Location cleanliness, friendly staff, great facilities, fun and games for the whole family and texting updated information via phones.

European wasps, they were really bad at times. Not blaming the park managers, but believe the council should make baiting a priority

Comfortable

Loved the Chanel’s on the tv. The food was amazing.

Wires in the wall in room 4 are accessible but assume they aren’t live? They should be tucked away or have blue points on them (I’m an electrician). Blood stain on the single bed mattress protector. Cabinet for fridge is VERY unsturdy.

Should be using liquid body wash , not old fashioned soap! No milk in the fridge.

Room in Central Clare

Good sized room, well decorated in modern style Comfortable bed Good shower - the shower is over a corner bath, but it wasn't a problem Sufficient plates, glasses, cutlery & crockery for 2 people, plus coffee, tea & milk Well stocked mini bar/fridge Good tv Barn room easily accessed from car park Other reviews have complained of late night noise, but there was none the Friday night we stayed Central Clare location

Furniture was a little tired. A toaster would have been welcome

Did not stay there and would not recommend to anyone except football clubs for end of season trips

Nothing my wife moved out and went to stay at another location as they did not feel safe staying at the property due to other guests staying there and their unruly behavior which was acceptable to the owners as they were making money from the drinks they were consuming. Would not recommend this property to anyone with a family.

The management could have shown a duty of care for other guests especially females but they did not care.

Very friendly staff who gave us some great recommendations to places/wineries to visit.

The location was central to our needs and made it handy to eat at the Hotel each night. Food was great. Bar staff very friendly.

The bathroom definitely needs some attention. Lack of lighting above the handbasin makes it hard to get ready. Very dark corner.

We had a pleasant stay

Comfortable bed, large room, tea and coffee facilities, quiet at night, ample parking outside the room, convenient location

Bathroom door difficult to close, needs a joiner to shave the side of the door. A few hooks on the bathroom wall to hang clothes would be useful.

Great location in town and hotel restaurant excellent.

When we first pulled up the Motel section looked terrible and our first impressions wern't great. The Hotel has just been taken over by new owners abd some ork has been done inside the rooms with new bathrooms,comfortable bed. However the outside needs a clean up with overgrown gardens,an old steel cage lying in the front and windows and other fixtures that need replacing and the whole place needs a tidyup. The Motel is a stark contrast to the main Hotel. If we hadn't booked online and just driving past the motel we probably drive past. Needs a good tidy up. Also under the staircase where the landing is the timber or something is rotten and falling down. Not a good look. Also hot shower in our room(6) was difficult to adjust..

Really comfy bed and high ceilings and cold fridge - just what I needed for this quick stay.

Music was loud on Fri night, but that's to be expected at a pub and wasn't a problem.

Central location, adequate facilites, budget accommodation.

Central location on the main street. Walking distance around the main town and back to the room. Large, comfortable bed with clean linen. Large TV with Netflix option if you have an account. Good air-conditioner. Large windows to let in natural light and heavy curtains to block the light if required.

Noisy fridge. Dirty brick walls. Inadequate parking if all the rooms were booked. No couch or table to sit at to play games or eat a meal. Awful bathroom, very old and unattractive brick construction with a flimsy shower curtain and no flannel. Dirty window full of spiderwebs above the shower, hard to open and close.

Clean but the live entertainment was next level noisy

Long weekend and could book at short notice for one night. Clean but very dated.

Very dated- the worst part was the music in the main hotel was ultra loud for a Sunday night and did not stop until 1230am It would have been good to have this advertised on the website that live entertainment is common and then we would have made a decision not to book

good location. really pleasant staff.

not a 4*. our room was very basic with bare brick walls, no headboard, no shampoo etc. very noisy and old air con unit. it felt like a motel rather than a hotel. that being said it was comfortable and clean.
