My family of 6 stayed here and felt it was spacious enough for all of us to move around. The property was clean and had an inviting feel to it. We enjoyed the theatre room where we could watch movies and play games on our devices. Host was friendly and genuinely cared about our comfort. Location was great and close to downtown St. Charles. I would recommend this home to anyone visiting St Charles. I will stay again. Hopefully soon!

This unique, beautiful home had everything we needed for a visit to St. Charles. Located a short drive from the historic downtown shops and restaurants and from Lindenwood College, we were able to see and do quite a bit in just a couple of days. The house was very clean and well stocked. We were impressed with the online pictures, and the house was actually better than we expected. We will definitely book this rental for our next trip to St. Charles.

This was hands down one of the nicest VRBOs I've stayed in. The property is lovely, incredibly clean and has a very comfortable living space. The hosts were gracious, welcoming and very prompt in communicating. The neighborhood was safe (and a great area for walking to see some neat old homes). We will absolutely book again when in the area!

This was our second year in a row staying here and this time was just as nice as the last. Everything is clean and the owners leave some nice touches for your stay. Great communication also. We love being so close to Main Street and Streets of St Charles too.

This property was perfect for our group of three couples. The home was immaculately-kept, well stocked with kitchen and bath essentials, and perfect for the six of us to spread out. We binged Jury Duty (highly recommended, if you haven't already watched it!) in the theater room each evening and relaxed with books in the living room each morning. Unfortunately, it was too hot for us to enjoy the outdoor patio, but we'll save that for another visit. The home is also in a great location--just a quick car- or bike ride into downtown St. Charles for shopping, dinner, the Katy Trail, etc. I would highly recommend this property!

This property was wonderful! When we arrived, we walked into low lighting and beautiful spa-type music and we immediately wanted to just sit down and relax! It is obvious that the owners put a lot of thought and care into making this home comfortable and inviting. The outdoor seating area was a bonus, and they added an awning over it so when it began to rain we could still sit out. Highly recommend!

Clean, comfortable, welcoming - the Maple Tree Japanese house exuded these qualities to the highest degree! The beds and pillows were so comfortable, every surface was spotless. The back patio provided a great place to sit and wind down every evening. The location is convenient to the historic district, other shopping and restaurant and the interstate. The neighborhood is charming and very walkable. Communication with the host was prompt. We would happily return for another stay! A big thank you to our hosts.

My family was getting together in St. Charles to attend my daughter's dance concert at Lindenwood University. This VRBO was the perfect location, halfway between the University and the quaint downtown St. Charles. Every attention to detail has been made at this unit and the furnishings are stunning. We were very comfortable and had plenty of room to spread out. The teens loved the huge TV screen and recliners downstairs. I can't say enough about the comfy mattress on our bed. Wish I had the same at home! Jeremy was always very quick to respond to any questions. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

I stayed here with my mom and sister for a girls weekend, and it was perfect. Super clean, well decorated, comfortable furniture, and a great location. All the little details make the difference—local cookies and sodas for guests and blankets in the theater. Speaking of which, the basement theater room is wonderful! Very well-maintained home. Thank you!

The location was a short distance to downtown St.Charles, very clean, kitchen was well stocked, beds were soft and cozy. It was a perfect place for our annual girls shopping weekend.

Absolutely perfect home for our Thanksgiving stay. My wife and I grew up in St. Charles and our family lived there until last year when we moved to Florida. Last Christmas we stayed in a local hotel while visiting our families for Christmas and it was far less than ideal for a family of four with 2 older teenagers. So this year we decided to look for a VRBO for our Thanksgiving trip. We are so lucky we found this house. Everything was perfect. From the welcoming Grandma's Cookies and Christmas scenes playing on the TV's to the outstanding decor and theatre room. The house is truly a home away from home. We felt very comfortable and truly enjoyed our time in the house. The theatre room is outstanding for movies or a great day of football watching. Main Street and Streets of St. Charles are right next door. We loved walking around the neighborhood and to the the great shops on Main, especially European Accent. I am a clean freak, and this house checked all the boxes. Can't wait to come back.

This is an excellent place to stay when visiting St. Charles area. the place was soooo clean! We have family members highly sensitive to smoke and musty odors, and we had zero problems. plenty of room and bathrooms. Although it lists up to 6, with air mattresses, one could fit 10 easily (please ask host first!). Also loved the Japanese architecture!

House is fabulous, the decor is amazing, the beds are super comfortable, the outside patio was excellent to unwind after a busy day (no bugs) & the theater room chairs & screen blew us away, totally awesome! Locally owned grocery store with a great bakery and deli is 2 min. Many restaurants, and coffee shops 5-10 min. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. Locally homemade cookies, St. Louis soda, treats & a variety of Keurig coffee were amenities we don't often find in the many vacation rentals we have stayed in. Laura & Jeremy go above & beyond as hosts providing premium quality, 5-star accommodation. Communication was excellent. We've enjoyed staying in many vacation rentals, and this home is now our #1 stay. Linda and Ron

This is the nicest, and most unusual, house we’ve used in St. Charles. It felt like we were staying in Kyoto! All aspects of the house were comfortable in addition to being beautiful. The house is quite spacious for this neighborhood, too. The host was extremely responsive and information was plentiful. We hope to have the opportunity to stay in the house again.
