A great stay. Outdoor sitting places and vegetation created a pleasant oasis. Well appointed house with nicely equipped kitchen. The host responded quickly and took care of a small issue right off.

My husband and I spent three months at this property this winter. The home is very cozy and worked well us. We were able to have several guests down throughout our stay and the additional two bedrooms and full bath made it very comfortable. The location is outstanding and the beach and downtown Venice are easy walks.

Great location, close to park and downtown shops and restaurants.

Nice location, two blocks from restaurants, and walking distance down a nice blvd to gulf or around side streets to beach access. Nice having two sitting areas outside …no complaints!

This property is located about two blocks from Venice Ave., the main shopping street of Venice, and a fifteen minute walk to Venice Beach. That made it perfect for us. The house itself has been nicely updated and was well-equipped. Being of an older design, it is not open floor plan, but the spaces were comfortable and there was plenty of room for 6 people without being on top of each other. The patio at the back of the house was a quiet and peaceful haven. The owner was very responsive to a couple of small problems we had, addressing them within a few hours. The bicycle tires were full, which has never happened at other places we have rented, and we were able to use them a lot. We would rent this house again in a heartbeat.
