Grab some coffee enjoy sitting on the balcony smelling those saltwater breezes thinking about all of the things that you can do today. Right across the direct boardwalk, there will be two free chairs & umbrella beach cabana daily setup waiting on you. H20 on-site servers will be right over to take your order. NO need to get up.

When trying to decide your daily activities for the day you can choose to enjoy one of the large outdoor pools right off of the gulf, or one of the huge indoor pools. Enjoy the day with the children outside in the kiddie pool & splash pad. How about an evening dip in one of the three bubbly hot tubs for a romantic sitting, relaxing those muscles?
How about a day of tennis, or maybe rooftop tennis tonight on the lighted court or a workout in the state of art fitness center? The unit was extremely clean. On-site maintenance and security were very helpful. Tina was very helpful throughout the enter process.

We loved this condo. Very clean and really comfortable beds. Needs hangers but the only thing we didn’t enjoy was the noise from the elevator. It goes up and down All night long. Also tv in master doesnt work. Other than those minor things this is a great condo and i do recommend it.

Overall it was a clean, nice place to stay. But, you're close to the elevator & you can literally hear it every time it moves. The master is located facing the gulf, but the other 2 rooms have windows right on the open air hall by the elevator & facing the bar across the street. I could hear the elevator all the way in the master. But, I couldn't hear the loud motorcycles, cars & the all night partying at the bar across the street, our kids could though! They had a lot of trouble sleeping in those 2 rooms. 2 of them (15 yr & 8 yr) ended up on the pull out sofa to get away from the noise. We were hoping that since our stay was not over spring break it would not be too crazy, but it was, even on the week nights. The grounds &beach area were clean. But, on the first day we arrived we did not want to get out in traffic for supper (the traffic is horrible all day every day!) so we went to H2O, the restaurant at the resort and they had a dj playing literally the loudest music I've ever heard right by the pool. My kids, who normally love a good loud dance party couldn't even stand it! So we couldn't even go swimming because it was so painfully irritating. The food is way overpriced at H2O ¬ very good. The "Starbucks" in the building is not an actual Starbucks. My husband ended up having to leave every morning to drive to a real coffee place for a good cup of coffee. By the time you walk the mile to your car & drive that is a good 45 min! Oh & don't park on the 3rd level!

PCB was busy and not as “family” oriented as October is. However, the property was presented as said in the listing. The washer and dryer is in the kids room, I didn’t realize that. Everything was clean and check in/check out was very easy! Being on the 5th floor is great! We enjoyed our stay ❤️❤️

Another great trip to the beach. This was our 3rd summer in a row we visit PCB. Overall, it was a great stay & condo. Our family of 4 had plenty space to enjoy & relax. We loved the resort movie theatre. The AC cooled off all the rooms very well, except master bedroom, Maybe add a fan for guests, as it did get hot at night. We cooked all breakfasts & enjoyed it on the balcony. An extra set of pots/pans would be helpful to add. We prepared most lunches or ordered from the grill downstairs. We cooked spaghetti one night & ordered out most of the nights, pizza- Domino's, Mexican- Guadalajara's, burgers & wings- Hooter's, hibachi- Jin Jin Fusion (absolutely delicious) We took beach photos with Joe Spedale Jr again this summer, & went eat out at Outback steakhouse. My daughter & I also enjoyed exploring & going to as many antique/thrift stores that we could find. The unit does have a bunk bed in the kids room, my son slept at the bottom bc he said it was very hard to get to the top bunk, also it was kinda difficult to do laundry with the stacked washer & dryer in that small closet. This unit is also right by the elevators & you can hear noise most of day/night. This is a high density resort & the only pool in the sun was crowded most times & not even enough chairs to lay out. Unfortunately, we had double red & red flags all days we were there. Wish we would have had better water conditions for my kids. Always a great day to be at the beach even just sitting on the balcony!

Everything was just as you see in these pictures. The owners were very easy to deal with too. FYI….don’t park on the 3rd floor of the parking deck. All of the other levels in the parking deck are open for you to use though. That was unclear to us, so I thought I would pass the info along. Thanks for a great stay!

The place was great and the view was beautiful. The main problem was the AC. The condo felt humid and it was not cold enough. I called the manager and they said it was because we had the door open but we didn’t. Also when we would leave for hours and came back it still wasn’t even cold enough. Their towels need to be replace for sure because they smell nasty. We took ours and that was a good thing because their towels smelled like humid. Other than the AC issue and the towels the place was good. I have stayed at other condos there on front beach and didn’t have an AC problem like they said because of the humidity.

Nice place. Charged me for parking when description said 1 free car pass, owners were great and refunded me the parking fee after I reached out to them. Loved having the 2 beach chairs and umbrella. Perfect views great deck furniture. Beds ok... the noise from the bar on friday was pretty bad until 2 am but other than that we had a great time. And we will definitely be back!

This place was just right for our three generation stay. Good location on the beach. Lots of good amenities. Easy to get to and park. Check-in was super easy with great communication. Queen bed was a little creaky and road noise was loud at night but overall we really liked our stay!

⭐️SIX STARS⭐️ We had the most amazing stay. The condo was better than described. The view was breathtaking both from our master bedroom and the living room, but you could also see it from the kitchen and dining room. There was plenty of room for all 8 of us to come and go, eat meals or snack together OR have privacy if needed or wanted. Tina the host was quick to get us any answers If we had questions. And really everything was as it said in the listing so we only needed to ask where the thermostat was.😝 The condo had everything we needed for the kitchen needs. Bring a wagon or cart if you can for when you grocery shop! The parking garage ends up farther than you remember now that you have heavy bags. ONLY COMPLAINT and it was not our hosts fault, only TWO sets of elevators for 23 FLOORS AND ONE WAS BROKEN. ALWAYS waiting for the elevator. Would book again in a heart beat.

The condo was nice, front door needs improved. The bar across the street was extremely loud on Friday night until 11PM. Dishwasher didn’t clean very well and other minor things needed to be fixed but overall we enjoyed our time at the beach!

All the on-site amenities were very convenient for me and my 3 children. Beautiful view from the balconies. Chair set up on the beach. We travel to the emerald coast every year from Wisconsin for spring break. This condo has by far been our favorite. Very family friendly!

This condo is amazing. The onsite Starbucks, store, and bar & grill definitely come in handy. The pools are clean and the hot tub is perfect. The onsite staff was very friendly. The condo was clean and spacious. The furniture and beds are comfy. The balcony is private and perfect for watching the sunset. There is a bit of a walk from the parking garage to the room, but there is a drop off spot in front of the building. We would definitely book again! Absolutely love it!
