About this apartment rental
**The Primary Renter must be 21 yrs of age and staying at the Condo. We DO NOT Rent to Minors = Under the Age of 21. No Parties or Events (12 people MAX) are Allowed at the Condo or Complex.**
Please note that we have 3 dogs that use the condo with us throughout the year typically for a week at a time. We don’t allow them in the back bedroom, and we do everything we can to remove their pet hair. Even with the best cleaning company and my over-the-top cleaning before the cleaning company arrives, there will be pet hair in the condo. If this is going to be a problem for you or your group, please consider other rentals – we will not issue refunds for pet hair in the condo or sunporch. During our first 2 years, no one complained about the cleanliness of the condo or sunporch.

• Easy access / ground-level condominium that sleeps 6. Ideally, 4 but 6 are allowed.
No streets to cross to get to the beach you don't have to play Frogger to get to and from the beach (the Condo is on the Beach Block in Dewey Beach, Delaware - 5 buildings/homes to the Sand Dunes for the Atlantic Ocean).
**Smoke-Free/Vape-Free Complex!**
The condo and property, including the complex's parking lot, are smoke-free this includes vaping, e-cigarettes, or anything else that creates smoke.
Bedrooms
• Sleeps 6 with 2 bedrooms (Front bedroom has a Queen Bed & the other has 2 Twin/Single Beds) and there is a Queen-size sleeper sofa in the living area
• In addition to the bed(s) both Bedrooms have a dresser, mirror, and one bedside table and table light. The Front bedroom has 2 dressers and 2 nightstands
• Installed June 2020 brand new ductless mini split system - heat pump/air conditioning in both bedrooms with remotes and there are also baseboard electric heaters added for warmth during off-season stays.
• **Guests can Either bring their own Linens/Sheets and Towels OR they can be rented.
If renting Sheets/ Towels/Beach Gear our guests who have done this in the past have used 227Rent.com.

• Plenty of Pillows (10 sleeping pillows) and Blankets (at least 6) are provided in the Condo.
Kitchen
• Galley Style Kitchen has all necessary glass/chinaware, utensils, and cookware, with a small microwave, small electric oven with 4 burner stovetop, air fryer, Mr. Coffee Maker (plenty of coffee filters available in the condo not sure about the free coffee supply usually there is some available), dishwasher, & washer/dryer - now including 2 baking sheets and some cleaning supplies for the house and the dishwasher/washer.
• If you plan on cooking we do provide some aluminum foil, plastic wrap, and/or zip lock bags if you finish a roll of aluminum foil, plastic wrap, or a box of zip lock bags please replace them for the next guest. You should bring any food, beverages, spices, or condiments you'll need during your stay. There should be kitchen and bathroom trash bags in the condo under the respective sinks. Cleaning supplies are under the kitchen sink.
Bathroom
• 1 bathroom with updated fixtures, tiled, tub/shower (Tankless Hot Water Heater – Hot Water on Demand - once the water is hot it stays hot.) The bathroom ceiling has a heater to make the bathroom nice and warm on those occasional cold, rainy days.
• 1 hairdryer is provided with 4 attachments
• 2-4 full rolls of toilet paper and 2-3 full rolls of paper towels should be in the Condo when you arrive and leave. Please leave good toilet paper and paper towels that have 3rd sheets!
• In October 2023 we replaced the toilet and installed a tall 16.5" height ADA complaint Elongated Toilet with a slow close seat/lid. I'm a 6'3" 270 lbs Male and I Love this new addition to the bathroom.
Living Area
• Queen-size sleeper sofa, matching accent chair - the chair does NOT turn into a bed, some games, puzzles, 3 decks of playing cards, UNO, 2 side tables with lamps, ceiling fan/light, TV stand, Flat-screen TV, dining table with 2 chairs, and baseboard heater.
TV/Internet
• Highspeed Xfinity/Comcast internet, and 2 TVs - one in the living area (Smart TV) and the other in the enclosed screened-in sun porch area, both with Xfinity/Comcast voice control remotes. We are exploring dropping our cable and switching over to a streaming service or using a digital antenna as of 6/6/24 we still have cable and we will always have high-speed internet/Wi-Fi.
Screened-in Sun Porch
• 2 wicker chairs, matching wicker loveseat, table, 2 chairs (in addition to the dining chairs in the living area), a bench, and a shoe bench with 2 empty cubbies, wall mounted SMALL flat-screen TV. In Nov 2023 we upgraded the Windows in the Sunporch and they do open to enjoy the ocean's summer night breeze. In March 2024 we changed our sunporch blinds to wireless motorized that can only be raised or lowered by remote.
Common Areas
• Common areas for the 2 Buildings / 8 Condos: courtyard in between the buildings with 2 gas grills, ample Adirondack seating, 2 picnic tables, and 2 outdoor showers in the back.

Parking
• 2 Parking Spaces available - First is the Complex Parking Lot - from a loading/unloading view it is probably best to park head in, in the parking lot. Second is a Seasonal Parking Permit for the Street or anywhere in Dewey Beach - zone 4012. Please pay attention to posted parking signs in the Town. New for 2024 both sides of the street for our beach block are perpendicular & head in first ONLY parking, regardless of the time of the year. Parking tickets start at $45. If you need additional parking permits they can be purchased on the Town of Dewey Beach website, at the Town Hall 105 Rodney Ave, or you can pay hourly via a parking app.
Pets
• Unfortunately Guests are NOT able to Bring Pets. The property (NO Pets Permitted.) (4 of the 8 Condo Homeowners do have Pets - Guests Can NOT Bring Pets - HOA Rules & Regs - this might change in the future, I am working on getting this changed for 2025.)

This was the exact amount of space we needed. Really nice enclosed porch, super clean and comfortable. It was a homey feeling, which I loved. The owner was very helpful and a greay communicator. We had chairs and an umbrella there, which freed up space for pur travels. We really enjoyed it.

I highly recommend staying at Bill's Dewey Beach condo. Our stay went extremely smooth from start to finish. Bill is a terrific owner, extremely accommodating and communcates thoroughly to ensure our stay at his Dewey condo was easy and seamless. The condo location is very conveniently located. Its an easy walk to the beach and restaurants. 100% would stay again.

This was the perfect little place for our anniversary staycation… off the beaten path enough to avoid rowdy groups but right there on the beach and walking distance for evening dinners and entertainment in town. We had a great time and Bill was easily reachable for anything we needed during our stay.

We love this area and visit yearly for Birthday and, this year, 1st Anniversary.
We look forward to relaxing before the season gets going. This place was perfect just for that.
It was in a great location, park and go. We get to explore the restaurants etc without worrying about driving . The condo was very clean, and we wanted for nothing. Comfortable master bed, nice sunroom to unwind in the evening. Very quiet area and on ocean side just minutes walk to the beach. The were beach items available for use as well. There's a court area before entrance to condo with picnic tables and grills for families to enjoy cooking outside. The owners were very easy to work with and were very attentive to details. Definitely looking forward to next year. Thank you Bill and Meg for renting to us.

Had a fantastic stay. Place was clean and steps to the beach, also convenient for local dining! Beautiful sunsets on the bay. Loved the small town feel of Dewey beach. We will definitely be back.

Excellent rental. Well located in quiet neighborhood with easy and quick beach access. Several restaurants, bars and shop within walking distant.
The two bedroom unit was perfect for me and my adult daughter. Beds were comfortable and no problem sleeping, plenty of storage for clothes. Another nice feature was individual A/C units in bedrooms.
The kitchen is a bit cramped but is functional with all appliances working. Is well stocked with plenty of plates, bowls, glassware and silverware in addition to pots and pans.
The additional living spaces, TV room and sun room, were clean with comfortable furniture. In the sun room, we enjoyed coffee in morning and refreshments in the evenings.
Would not have a problem renting this unit again or recommending it to others.

Everything was Great. Full kitchen.. coffee pot and a Keurig. Comfy beds and living room. Absolutely loved the screened in Room. Gentle breezes through the entire condo. It was so close to the Beach and bay. Definitely a do over 😊❤️

The property was excellent for my family of 5. The location to the beach could not have been better. We walked to the beach many mornings to watch the sunrise. While spending the day at the beach, the location made it easy to carry our items needed. The outdoor showers were the best to wash the sand away. We were able to park our car and walk to great restaurants and stores. My family has not had a week vacation in over 17 years. This was perfect!!

Can’t beat the location of this cute condo. The outside porch is so nice to relax after a long day at the beach. Close to everything in Dewey beach. The outside showers are a must for a family and made for an easy transition off the beach. The street is also very quiet and not busy- plenty of parking. Great stay!

Our new favorite place to stay!
We have stayed on and off in the same place in Bethany Beach for the last 8 years and when we tried to book it they didn't have our dates. So we searched and found this property. It looked a lot like the one in Bethany so we booked it. A month or so before our stay we were informed that the place was sold and had a new owner. Well we were contacted by Bill and it was handled beautifully and he was up front about everything and everything went smoothly. We were so happy when we got there. It was close to the beach and clean and cozy. The outside of the complex is super nice and we loved the outdoor showers! It was great to be able to just walk into town or across the street to watch the sunset. We couldn't do that at the Bethany Beach house. Thank you Bill for a great vacation! Perfect beach condo
Condo was perfect for a family of 4 (Children 4&1). A few steps to the beach which made it very easy to go back and forth with two small children. Also, walking distance to restaurants, bars, pretty much anything needed. Bill was very attentive and easy to communicate with. Overall it was a fabulous week and we will definitely rent here again! Loved every minute in Dewey!

This was a great little condo with amazing access to the beach. The condo has a nice screened in porch that we used every morning and night. The entire property was well kept and very tidy. This was our first family vacation with two small children and we most definitely will be back.

Great place to stay!
The location was ideal. A nice street with friendly neighbors. Derek was friendly, helpful and communicative. Check in and out were simple. The place was clean and well stocked. We would definitely stay again.

First time at Dewey with children (but I’ve been to this beach plenty of time for an annual mom weekend getaway). The condo was a perfect location. Within a block from the beach entrance, lugging 2 kids with beach gear, this place was perfect. We stayed a week and had plenty to do! We preferred to be away from the busy of Rehoboth and Bethany boardwalk towns but the drives to both beach towns was within 15 minutes and with parking included at the condo and a parking pass for Dewey town, we didn’t have to struggle with parking when coming back! Derek was super responsive and awesome to work with and we would definitely rent here again next year! During our stay our neighbors renting next door had children too so both our families had a lovely time. This condo was perfectly suited for our family of 4 (2 young kids ages 4 and 6). Neighbors upstairs do have a toddler so you can hear him running. We didn’t do much cooking but the place does not have a baking sheet if you plan to bake. The perks of this place: outdoor showers (which was clutch to rinse off the kids and ourselves), there is a hose at the front of the house to hose off sand too, outdoor grills and picnic tables for the condo to use, within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, bay. Overall, condo was perfect for families and Dewey is amazing beach community. Anywhere you stay, the folks, whether local or out of towners are super friendly.

This was the second year we rented the condo and it did not disappoint. When we arrived the condo was very clean and ready for our week's stay. The refrigerator stopped working and Derek returned my call immediately and had a new appliance delivered the next day! We will definitely be back!

Perfect Little Vacation Home
My daughter and her two friends stayed here for a week. They absolutely loved it since it was the perfect size for the three of them. The decorations fit the property very well and there were many amenities (but no baking sheets). Overall they enjoyed their stay and would recommend to other small groups.
