, they also have a filtered water faucet next to the larger faucet. Shower was HUGE. Overall I would love to stay here again. Book this, you won’t regret it!

My recent two week stay at Talia's Seaside Retreat was a delightful as advertised! Situated less than a mile from the beach and iconic San Clemente pier, the location was ideal - conveniently located within walking distance to a variety of shops and restaurants. The space was clean, bright, and perfectly decorated. It was the perfect size for me, my husband and daughter. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The property exceeded our expectations with its prime location, bright, comfortable space and accommodating hosts. It was the perfect choice for our family getaway and we hope to return!

Our stay was very enjoyable. The apartment is a cozy, well equipped and tastefully decorated beach theme. The beds and couch were very comfortable. The cute private feeling patio was nice to sit outside. The area is very quiet and fairly short walk to the beach area. We didn’t have a car and were able to walk everywhere and then using the trolley on weekends. San Clemente is a gem and so is this apartment. Would recommend highly.

We had a wonderful stay at Talia's Seaside Retreat mid - end of January. The place was extremely clean and exceptionally decorated. Comfortable furniture and kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Sara and Sahl were very nice and quick to respond to any of our questions. It is a great place to stay in San Clemente.

We were very positively impressed by this small but extremely comfortable and beautifully designed apartment full of light, with 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen offering everything one needs, a very comfortable living room, and a small but sunny balcony with enough space to sit down for a meal, or to relax and read a book in the sunshine. And it is just a short walk away from the beach. We loved it and wish to come back!

This is a beautiful, thoughtfully designed property in a perfect location - Just minutes from the beach, shops and restaurants, and a glance away from a star-filled sky. Sara and Sahl are lovely hosts and I felt like I was in a boutique hotel retreat for my three week stay. I agree with other reviews that it’s even better in person than the already great photos.

Where do I start?! This place is even more beautiful than in the photos, and in the perfect location for getting to the beach or coffee shop, restaurants and shopping. Hosts made everything easy so I could just relax and enjoy this charming coastal town. The penthouse was just the right size for me to host my adult son who lives on the nearby military base, and while he was not able to stay nights off base, he would have been very comfortable in the second bedroom with queen bed. That room doubles as a beautiful office, and I was able to work from there very conveniently during my stay. The hosts have thought of everything and the accommodations and amenities offered more than I expected. I highly recommend this excellent property and look forward to returning!!!

Absolutely beautiful place. Super well decorated. Much bigger in person than in the pictures. About 2 blocks to the ocean- a simple 4-5 min leisurely walk. The washer dryer combo is awesome- set it and forget it! 😊. Great kitchen to cook meals in. The bed is very comfortable and even though the AC is in the living room - the whole place gets nice and cool. Great location- close to everything. I will definitely be back- the place is fantastic.

What a wonderful place to stay! Host was very kind. Place was new, clean, bright, white, and cheerful. Highly, highly recommend. I took walks every morning (either down to the beach or to the Del Mar restaurants and the location is great! Really loved the neighborhood stairs down to shore, too. Book this place. You won’t regret it.

We had a wonderful stay. Sahl and Sara were excellent, thoughtful, and responsive hosts. The Seaside Penthouse is beautifully and comfortably furnished. Everything is new and highly functional. Additionally, the location is just a 5-minute walk to the beach. We hope to return!

We fell in love with Talia's Seaside Penthouse when we stayed there the first time. It was even better the second time. San Clemente is a world class seaside destination with its extraordinary beaches, scenery, dining and shopping. It even has public Bocce Ball courts! Fun! But nearly 80 now and slowing down some, we stayed in more and took time to enjoy the modern brand new kitchen, the two sunny bedrooms with comfy beds and a big bathtub perfect for relaxing.! We even figured out how to use the space age washer dryer! The place is such a cozy treetop nest and it has location x3. We shall return!

My stay was very enjoyable! The vacation home is newly constructed with high end finishes and décor! It has all the comforts of home. It was very private and quite. The home owners are also very responsive to questions and very thoughtful too. I highly recommend this home.

We were over-impressed with the beach house and had a wonderful month-long stay. Sara and Sahl thought of everything when designing, furnishing, and stocking the house. High quality furnishings, great appliances, nice shower and tub….everything to make a stay perfect. The ocean breeze flows through the house and the beach is a short, enjoyable walk. If you love the beach life this is the perfect place. Restaurants, stores, and any & all types of entertainment are close by (bike or walk). Sara and Sahl are the perfect hosts, there if you need them, otherwise pretty much invisible. Can’t wait to return!

My stay here was incredible. The penthouse was brand new and had a bright and cool beachy vibe. The location was prime and extremely quiet. Each night I would go out on the private balcony and watch the sunset. This penthouse was the perfect vacation stay with walking distance to the beach. I highly recommend this unit and would definitely book for a future stay!

It is so bright, so clean, so functional, so "socal stylish", so easy to access the beach and everything the magical city of San Clemente has to offer.. The hosts are warm and responsive, when needed. We are coming back!
