The bed was comfortable .The sheets seemed clean, hard to tell as they were grey not white like a hotel.
The bathroom was OK, just looks a little bit old. The shower was good and the whole bathroom was relatively clean.
I always take my own pillow because some pillows have stains on them and no pillow protector. The pillows on this bed were badly stained, which is disgusting and unhealthy with just a pillowcase over them. THEY NEED TO BE THROWN OUT AND REPLACED!!
The room was dirty. There was a fridge that wasn't even running and no milk provided with the tea bags and coffee and sugar. The items on the table including a some random crockery and cutlery were very dusty. The air conditioner looks like it has never been cleaned so that is also very unhealthy.
Also could hear constant talking and in the middle of the night some other guests or the hosts were noisy with the security door. It was very disturbing.
The amount of money charged for this room was too much and not worth it.

All of it, it was a beautiful location, so quiet you didn't know you were in the city. The beds were very comfortable, the room was very clean and tidy. Will be recommended it to anyone looking for accommodation.

Just a 3 min walk to bus stop. Or 10 min walk to Joondalup Station.

Location was great, very close to big shopping centre and easy on street parking. Uber eats delivered with ease and quick to get back onto main roads i needed.
Original map location was completely different and lead me nowhere. I had to call owner to get correct details. I would have been annoyed with this if i was paying an uber or taxi driver as it was wasted time trying to find.

It was really pockey had to tip toe around not to disturb other room and I was under impression proper loungeroom but is a tiny little room with tiny balcony definitely not comfortable for two separate couples unless your going out all night and only returning to sleep .no cooking kitchen facilities just a fridge and kettle a little disappointing

Amazing hosts who catered to our every need. Very comfy bed and lovely shower. Great facilities and very close proximity to a bus stop. A great stay all around.

Nice guest house about 7-10 min walk from Joondalup shopping mall and train station. Comfortable bed. Good sized room. Bathroom great. Bath towels very nice. Lady host was nice. Let me do a laundry wash on last day and dried on line. Wifi good .
Tv wasn't good . Couldn't get channels. You tube ok then it cut out. Netflix available so all good. Rang host, spoke to guy. Said he would fix next day but didn't . Needs to lift his game. Another guest, met me at door when I arrived. Abnoxious as. Probably hosts shouldn't let this clown answer the door. Otherwise nice stay.

the bed was large & very comfortable and the room spacious parking was easy and close to the property (we had a parking card for the car)the property was in easy walking distance of the hospital where I had surgery the next day and I was required to stay nearby for 5 days post surgery … my Fiancé was able to walk over to visit me without a problem and it was a safe area for the car to be parked on the street outside the guesthouse … the shopping centre was a short drive away for his supplies or he could’ve caught the free cat bus at the hospital which stops at the shopping centre and train station . There was free wifi and it was a reliable connection . Microwave access upstairs - that was a life saver for us!
No channels or cable tv .. there was an Apple TV box but everything required subscriptions or $ to watch I did a channel search with no
luck -(either free to air or cable) we ended up just watching Netflix the whole time from the Netflix button on the remote (I enjoyed the free Channels l had on the hospital tv) I did question the tv situation with the lady of the house but she didn’t know much about it and was told her husband would explain it better but never sighted him. The kettle kept tripping the power board out if the tv was on at the same time so we moved the kettle into the bathroom. the bathroom exhaust fan badly needed a clean as did the door frame and door to the bathroom. The closet was locked which would’ve been good for hanging clothes and storing the suitcases.

The host was lovely, I arrived late after a long flight from Edinburgh and was starving ! She offered me tea and toast with eggs and a lamb kebab 🤣 Also offered me a lift to my friends house the day I left because the uber app wasn't working on my phone . Its the little things that make all the difference!

Host was really friendly, it’s my first time in Aussie, felt really welcomed. Service is excellent.
I was able to check in earlier due to availability .
The place itself is relaxing and cozy. The place is run by a couple, they were really helpful in giving suggestions for places and logistics. Couldn’t have had it better.
There’s like microwave, toaster and fridge on the second floor of common space. Along with it there’s also a mini book shelf. So if you find yourself bored, you can kill time with those books.
I have been to home stays around Europe and Asia , I would say this tops it all.
I don’t really write long reviews but it’s just a lot of good memories.

i wouldve preferred to have a television in my room- it was a bit embarrassing sitting in common space in a strangers house (although no one came along anyway)

We were there to sleep only. Late in and early out.
No milk in fridge and TV difficult to work. Did not detract. Satisfied with our short stay.

Well appointed, Plush bed and bedding, exceptionally clean. Fabulous location, proximity to restaurants, shopping etc fantastic. Fridge tea and coffee, tissues etc provided. Overall one of the More exceptional places I have stayed. Was a great place to rest up for the rest of my journey. The hosts were great.
The pillows were not comfortable for me. My only suggestion would be to provide a couple of plates and cutlery, not everyone wants to eat out, rather order in but delivery companies don't provide a knife and fork anymoe so it seems. An iron would also be helpful. Minor details though.
