Welcome to Lulu City 5C, an AvantStay home!
This condo has been completely renovated and is a great place to call home on your Telluride vacation. The Lulu City condominiums are across the street from the San Miguel River and Lift #7, making them a perfect location for skiing and a nice leisurely 10-minute walk to downtown Telluride.
You enter the single-level condo from the second floor. The recently remodeled (December 2017) living room features a 42-inch HDTV flat-screen TV with Roku and Netflix streaming as well as HBO, DVD/ VHS player, CD player, deluxe queen sofa-sleeper, and views of the open Valley Floor to the west (sunset views). Open to the living room is the full kitchen and dining area that seats four. There are also two bar seats on the kitchen island. The kitchen has top-of-the-line decor and professional-grade cookware. It also features a Keurig coffee maker with K-Cups, a regular coffee maker, waffle iron, and a mixer.
From the entry, the bedrooms are to the right. In the master bedroom are a queen bed, 42-inch flat-screen TV with Roku and Netflix streaming as well as HBO, and a private bathroom with a large walk-in shower with a river rock pebble floor. Down the hall is the second bedroom with a twin-over-double bunk bed (captains bunk) and a 20-inch flat-screen TV with Roku and Netflix streaming as well as HBO. The second bathroom has a shower with river rock pebbles. This property uses the ATT TV app as the streaming source.
Each bedroom features black-out shades as well as humidifiers and fans.
The unit has a washer/dryer in the hallway and wireless internet.
The free town shuttle passes by, but downtown is only a 10-minute walk away.

- We allow service animals at this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.

- Please note; As a ski town, many construction projects happen around town all summer. Working hours are 8 am-7 pm.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

**Fantastic Stay at Avant Stays Lulu City!**
Our stay at Avant Stays Lulu City in Telluride, Colorado, was exceptional! The property was immaculate and beautifully decorated, combining modern comfort with mountain charm. The location was perfect, with easy access to Telluride’s vibrant downtown and scenic hiking trails.
The amenities were top-notch, including a heated pool and hot tub, and the well-equipped kitchen made meal prep a breeze. The staff went above and beyond, providing excellent recommendations and assistance throughout our stay.

It was the perfect location in downtown Telluride. It was also near the Gondola to get up to Mountain Village. The property was cute, clean and well equipped. We had a great time and would definitely stay there again.

This condo was excellent in every way! So nicely furnished and great location - super close to everything in town. Pool was a major plus for our kids as well. We loved our stay and only wish we could have stayed longer. We will definitely be back in the future!

This place was clean and spacious! Not all places in downtown Telluride have a view and this one does. Walkable distance to everything and we got to enjoy the pool too!

This property was the perfect home base for a gathering of friends celebrating the 50 year history of world-class bluegrass music in the mountains of Colorado. The location was ideal with an easy 10 minute walk to the music festival each day. The unit was clean and everything worked well. We used the poolside grill twice which, paired with a fully equipped kitchen, made meals super easy and fun. We’ll definitely return.

Lulu city is in a great location - less than 5 min walk to lift 7 and 10 min walk to downtown area. The condo was very clean and well stocked. Would definitely stay here again!

This place was great! Very comfortable, spacious and decorated beautifully. It’s located on the edge of town so we used the free town bus-galloping goose to take us to the gondola when we didn’t want to just walk, but definitely easy to walk to things as well.

This condo was an easy place to stay during a quick visit to Telluride. It had all the amenities we needed for my son's hockey tournament and easy access to town. We would stay there again in a heartbeat!

I absolutely loved our stay here so much, it is so clean and easy to check in. Everyone responds so quickly with answers to questions and things to do. The location is beyond perfect, it is in the town and an amazing view of the mountains and lake & even elk. Such an incredible, special place. I will bring my family back here yearly, thank you so much! If you choose anywhere to stay in Telluride, definitely stay here! :)

This condo was nicely appointed and newly remodeled. Beds were comfy with lots of extra blankets and pillows. Easy walk to the Gondola and super close to Clarks Market. Not a tremendous view, but that was not a issue. No balcony but again not a big issue.

Parking was a slight issue the first day we arrived because the town was so busy and there weren't many spots, but the next day a close parking spot opened up and it wasn't an issue the rest of the trip.
The town shuttle comes right by the condo which makes getting around town super easy.
The condo's cookware is stocked very well. We chose to cook in for dinner each night and the kitchen made this so much easier.
Beds were super comfortable. Bathrooms and showers were great. Having a washer and dryer in the condo was SO GREAT! Having the ski locker outside the door was nice to keep the ski equipment and snow out of the condo.

Great property. Condo was well appointed and very comfortable for our family get away. Unfortunately the pool and hot tub were under construction and not available for use. We enjoyed the stay and would definitely book again.

Very well located. Small but enough for our party of 5. Small rooms but big bathrooms. Everything was new. The only small thing was that you can hear the wood floor cracking from upstairs when people walking on it. Other than that, everything was great! I recommend this place.

Stay here!
We LOVED staying here. It was so well decorated and had everything you could possibly need. Very convenient location! We had 2 couples and a friend. We all slept well and our friend reported the sleeper sofa was very comfortable. It was the perfect amount of space. We will be back!

The unit itself has very thin walls and ceiling. We could always hear the people upstairs, creaking floors and thumping.
The beds are very uncomfortable and lousy pillows.
There is nowhere to put your skis, The unit has a ski locker but it is locked and reserved for the owners. Also the garage is locked and reserved for the owners. It is another hassle to bring all of our ski gear upstairs and inside.
Also not enough seating around the tv for the family of 4.
Next time we will pick something better.
