We are very pleased with our recent stay. The unit has lots of space and modern amenities. It is in a great location near the beach and cliff trails and is a short drive to Old Town Lagos. The complex is quiet and peaceful and a great place to relax. The beach restaurants are excellent for relaxing drinks and meals. it's a great "home base" to explore the Algarve

Well equipped and delicious and big balcony all day in shadow. With view on pool and ocean. Enough distance from crazy Lagos evenings and good basis for better dinners in smaller fishing towns.

The apartment was lovely- very clean, spacious and most importantly comfortable for a family of five ! Having two bathrooms definitely helped.
The pool area is well maintained, and not busy - we had the area to ourselves most of the time.
It is only a five minute walk to Porto Do Mos beach- it is quite a busy beach but nice to have it on your doorstep if you are a beach lover.
Lagos is only a seven minute drive too- it is quite touristy but quite a cool town with lots of restaurants…

Great and very spacious , clean apartment
Lovely property very clean and very well equipped. Everything you’d need. Very spacious. Everything was great. We had a small issue with air in but sorted immediately. Only downside is that if you don’t have a car it’s a good distance to the supermarket pity there is not one locally. But Uber very reasonable and available too.

Nice location. Beautiful place.
This rental had a lot of space. However there were some issues. We lost electricity and the host ignored us for days. We lost our food in the refrigerator and had to charge our electronics outside, and we couldn't use anything that we needed that required electricity for a few days. Finally we went for a walk and saw the host walking his dog so he had to acknowledge us. He said he'd send someone the next day (day 3!!!) When someone finally came they entered with a key and my friend was not dressed! The washing machine was also broken which was an amenity I was looking forward to since we were traveling for a few weeks. As a result I had to wait until we arrived at the next location and spent an astronomical amount dry cleaning my clothes. There was no lockbox (as stated in the description) so when we arrived after traveling for some time we had to wait outside an additional half hour for the host. Some positives were a beautiful view, and a short walk to the beach. Restaurant Campimar is on the beach, and it's absolutely wonderful. The location is quiet and the center area was very cute.

A wonderful apartment.
We spent the first three weeks of February in this beautiful apartment and loved every minute of it. It is extremely spacious, very comfortable for two couples, and has all the conveniences you would expect in high end accommodation. Plus a weekly maid service which we did not expect! Carla met us on arrival and was easy to reach if we had questions or needed anything. Particularly wonderful is the large balcony and a beautiful view of the pool and the ocean. Porto de Mos is a lovely, high end, safe community with a stunning beach. The beach is at most a five minute walk from the apartment and there are two great restaurants open all day. Lagos is only a five minute drive and there is a large supermarket a few minutes drive from the apartment. A car is definitely recommended. We cant eait to come back!

Beautiful apartment in Lagos.
We loved the apartment in Lagos! It was quiet, clean and relatively close to the centre of town. Access to the highway for excursions was quick. So many great things to see in the Algarve!

Perfect stay in the Algarve !!!
Superb apartment perfectly located with ocean view. A short walk to the Porto do Mos beach. The apartment complex is beautifully landscaped and very quiet. Two good restaurants are located nearby and right in front of the beach. The owner is responsive and quick to respond to any questions. Check in was also easy with someone that came to meet us upon our arrival. A real five stars !!!

Family holiday in Porto de Mos
Have just spent a fabulous 10 night stay in this apartment. When we arrived the apartment was spotless and beautifully presented. The view is stunning looking over the pool and to the sea. The pool and garden area is fantastic, with lots of comfortable sunbeds. We were often the only ones using it, so it was very quiet and relaxing. The beach is a 7 min stroll down a gentle hill and is beautiful. Great for swimming with lovely fine sand. We ate at one of the restaurants and had a delicious meal. Taxis were very efficient and cost about 8 Euros into Lagos. Would highly recommend staying at this apartment and would definitely return.

ABSOLUTEY WONDERFUL - OUTSTANDING
Everything about this property was perfect. John George is an excellent host and extremely helpul. All communication was dealt with efficiently whether by phone, email or in person. The property is stunning - 5 stars plus. We had a fabulous holiday. We particularly enjoyed the pool and garden area which was immaculate and so peaceful. We cannot wait to return. We would like to highly recommend this holiday property and to thank John George for his hospitality.

Fantastic Lagos Vacation
This condominium is absolutely lovely & well located. The outside deck is perfectly set with nice views and comfortable. The pool area and grounds are well maintained. We'd absolutely stay at this property again.

Lovely apartment
This is one of the nicest apartments we've ever stayed in, very well equipped and nice furniture in a great location for exploring the Algarve. The owner was always quick to respond and the unit is in top condition. We would love to return.

Beautiful location
This condo is a short walk from the lovely Porto de Mos beach. It was clean and spacious with a great pool. Beware, the pool is not heated, so it is really only usable in the summer. Convenient location with just a 5-minute drive to Lagos.

Beautiful apartment
Great apartment with Seaview and shared swimming pool. 5 minutes walk to the beach with 2 seafood restaurants - they were both excellent.
Supermarket is 6 minutes drive and Lagos is 7 minutes drive from the apartment.
Lagos town centre is lively and vibrant with a lots of restaurants and bars.

Great apartment for my family of 4.
Kids (12 and 16) shared and there was ample space.
Loads of room, excellent amenities, totally equipped.
Peaceful around the pool.
More than enough beds to go round.
Local restaurants (x3) are very good as is the local town if you want more choice. It’s about a 7 Euro taxi journey to the edge of old town Lagos.
A really relaxing week. Definitely recommend this place.

Lovely views, very modern and clean and well equipped, near a good beach restaurant
A very modern, clean, well equipped apartment in a small block, in a quiet area of similar, newly built apartments and villas. AC in the bedrooms but generally quite cool in early August. Great view over the pool and to the sea; nice shaded balcony where you can eat. The pool is a decent size and deep, gets sun until the afternoon. There's a beach a few minutes walk down the hill with a good place to eat. Useful to have a car to get to Lagos (a short drive) or other beaches. There's a big supermarket with everything you'd need a few minutes drive away.

Wonderful place, wonderful position
We loved it here. Spacious apartment with everything of very high quality. Good views from the balcony. The blackout shutters were great for sleeping, as was the a/c. The two local restaurants were lovely, perfect for a coffee and pastry following a morning walk, lunch or an evening meal. Would highly recommend.

Disappointed
Approximately one week before our holiday we had an email stating that the apartment we had booked had been sold and we had been upgraded to a penthouse appartment in the same block.With so little time we had no choice but to accept.
On arrival it was obvious that although the interior was acceptable the balcony was dirty and the furniture falling to bits.The appartment was certainly not an upgrade.
Instead of the view we were promised we looked into the rear of the apartment we originally booked.We booked the apartment because the pool was in an area with shade the one we were moved to had no shade making it impossible to sit around.On our return we found the original apartment advertised to rent.
Very disappointed.

Excellent
The property is lovely. Beautiful views. Lovely pool. Rooms spacious and clean. Well laid out and well equipped. Near to the superb beach.
All requests we sent to the owners were dealt with promptly.
The area of Porto de Mos is still developing so there is small amount of building work going on, and the way to the beach is an incomplete path though a car park. There are 2 restaurants next to the beach but no shops. In Sept, buses run once per half hour in the morning then once per hour until around 6.30pm - 20mins into the town centre, and about 5-10mins to the nearest mini-market. We also used the local taxis. It is a 40-50min walk to the town centre. None of this spoiled our holiday, but some people may feel a car is necessary.
The town of Lagos is very attractive with harbour and cobbled streets.
Boat trips from Lagos harbour to the Ponte de Piedade are worth doing.

Great property with fantastic loaction
We are a family of 4. 2 adults and 2 children (2 year and 5 year).
John is an excellent guy. Everything went smooth from the booking to getting delivered the keys. Any questions we had was answered promptly by John.
The standard was very high with aircondtion in both bedrooms and living room. The balcony had great views of the pool and the ocean.
The pool area was very nice and the pool was clean.The pool was a great place for the kids to hang out. Tha area have some construction work going on but that didn't bother us any. Mostly we walked down to the beach (3 minutes). Excellent beach and very kidfriendly. On the beach there were 2 restaurants Campimar and Antonios. We ate most of our lunches here. Both were great for lunch. If you decide to stay on the beach until dinnertime they both offer great value and you can come as you are. Be sure to reserve a table outside by 3 am. If you rather would like to eat in Lagos were they have hundreds of restaurant then you can drive to Lagos and it will take you 3 minutes.
The nearest supermarket is called Intermarche and it is 3 minutes by car. there you can by freh roasted chicken, fresh fish etc. They also have a bakery inside.
I will recommend this place to everyone!

Superb apartment, or should I say Villas, the high standard of these apts was perfect for our holiday stay, The area was quiet for the time of year, but this suited our holiday as we travelled with another family. The apartments were spotless, plenty space for a family of 5. The beach is a 3 min walk away, however the 2 x restaurants on the beach were not good. There are superb restaurants only 3 miles away in Lagos. A car is definetly a must though if you want to move around and site see. The only drawback was that we didnt book a month instead of 2 weeks, came back to flooding in Cork :(

Hello to all , it was unbelievable time in Portugal , when i come and s?w the apartment , i said WOW - realy i have all what need for relax ! Clean kitchen , rooms ! Nice view , nice location . I met two people from Ukraine Andrej and Slava ( hello to them ) nice people , always ask, what is needed or not enough!

Excellent appt. Good contact and discussion email and by phone with the owner (John ) prior to booking appt. Good directions and met at the appt , friendly and pleasant. Appt was well provided for. TV Sat, DVD - Good kitchen - AC in all rooms - Two good bedrooms - 3 kids in one room worked well for us. Black out shutters meant the kids slept well. V Nice main bedroom - Good balcony over looking the pool.
Complex a nice mix of owners and holiday renters, all seemed very pleasant and never more than a few families at the pool at any one time. 3-5 min down hill steps to the beach. very nice beach with two fair to good restaurants.
Car certainly advised. we had a small Peugeot 207 - suited the 5 of us fine. Supermarkets small drive to Lagos. Lagos itself easy to drive round and park either inside the old city wall or outside. Lagos nice with not being overly busy like other places. Couple of waterparks and a zoo marine park 30 - 40 mins drive. V easy to get to.
Overall Excellent appt good position , nice and quiet.
Would go back - happy to recommend.

We spent 11 days at these appartments and had a wonderful time. We are a family of 5 (teenagers of 15 and 13 and a 9 year old), and we had a great break. The appartment was lovely - modern (just like the pictures) with lots of space for us and all of our luggage. The kitchen was well equiped, there were plenty of towels and everything was in perfect working order, as well as very clean. We were welcomed by a lovely lady who, through our stay helped us over the telephone with any questions or local information that we needed. The pool was fantastic; very clean and most days we were the only people sat around it! The beach is only about five minutes walk and is very clean and child friendly, with some water activities on the beach. The two restaurants there are very good too. For more food and entertainment, you need a car, but there is private parking at the appartment and Lagos is only 10 minutes drive away. This is a lovely little town, with many nice restaurants and shops etc. There is a supermarket only 5 mins drive away that was cheap and had everything that we needed, including a lovely fish counter. We loved these appartments as they are away from the built-up torist trail, but near enough to civilisation to satisfy the needs of the children - and when we didnt want to cook! Brilliant appartments that we will no doubt return to in years to come.

As advertised this apartment has high quality fixtures and fittings throughout. The pool area is lovely wlthough we didn't use it as much as we could have as the beach is fantastic. It is or short walk down the hill to the beach or a 3 minute drive if you have kids too small to walk.
Lagos is 5 minutes by car and there is a good Intermarche as well as a fish market by the old town.
I would definitley reccomend this aprtment. It is one of the best we have ever stayed in.

A wonderful luxury apartment with all the conveniences including spacious rooms, beautiful swimming pool and situated within 400 metres of a lovely beach. The apartment is within walking distance of a nice restaurants and is close to Lagos with all its amenities. A car is recommended to get around the area and visit the many sights and attractions of the western algarve. Our stay at this apartment was without fault and I would recommended the place to anybody who asked. If you are after a luxury apartment near the beach in a lovely part of Portugal then you won't go wrong here. The apartment is as it looks in the pictures - luxury.

We can't speak highly enough of this fabulous apartment. From the superb views down to the superb finish, everything about our stay was wonderful. The apartment is beautifully designed, decorated and maintained bringing a real touch of luxury to your holiday. The setting is fantastic - Porto De Mos is being developed so there is some construction work but this honestly did not detract from our enjoyment.
The outside areas including the pool, courtyard and gardens are lovely and add to the ambience and luxury of the experience and the views across to the sea are fantastic.
All the comforts of home, a fully equipped kitchen in which it was a pleasure to cook fresh fish from Lagos' fabulous fish market, comfy beds, lots of balcony space and two goregous bathrooms completed a brilliant holiday experience.
The service recieved from Dina and John from booking to departure was fantastic. We travel widely and frequently and this is one of the best, if not the best, apartment we have ever stayed in. We wouldn't hesitate to return.
