Welcome to Plunge E, an AvantStay home!
This three-story two-bedroom townhome is perfect for a group who loves to spend time in the kitchen. The attractive wall art, walnut floors and its prime location in downtown Telluride just steps from the river trail and ski lifts also add to this unit’s appeal.
Upon entering this townhome, you’ll find a foyer with room to store skis, boots and other hiking gear. A bedroom is located on the first floor with two twin beds that can be converted into a king. The room also has a TV, a VCR, iPod dock with radio and Bluetooth, and plenty of games and videos for guests to use. There is also a bathroom located on the first floor. It features a jetted tub with a shower, an Italian marble sink, and private laundry.
On the second story, guests are welcomed into a light and airy living space with a kitchen, dining room, and sitting area. The kitchen is the gem of this property, with an AGA five-burner gas stove, three ovens, commercial-grade vent hood and racks, a stainless steel prep island, and granite countertops. Even if you don’t like to cook, you’ll be tempted in this kitchen.
The dining table, which is situated under a very unique light fixture, can seat up to six people. The dining room is open to the living room, which has a pull-out double sofa sleeper situated in front of a large flatscreen TV with a Blu-ray player. There is also a balcony off of this room, which has a loveseat swing and stellar views of Ballard Mountain and the surrounding peaks.
The master suite is on the third floor of this unit. The bedroom features a queen bed and ensuite bath with an Italian marble-tiled steam shower and matching basin. A skylight adds to the charm of this bedroom, which also has a double futon and a TV.
This home has wifi and parking. It is located across the street from the river trail and ½ block from Lift #7. It is only a five-minute walk to the gondola and a 15-minute walk to Town Park.

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this condo. Easy walking distance to lift 7 and to the grocery store. The kitchen is great, but could use a few things like Tupperware, aluminum foil, plastic wrap, and spices (they have the containers, but empty). The heated tile floors in the bathrooms are wonderful. We would put our ski boots in there over night, so they were dry and warm for the next day. Perfect spot for us. Love it.

The location of the townhouse was excellent and the kitchen was stocked with everything you need to make a meal. The secondary bathroom had a jetted tub which was great after a day on the slopes. The master had a steam shower which was also enjoyable. It was only a 5 min walk to lift 7. The main gondola is only a 10 min walk. The grocery store is also a 5 min walk from the front door which was very convenient. The only negative was the master bedroom does not have a door. It’s in a loft space connected by stairs directly to the living room. So there is not a lot of privacy and sound from the living room invaded the space in the loft. This is the reason I gave the “accuracy of the listing” 3 stars. The listing suggests it’s a bedroom and in my experience bedrooms so have doors. All in all it was comfortable and I would stay again.

Great spot to jump on lift 7 and not too bad for the Gondola, but a little further walk.
The space was the perfect size for the family of 4 on a ski trip, but it may be tight for more than 4 people with ski gear.
We had an issue getting in at first because there was a back door with a code near the parking lot, but the code provided was for the front door, so once we found the other door it was fine.
All in all this is a great all around spot for a family ski trip.

We enjoyed the property and it's location. About 8 minute walk to gondola which was not too bad. slightly long with a 4 and 8 year old but totally doable. we would stay again. Great memories made!

We've made Telluride an annual destination. This was the first time we decided on a house and so glad we chose this one. Nice place in a great location. Clean and well appointed with a super helpful management team. Hope to return!

Property was as listed. Was a little small for our family and the first night it rained really hard. The downstairs ceiling dripped onto my daughter’s head in bed and we had to move the beds in an already small room and use one of our storage tubs to collect the water over the next couple days. Maintenance came as well as someone from the HOA. Unit was clean and updated and well stocked. It walking distance to everything in Telluride. And to the gondola to get to Mountain Village.

Great location
Enjoyed this location to access everything we needed within walking distance. The condo was clean, contemporary and well maintained. Enjoyed the small balcony looking over the street to enjoy the mountain view and people watching. Would certainly consider staying here again.

Only critique would be that we partially booked this property because it had access to a hot tub. Between the time we booked and stayed, that access had no longer become available and no one had contacted us to tell us the change.
