Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Close to airport beaches and theme parks. When you’re at home relax in the screened in pool and enjoy the sunny weather.

Absolutely amazing property, everything needed, was provided. From toiletries to cooking supplies. The pools was just a wonderful feature to have to just ourselves. Best VRBO to date!!

Home was definitely big enough for our family of 4. Mark was very attentive, checking on us after check in to see if we needed anything. He provided lots of towels and toiletries in the bathrooms which was nice touch, less to pack or buy when you arrive.

We found the house and pool to be exactly what was represented . Very comfortable and great have such a nice size private pool. Location was perfect for us.. Very nice stay and would definitely book again.

This property was better than advertised. Great location, 10 minutes from TPA and 25 minutes to Innisbrook. Communication with the host was excellent and the home has great amenities. 5 stars.

We walked into an hour of cleanup.....dirty floors, oven sprayed but not wiped out....unexpected. The place was overall fine and the pool was clear upon arrival. Questions answered quickly. Our problem with the pool started after week one. Green algae began a week in but pool guy shocked it on Monday. Cleared it but scum began to build again by the next Monday. We let it go because the pool guy came (not that we saw him but he said he did) but we found out after it started getting bad he didn't chlorinate or scrub pool . He told us that when he came back after it got real bad the last week. I alerted the property manager and he couldn't have been more rude. He called me and lit into me about "swimming all day"?! and having a pool party. We did not! I tried to explain that my grand child's grand parents who stopped by for the afternoon because they live near there ...but he was off on a rant and I had to yell multiple times for him to STOP so I could explain my issues. He was a real unprofessional jerk. I told him to just get someone to clean the pool and he said it was a service and he would be there on his schedule. He said I didn't understand pool maintenance and was unaware that with a Ph.D in chemical engineering I might. His problem was his pool service, knowing it was "pollen season", should have been scheduled twice a week and proper chlorination done to prevent what occurred....not us swimming in the pool too much! He was so unprofessional. I cannot recommend renting.

Home was clean and spacious. Pool heat kept pool very comfortable for November. About an hour to Clearwater Beach. A small table for pool area would be nice and maybe even a few extra fold up chairs. Owner was very accommodating and available.

Property is Beautiful perfect for family quiet residential hood location to anything you need 20 min from airport and downtown Tampa September traffic only bad in morning with School buses and work traffic there's lots to due and not crowded in September excellent food were we tried

We had an enjoyable stay this week. The house was beautiful and the host was very responsive and accommodating to our needs. When we had an issue he called me right away and offered to fix any issues pretty quickly. We very much enjoyed the pool and the spa. The beds were clean and comfortable and the foozball table was an added bonus. Thank you!!

It was a centralized location not far from the local grocery store. It was clean, had great lighting throughout, and even had hygiene products put out in the bathrooms. The only downside that was found was the few ants that liked to come in after the rain. Other than that, though, everything was great and exactly as advertised

My husband, myself, two of our friends, and their children traveled to Tampa to see the Yellowcard concert. This place was the perfect fit for our needs. It had lots of space for us and the kids loved the pool. The location is great, it’s right off a main road in a residential neighborhood.

Exactly as advertised. Centrally located in a quiet area but still close enough to everything that you would want to do. Pool was beautiful and welcomed. Would recommend this property to anyone

Absolute perfectly suited for our needs. Three couples, perfectly comfortable with a home away from home, with great amenities. Kitchen, dining area, living room, has everything needed.. Able to watch key sporting events on Smart TV.. Pool/hot tub were great... The only drawback we could find is that there could be more pool-side seating outdoors.. Found everything totally satisfactory ....

My family came down for Christmas to visit with family living in FL. We were able to have a nice family dinner and play games together. The pool and hot tub made for a great escape! The owner was easy to get in touch with to answer all my questions or concerns. The towels were super soft and having items supplied was a bonus. We’ve stayed at other VRBO and had to purchase our own garbage bags and soap etc. it was nice to have some items provided. I would definitely stay here again to visit my Tampa family.

The house was very clean and the pics listed were accurate. The homeowners were super easy to contact and helped me out with early check in on the day of. I didn't expect to arrive that early so it was awesome that they responded right away. It's about a 10 min drive to the airport so that was pretty convenient too. Definitely would stay there again.

When we arrived. The code was not very secure. There were cameras including the pool area which made us uneasy. There was a strong odor of something that was masked by plug ins. Better once plug ins were removed. No fans or overhead lighting in bedrooms. Selfie lights was only lighting in 2 of the bedrooms. Very few things in kitchen. Beds were cheap and uncomfortable. Sheets on one bed were not clean. Blinds did not close in several rooms. Outdated very few furnishings. The pool was dirty and not working upon arrival. Patio furniture was dirty and very few places to sit. Wasps nests in windows. Worst experience in a VRBO we have ever had. Did not feel safe or rest at all during our stay.
