My wife and I stayed at this awesome lake house for our first trip to Maine. We enjoyed sitting on the porch and enjoying the beauty and quiet of the lake. A short, beautiful 2 hour drive to Acadia. 30 minute drive to Waterville and 10 minute drive to Augusta. It really was exactly what we needed.

The place was perfect for me to spend valuable time with my grandkids. We had everything we needed and the place was so comfortable. Many wonderful memories were made here and they named it ‘The Summer House’ I would come again and hope to find this place available, because it is my first choice, when I come to visit next year.
Thank you for providing a magical place to create memories. Highly recommended!

The place was cool, nice and clean. The place was a safe neighborhood, the places of interest are just nearby. I love to be back again. Thanks for the lovely experienced.

Nothing fancy about this place, but it suited our purpose. Beds were comfortable but there were no dressers or other storage so one has to live out of one's suitcase. I would suggest removing the sliding doors to each closet and putting some shelves in the closets for guest clothing.

Nice apartment with lovely views of Three Mile Pond. Lake access was decent though the paths down are steep. Convenient to shopping in South China and Augusta. The interior was clean and modern.
My only complaint was the outdoor floodlight, which could not be switched off by any means we were able to learn about during our stay. When I drive this far from the major cities, I like to enjoy the darkness as much as the quiet. So if you want to see the Milky Way, choose some other Maine vacation house. Otherwise, all good.

There was no hot water in the shower, despite the visitor book stating this was the case for the last visitor three weeks ago. The first maintenance man showed up and stated he had not been paid and did not fix the problem but tried. A plumber finally showed up and then the hot water could not be adjusted. The air conditioner was dripping water inside and had a very moldy smell. The last straw was finding a roach. Despite contacting the property manager numerous times we left two nights early and went to a hotel. Would like a refund!

Enjoyed staying at this home for a weekend while in Maine to attend a family weekend. House was clean and towels, bedding and amenities were great. Might be nice to enjoy this lake house in the summer, but it is a very steep to get to the water. I did not want to try it since I am not young!, but really enjoyed the views.

My family and dog stayed here and enjoyed the lake and dock. The house was clean. Water pressure was a bit weak and the outdoor porch could use a cleaning. We had the first floor which is on top of another Vrbo place so the kids running around and making noise was a little stressful for us. That being said it is a nice place in interior Maine to escape to.

Nice property, enjoyed our stay and the lake. We found a place nearby to rent kayaks for a day. Groceries and a store were very close like 10 minutes. The only issue we had were swarms of flying insects at night. One night some of those entered through the back door off the deck. Thankfully, the management sent someone the next morning to take of the issue in the house. Nice place to stay, we enjoyed the trip.
