Very clean and well laid out with all the amenities. Beds were very comfortable. TV in all the rooms. Great communication. Great location. Didn’t realize it was part of a duplex though. Quite neighborhood. Very relaxing.

Stayed here for a recent family reunion and couldn’t have been happier! So much space, really clean, incredible responsiveness from hosts!
We absolutely loved both the hot tub & the jiggler and would try to book again next time we’re in town!

We were in the area for the Gretzky Academy Hockey Camp and this location was amazing. Close to downtown and lot of great food places. The house was perfect for 2 families of 4, and the kids had a blast. Plus, the hot tub was critical for muscle recovery for the kids after playing hockey all day.

The property was well kept inside and out. Living rooms and furniture were comfortable and the abundance of TVs with the ability to connect to any media app was appreciated. We enjoyed the gas BBQ and hot tub outside. The property managers were extremely attentive. 5 out of 5 stars for everything except it would have been nice to know at the time of booking that this was a duplex. Although the other tenant was very quiet and it was no problem at all.

Not only was the description of property accurate, but they were extremely accommodating and very friendly! Would not only recommend but would stay again!

Our check in was smooth. We enjoyed the space it was well thought out. My parents stayed in the king bedroom and bathroom upstairs while my family (two adults two children) stayed downstairs. Beds were comfortable. A/C was awesome. Mornings in the hot tub became a quick favorite. Called about hot tub needing water, staff came in about 20 mins and serviced it. Love that they sent us texts in regards to air quality.. Hands down would stay again! .

Love the house. Didnt realize it was a duplex. The house could have been cleaner, there were several bugs, spiders, cenepedes, and the kitchen shelves were dirty with food crumbs.
The setup was nice and and it was decorated nicely.

Great place for large family/friends. In town to run the CDA Marathon. Grocery store within walking distance. Easy drive to lakeshore/downtown. Definitely would stay here again.
Thanks

I stayed at this property with just my adult son. It was the perfect size, we both had our own space. My son's recommendation would be that the hot tub be a little hotter as I believe it was programmed to be 102 degrees. My recommendation would be some type of cable service for the TV as I believe older folks would like to watch live sports. Other than the lock code not working when we arrived, everything was great.

The property is in a very quiet neighborhood, but just blocks from downtown.

Worked well for our family reunion

This house was perfect for the family, it offered two living areas, a spacious kitchen, plenty of bathrooms for us, and smart TV’s in every bedroom. Really enjoyed ourselves and will definitely come back. My only suggestion would like to have a larger ceiling fan in the master bedroom to circulate air and have some noise.

This is a great place to stay in Coeur d’Alene. There were some minor inconveniences: a missing remote for a bedroom ceiling fan, and bath towels not present in master bathroom (they were above the washing machine). But overall it worked well for us.

This is a lovely unit though did not realize it was a duplex. The master bed and bath were very nice and comfortable and the kitchen was great. There is plenty of space with an additional queen bed and bunk beds downstairs along with another sitting room/family room. However be warned that the only place to eat is at the bar—there is no dining table. The hot tub is nice though quite small. There was some mix up with just exactly who was actually managing the property and some miscommunication between two different management groups but once we figured out the problem, it was fine.

Very nice place! All renovated duplex. Full living space upstairs and downstairs. Lots of room for families. The master bed was soooooo comfortable. You will love this place!! 🤩⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It was nice place to stay but I will never stay there again! I got charged $266.50 when it was advertised for $138.00 a night, then was extra $445.80 “host fee” then on top of that there was vrbo fee which I expected. Which turn my $500.00 vacation into a $1107.80. Beware of ALL the fee before booking.

This property was everything advertised , location was great , everything was within a block . House was updated and looked brand new , my family and I will be booking again for next year .

Property was spacious, updated & clean. It’s a duplex, we were not aware of that prior to arrival. The master bedroom had a sheet that didn’t properly fit the bed that came off nightly. The cleaning fee is a bit steep in comparison especially since the customer is expected to start the washer & take garbage cans to curb. Overall it’s a cute little place but with all the fees the price was a little over $500 a night which after staying there we think it wasn’t priced approximately.

Great rental!
This was our first time using VRBO. The house was really clean, beautifully decorated, and Stacy was super prompt when I had questions throughout the booking process. She made everything incredibly easy. The home was beautiful.. there were 6 of us (3 adults, 3 kids) and we all had plenty of space! Will definitely return here the next time we're in CDA.
