✹ While we appreciate the interest in staying with our property, please note that we do not cater guests who live in the area and are looking for an alternate venue for their affairs or events and reserve the right to turn these guests away.

✹ There is no daily housekeeping service provided at the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected. For longer stays, Mid-stay cleaning services can be requested for an additional fee.

✹ Please gather excess trash and place it in large receptacles at the back of the house.

✹ LEFT ITEMS: $25 will be charged on items that was left in the property on top of the shipping fee

✹ Early Check-in:
If there is no reservation from the previous day, we can consider an early check in.
Alternatively, you can book the previous day to guarantee the early check in.
✹ Late Check-out:
Late check out request are seldomly approved due to the cleaning team is scheduled on your check out schedule at 11am.

✹ EXTENSION REQUEST: When you feel like time runs out too fast and wish to have more time in our home, we’ve got you covered. We’d appreciate it if you let us know as soon as you find out the need to extend your stay. We would like to inform you that we only allow extension requests until 12:00 am on your last day in the property. Any requests that come in after midnight while the cleaner is already scheduled for that day will have an additional cleaning fee.

✹ NOTE: We provide complementary consumables like toiletries which include soap, shampoo, conditioner, coffee, packets of creamer and sugar, and other bathroom amenities. For your convenience, we offer mid-reservation supplies replenishing at minimal cost.

✹ Get ready for a unique seasonal spectacle! At certain times of the year, our area becomes a bustling hub for bayflies, also known as muffleheads. While they are a pesky pest, in the aquatic ecosystem they play an important role as a food source for many aquatic animals like fish, frogs and other water-based insects. We do our best with regular pest control, but you might spot them during their peak seasons. Embrace the natural wonder and enjoy your stay!
