I can't imagine a better place to stay in Dubrovnik. The apartment location is absolutely perfect...within minutes of the beach, restaurants, stores/market, and old town. The views from every room are stunning, and the porches are perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or evening glass of wine. The kids were completely smitten with the turtles in the garden and would look for them each morning. Hosts are wonderful to work with and communication was great! Every person in our family (including the early teenager!) loved this property. Highly recommend and would stay here again in a heartbeat!

What an amazing apartment! The location could not be better…close to beach and old town and restaurants. Spacious apartment with a well-appointed kitchen. But the side balcony was my favorite! Such a lovely apartment in a fabulous location. The view from the apartment is stunning and has a wonderful shaded outdoor dining area. The apartment is furnished in a traditional style which is exactly what we were after. You will need to have some degree on fitness to stay here as there are lots of steps. However, Dino was there to greet us and help us with our luggage. We loved it here as it was close to the beach and the old town which is amazing. We would come again! Thanks Dino and Gasper

This apartment is the absolute perfect location to enjoy the best of Dubrovnik. We were able to easily walk to Old Town, Banje Beach, the cable car, the grocery, bakeries, and tons of restaurants in five minutes or less. The apartment is super comfortable and has everything you need and then some. I especially want to say how wonderful it was to have more than enough towels - both bath and beach - a must when you are swimming daily. Communication with the owner and her reps was fabulous - they arranged seamless airport transfers for us - met us at the apartment to show us around - left us with amazing recommendations, including a perfect local guide, Marina, who gave us the best private tour of the Old Town. We were able to check out late giving us a last full day to enjoy the city. The view is incomparable from both the balcony and the verandah and we loved taking our meals out there after cooking in the fully appointed kitchen. A lot of reviews mention the stairs - it is 95 steps up from the lower road, but I will say, as someone with a bad back and bad knees, they were really no problem. Just be prepared for them, take your time, and enjoy everything the place has to offer once you get up there. Thank you to Marija and Hasse for sharing your home with us! We can't wait to come again!

Hands down the best home I have ever stayed at during a vacation. From the balcony and terrace views to the fully equipped, beautiful kitchen, the AC on hot days to the unbeatable location, I couldn’t have asked for more. On top of all that, hosts Marija and Nika were incredibly kind, understanding, helpful, human. I was lucky to stay for 10 days but even that wasn’t enough. I will be back and back again and again and again. Book this home now — you won’t have any regrets whatsoever. Hvala, Marija and Nika. For everything.

Great spot for those able to do lots of steps!

A well furnished apartment with all the essentials for a comfortable holiday, lots of space and good outdoor seating/dining. The views across the bay to the harbour from terrace and bedrooms are excellent. It is a great apartment for anyone without mobility impairment as the access road is a long set of stairs. The owners and local staff were helpful and accommodating making for a trouble-free stay.

This property is located in such close proximity to Old Town, no need to Uber or take a bus. The owner and manager are fantastic to communicate with. We were met at the top of the stairs and helped with our luggage. We were so impressed with the roomy apartment, it had everything we needed. We were thrilled to find a toaster, coffee maker (bring your own grounds from home), and ice! Everything we needed. The VIEW FROM THE TERRACE! No words to describe the beauty of it. We don't have one negative thing to say. Be prepared for the steps, we were just glad we weren't staying at the top. It's about 100 stairs down to the street. Thank you from us 4 Canadians!

My family and friends have had difficulties believing their eyes. Truthfully, so have we. The comforts of the apartment. Spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. Well-appointed kitchen, dining and living rooms. The owner's carefully curated notes about what to see, where to eat, how to travel around the Old City and surrounding areas. Follow her advice!This home was the best way for us to start our 14 day European holiday and if we have the good fortune of traveling again to Dubrovnik, we hope to stay here.

A lovely place, 5,mins walk from the old town, two mins walk to the beach. The owners are very helpful and kind.

Absolutely could not of been happier with our choice of this apartment. The perfect location to relax and enjoy the beach with a very short stroll into Old Town. If we return to Croatia there is no doubt that we will choose to stay here again.

Hi, just back from a great 16 nights in Dubrovnik. The apartment was like a home from home, from the moment our taxi picked us up till leaving, everything was perfect. It was in a great location with some exercise steps each night to burn off the ice cream, and a tortoise hunt every time we went out! Thankyou for letting us into your home. Simon and kids.

We arrived at Gruz Habour & our taxi driver rang Milena (Marija's assistant) and got exact instruction on how to get to the apartment. On arrival (we were two couples) our welcome was very warm, friendly & helpful & we were made to feel at home by Milena & her daughter, lovely people. The apartment is spacious, light & airy, & fully equipped (including dish washing liquid), we only had to buy food. Marija is a very thoughtful host with a folder full of useful information about exploring Dubrovnik and about her home. We did a walking tour our first evening with the lady recommended in the book and it was a great introduction to the Old City and a good way to get our bearings. Copies of the user manuals for washing machine etc being in english were very much appreciated as was having a cloths line outside. The terrace was a wonderful place to come back to after a day exploring Dubrovnik, we enjoyed sitting there and watching the boat traffic to the old harbour, different every day. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms spacious. Great showers that never ran out of hot water. The location is exceptional. It is located in the middle of a Street that is all steps with 96 steps down and 120 steps up. It is only a 5-10 minute walk down to the Old City, and less up to the cable car. There is a small supermarket on both the upper and the lower roads so it is easy to get supplies. The steps are a good way to work off the Gelato's. I can not praise this apartment enough, it was a wonderful end to our 6 week Italy and Croatia holiday.

The property manager was quick to reply to my request and questions and arranged our airport transfers. We were concerned that our flight got in at 9:30 AM and check-in wasn't until 2:00 (and we were tired!) but when we got there, the very kind people cleaning said they were almost done and we could check-in earlier so we dropped our luggage off and went out for an early lunch. So glad we didn't have to wander around like zombies until 2:00! The property itself was very clean, well-equipped and in a prime location. Everything worked well and we were delighted to have a washing machine. We so enjoyed sitting outside on the lovely terrace each morning, drinking our coffee while watching the ships pass and planning our day. Truly one of my favorite things about this unit! Even though the walk into old town or the beach took only a few minutes, the unit was very quiet (other than one late night beach party) and felt private and safe. Truly, the only cons were: the dreaded stairs (SO many stairs) and getting used to the tiny shower! Dubrovnik is very hilly with lots of stairs everywhere and this unit is no exception. Be prepared to feel the burn each time you step outside. Also, the showers are pretty tiny. Not a big deal really (pardon the pun) - but warning others if you require more space. Highly recommend and would stay here again if we ever return to Dubrovnik.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this apartment. Marija was so kind and responded very quickly to any questions we had prior to our arrival. She helped us arrange taxi transfer to and from airport to meet our needs. We were met and assisted graciously by her assistant who carried two large suitcases down the many steps to the apartment. The apartment is clean and well equipped. A welcome bottle of wine and local liquor samples was an added touch. The location I felt was perfect and as advertised. Close but far enough away from the road and tourist noise of Old Town. There are a number of steps to get to the apartment from the road but this appears to be the case all over this area. I would highly recommend this property if in Dubrovnik. Thank you Marija for all your help and kind assistance with everything. Dubrovnik is lovely and a highlight of our European trip.

Excellent property, but I think it should have been made clearer on the listing how many steps there were to get down to the beach and old town and up to the road. The check in process was very good, everyone extremely helpful.

We loved this apartment- great location, amazing views, and so comfortable and beautifully equipped and decorated- it is hard to imagine a better home away from home in Dubrovnik

As usual everything was first class and everything ran like clockwork. Marija is a perfect host and arranged everything for us superbly. We love it there. This was our fourth time and we will definitely be back. Victor , Elaine and family.

What an AMAZING apartment!! We didn’t want to leave and I hope to come back. Marija was so responsive and so kind and helpful. Cannot thank Marko who helped us check in, carried our luggage up and down so many steps/stairs and even helped us with our rental car and getting them to open early so we could make it to Makarska in time for our ferry. He was so helpful and we so appreciated him! The apartment is wonderful! Cozy. Homey. AMAZING views. Great location so close to the old city. Everything you could need there. Gorgeous terrace. AC/heating units in both bedrooms. Clean. Spacious. Character. Just cannot day enough. Even got to see a double rainbow one day out the apartment windows! Would definitely recommend this place and host. We LOVED everything about this place and our stay 😃❤️🏰🛡⚔️🌊🏖🦐👍🏼🇭🇷

Lovely well appointed apartment, with great views from all rooms. Very comfortable and ideally suited to 2 couples or small family group. Only minutes walk from Ploce gate and Banje beach. Apartment is quite a few steps up from road but well worth the effort.

We loved the apartment. It had gorgeous view just walking distance to the old town . Well furnished with all amenities that one may need. The apartment has a great floor plan with a beautiful terrace. It is perfect for two couples. Highly recommend
