This newly built luxury home sleeps 22 with 4 King Suites, a Double Queen Suite, and 2 Bunk Rooms, each with a 4K Smart TV and ensuite bath. Featuring a spacious great room, a private outdoor kitchen with a Green Egg grill, and expansive suites. Have family friendly competition in the 2 game rooms complete with a professional air hockey table, foosball table, 2 custom wall-mounted arcade games with 3,500+ games, and karaoke with a stage for a family karaoke night. Your luxury villa is just a two-minute golf cart ride from the beach with the COMPLIMENTARY six-person street legal golf cart ($180 a day value). Located right next to Miramar Beach's largest beach access. Parking is available in the large parking lot next to the Pompano Joe's beach access. It has an ADA service ramp along with restrooms and showers. If you prefer to walk, it is an easy 7-minute walk. Enjoy the emerald waters, sugar sand beaches, beautiful sunsets, happy hour drinks, beach umbrella and chair rentals, jet ski rentals, parasailing, kayaking, bonfires, banana boat rides and more!

Your luxury villa is located in a private community called the "Retreat at Miramar". Guests staying in the property have full access to the 90-foot long heated private Retreat pool and spacious lounge, dining, and grilling pavilion. It's a perfect space for cookouts, with 7 Green Egg charcoal grills (charcoal provided) and for cooling off in the pool. Watch sports, movies, and more on the 5 big-screen TVs while you lounge in the comfortable couches under the covered area. Guests are also welcome to fish in the community catch and release pond behind the pavilion. Nestled in the heart of Miramar Beach, High Tide is conveniently located near Sandestin, Santa Rosa Beach, Destin, and 30A and a short drive from dozens of great restaurants and shops.

We brought our family to High Tide to Celebrate our beach wedding. We enjoyed our stay, it was a beautiful property and very spacious for a large family. The kids loved the Game rooms and taking rides on the golf cart. Unfortunately we did not have the opportunity to use the common area with the pool and grills as another family had broken glass and the pool was closed our entire stay. Alex and Justin were amazing to work with, quick responses to our needs and helped with a few issues we had right away. I will definitely be recommending this property to everyone! Thank you guys for making our vacation a breeze!

This is a great neighborhood and the house is well stocked for cooking. The golf cart is perfect for beach trips and the property manager was very responsive and easy to communicate with- the best I’ve ever had in a rental. We had a multi generational group on the trip, so bedrooms on all floors helped and all bedrooms have a bathroom. We made many memories during this trip!

If you’re looking for a massive house for a large family vacation close to the best beach in the area with all the amenities then this is the one. We had 22 people COMFORTABLY stay in the home. Kids loved the house arcade games and the community pool. Adults loved the space and number of bathrooms. Everyone loved the golf cart to the best beach and location to P Joes. Would highly recommend this rental!

I RENTED THE HIGH TIDE HOME FOR A FAMILY VACATION IN MIRAMAR BEACH. THERE WERE 22 RELATIVES ON SITE. THE PLACE WAS AMAZING WITH GREAT ENTERTAINMENT AND GRILLING AMENITIES ALONG WITH EXCELLENT BEDROOMS, BUNK BEDS, GAME ROOM AND SPACIOUS KITCHEN/LIVING ROOM AREAS. THE GOLF CART WAS A WELCOME NECESSITY. MYSELF AND MY FAMILY TOTALLY ENJOY OUR STAY AND LIVING QUARTERS FOR THE WEEK. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIGH TIDE. PS. JUSTIN WAS OUTSTANDING

Overall had a great stay . Lots of room for multiple families , lots of bathrooms . Enjoyed the 3 floors for family privacy . The kids loved the bunk rooms and games . Community pool was clean and not to busy . Golf cart was a plus going to the beach as well.

This was a great location for our large extended family vacation. It was an easy walk to the pool and easy drive or walk to the beach. Everything was as listed and check in/out was very simple. We will definitely look into this location again when we come back to Destin.

My family and loved staying at High Tide. This place is HUGE. It was very clean when we arrived and there was even a generous cheese tray to welcome us when we arrived. We had 8 adults and 5 children and still didn’t use two of the bedrooms. Every couple loved having a large BR with a king size bed and the kids loved the bunk bed room with 6 beds. There were more than enough towels and linens. The kitchen was well stocked. There were beach chairs in the garage which was a nice extra. The 3rd floor game room with the two wall arcade games and industrial sized air hockey table was a big hit with the kids and adults. The karaoke machine and stage on the 2nd floor was an equal hit. The kitchen and seating area was big enough for all of us as we ate almost every meal in. The golf cart was a big hit getting to and from the beach although I would be careful to stay away from the handicapped area when dropping people off at the beach as we got a ticket just stopping there to drop people off. We did have a small issue getting our oven to work but Justin and Alex worked to resolve it immediately. We would love to come back to this place again as it was a great place to get our extended family together for some needed reconnect time.

This home has everything you need for an enjoyable beach vacation. The large bar in the kitchen was a favorite spot to gather around. I slept in one of the king bedrooms. I was pleased that the bed was comfortable and I was able to sleep well each night. I have hip and back problems and I usually don't sleep well traveling. That was a huge plus for me. The 6 person golf cart made the ride over to the beach with transportation of chairs and ice chest a breeze. Watching a movie on the TV in the living room made you feel you were in a theatre with the great sound system. The kids loved playing air hockey and singing karaoke. The swimming pool was nice to enjoy as the beach had double red flags (no swimming) for 5 days. It rained alot while we were there so all the eminities at the house was nice to have around. We cooked at least 2 meals a day there. The fridge and freezer had adequate space to accommodate all the food we brought. I only recommend bringing extra dishwasher soap if you plan to use the dishwasher alot. Loved having bathrooms for each bedroom. Lots of space for everyone to be together or have their own area to retreat to if needed. Noticed a few things not quite working right but texted host and he was quick to reply and get solutions. Overall I would recommend staying. I've stayed in other homes in the same neighborhood but this place far exceeded the others. I would love to stay there again one day.
