Couldn’t have asked for a better location. It was in the heart of mountain village and everything was so walkable. The scenery was unmatched and the hosts were available through texts. We unfortunately got a flat tire while visiting and the hosts gave me a recommendation on where to go for a repair. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you’d need to make meals and there was complementary coffee as well. Only thing was missing were tongs for grilling but other than that it was great. We stayed for a bachelorette trip and had a great trip. If you take a shuttle from montrose airport, it’ll drop you off right in front of the location. Overall great experience and made the trip that much greater.

The unit is modern, well-maintained with beautiful views and plenty of space in a very convenient location. Perfect spot for a family ski & spa trip!

Overall a pleasant stay. The living area was filthy on arrival. Sofa heavily foodstained. Food residue on coffee table and dining table. The bed mattresses were way too soft.

We could not have been more impressed with the cleanliness and beauty of the unit. It had everything we needed for a family of 5, and the location was nothing short of fantastic. We definitely plan on staying here again in the future.

Beautiful property within walking distance of mountain village and the peaks. Room with a view with ALL the amenities. Also the property management team was helpful in giving us all
The recommendations. Highly recommend for ski or fall!

The condo location is convenient and close to everything in Mountain Village. Views were incredible and accommodations were lovely and spacious which was great with two families with kids.

This home was perfect for our trip to Telluride! We were a group of 3 couples who came for the Blues and Brews festival. The house was lovely and had everything we needed. The rooms were comfortable and accommodated 3 couples very well. The location was excellent - easy walking distance to the Gondola to go into Telluride, or even down to the grocery store.
There were only 2 issues. One was the parking. The one designated parking spot was extremely small and in a corner. We couldn’t park because the truck parked in the adjacent corner spot was sticking out, blocking the space entirely. The host was extremely responsive and reimbursed us for paid parking in another location. We were really happy with their response. Also, the heat in the home wasn’t working. However, again the host was really responsive and brought space heaters for us all right away. The couple of issues were quickly and well resolved.
We would absolutely stay here again, and certainly plan to next year!

Very nice condo. Very well stocked. Excellent location. Only drawback was the parking. A little inconvenient as it is in a different building.

Perfect location in the center of Mountain village, short walk to condole. Kitchen equipped with everything needed to make a nice dinner and gas grill clean functional. Beds were very comfortable and bedrooms quite spacious. Bathrooms updated. Wonderful stay and management company responsive.

This was the perfect place for our group of family and friends. There was plenty of space for all 9 of us! Although the parking is a little walk away, it didn’t matter since everything was accessible via a short walk and/or the gondolas so we didn’t need our car during our stay. With such a big group, we had an extra car, and found overnight parking nearby in the Heritage Plaza lot for $35/night. That lot, although not very large, also has a very reasonable hourly rate of $2/hr during the day, considering how close it is to everything it’s a steal. The free lots were a mess, but for a reasonable price this one was totally worth it. The wide entryway halls and only one short set of stairs (like 6-7 stairs) made it really easy to pack in all of our stuff and come and go with kids and in ski gear. The ski locker, right at the entrance, was convenient and large enough to fit all of our group’s gear. It’s a little hike to get to/from the Peaks green run, but even our 4-year old was able to manage it by the next day in her ski gear. We loved that we could all quickly come back to the condo for lunch but get back to the slopes easily. It was also nice to be right near the Mountain Village city center where we walked to picked up a few dinners and drinks.
It truly was the perfect place and perfect location! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Location is beyond amazing. STEAL!
First and foremost, I would definitely stay here again. Any quibbles are just that, and really just FYI so renters know exactly what they are getting.
Overall rating: STEAL OF A DEAL!
The location is so so good. Great views and excellent lift access.
The place has been remodeled and is very clean. Not that it mattered that much, but there was a noticeable lack of décor, which made it a bit less homey. There are giant walls calling out for a nice Telluride ski map or mountain picture.
The showers were a bit disappointing after a long day. They look great, nice and modern. However the 1/4 piece of glass leaves you pretty exposed to the cold so you are spinning like a top trying to stay warm. I didn't get to check out the master upstairs that had a nice tub to soak.
All who stayed felt the TV in the living area was diminutive, both in aesthetics and for watching. Normally we would not watch much TV on a trip but with the Olympics on, we were watching before and after each day on the slopes. Only noting if you are a big TV group. It is watchable but as cheap as TVs are these days, it doesn't make sense to skimp.
The beds were all clean and comfortable but the bunk beds were less than rock solid. Not dangerous in any way but I don't suggest planning on having an adult on the top as each movement sways the entire structure.
The downstairs ski/board storage is convenient and large but there is not a ton of room for luggage in the condo.
We did minimal cooking - just breakfast - but there were some basics missing, like a spice rack with several empty bottles. Minor for us, but you might want to inventory before doing a grocery run if you plan to cook.
It was a bit annoying to have to park our vehicle a block or so away. Luckily we didn't do alot of driving but someone had to trudge in the cold to get it and park. Up side is that it is a spot in a covered garage. It was also a bit of a frustration to have a single parking spot. For a place of this size that is supposed to hold 10 adults, 1 spot is below average. I will note that parking is a difficulty in general in Telluride so it may not be specific to this place.
Again, these are all very minor in the big scheme of things. Everyone who stayed thought the place was great and would stay again any time. If you factor in the very reasonable cost, it is a complete no-brainer. It is really a steal for what you get. Do not hesitate and book it before it sells out!

Great week!!!
Our family of 5 enjoyed staying in this condo. It was spacious and comfortable, and the layout was great. It was also a fabulous location....only a few minutes to ski school drop off, lifts, dining, and more. We had an accident occur while there, and the property manager was quick to respond and everything was handled promptly and efficiently. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place close to the gondola
Stayed here for the Bluegrass festival - great location close to the gondola and plenty of room for 3 couples. Well stocked kitchen, clean, nice view off the balcony. Internet is a little spotty (we called the property mgr and she mentioned it was just how it works in mountain towns - although other experiences in the area have been just fine) but other than that a really nice place to stay in Mtn Village.
