This beautiful home is located right on Lake Murray in Gilbert, SC! This custom built home has rustic wood accents, new furnishings, and scenic views, the perfect destination to make memories with the family.

MAIN HOUSE - FIRST LEVEL:

Entry/Guest Bath/Bunk Room/Laundry-
The main entry has a bunk bed room off to the left and a full bathroom with shower only off to the right. Just past the bathroom is a spacious laundry/drop-zone room where you may store extra food, drinks, equipment or luggage.

Bedroom 1
The bunk room is directly off of the entry foyer on the main level. This room sleeps 2 in the twin size bunk bed, a dresser for clothing storage, shutters on the two large windows and nautical décor.

Kitchen-
The open concept living space has a fully stocked kitchen with all of the essentials you will need during your stay. Custom wood cabinets, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances make this kitchen the perfect place to whip up a home cooked meal or to set out snacks for the family. There is a L-shaped bar height ledge with stools that provide extra dining or seating space adjacent to the living area.

Living Room-
The living room is just past the kitchen with a sofa, reclining chair, and a beautiful stone fireplace (not for guest use) that serves as the focal point for the room. perfect to kick back and relax after a long day on the lake. A SmartTV (no cable) where you may log into your personal streaming apps and accounts to enjoy your favorite shows and movies. The living room is directly adjacent and open to the kitchen and the two-story height dining area and staircase leading up to the second floor.

Dining Room-
The dining room is in the same open space as the kitchen and living room. This table has seating for 8, allowing you and your guests to have sit down meals together or to spend time playing games and enjoying each other’s company.

Sun Porch -
French doors leads from the open concept living/dining/kitchen to the enclosed sunroom. The space has a conversation set with loveseat, coffee table and two side chairs along with a tall table that can be used for cocktails or remote work with two seats overlooking the lake. Another set of French doors lead to the outdoor patio space with multiple tiers of entertaining space leading towards the water and dock.

MAIN HOUSE - SECOND LEVEL:

Primary Bedroom Suite (Bedroom 2)-
The spacious primary bedroom is located upstairs and furnished with a king size bed, nightstands, a dresser, and has an ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet. There is a SmartTV (no cable) mounted on the wall for you to enjoy a nice movie and/or TV show before bed. The private bathroom located right off of this bedroom has as well as a walk in closet. Fresh white hotel grade bed and bath linens are included. The chairs in this space provide the perfect place to unwind with a favorite book.

Bedroom 3 Queen Suite-
Bedroom 3 is also located upstairs. This bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed also made with clean, comfortable sheets for your guests. There is a dresser provided for your guests to put their belongings away so they can feel at home.

Upstairs Loft-
There is a lofted bonus area overlooking the lake and two-story foyer over the dining / open concept living space below. The loft area has bean bag chairs that may fold out into additional full size beds, perfect for a slumber party or child friendly play area. There is a rocking chair adjacent to the gorgeous tall windows overlooking the lake with some of the best views in the house.

GUEST HOUSE - SECOND LEVEL OVER GARAGE:

The guest house is located at the front of the driveway as you drive onto the property. The garage space itself is not accessible to guests. The studio style Guest House above the garage has two full sized beds as well as a full sized bathroom with stand-up shower. There is also a kitchenette area with a sink and mini refrigerator. The Guest House is not attached to the Main House and is set back towards the road, making it very private and quiet retreat.

Backyard /Lake Side
The backyard is the perfect place to make lots of memories with your family. There is plenty of outdoor furniture for you to enjoy the Lake, even while on dry ground. There is an outdoor fireplace, large umbrellas, lounge furniture, a dining set, conversation set and a charcoal grill (BYO charcoal) for guest use. The dock that leads right out onto Lake Murray where you may rent a boat from a local rental shop or use the swim ladder to take a dip with your family. You may also bring your own boat and launch right from the backyard if you so desire.

We are very close to the water - expect to see wildlife including bugs, lizards, birds, turtles, raccoons, squirrels, and the occasional deer. Regular pest treatments are done both inside and out but it is very easy for pests to slip into the house if doors or windows are left open.

There is a doorbell camera at the front entry and a camera at the rear facing the lake, dock and rear dock/patio, both cameras are actively recording. There are no cameras inside, only the two on the exterior. Tampering with the cameras will result in cancellation without refund.
