With an open floor plan, locally inspired decor, and modern chef’s kitchen, this spacious home is a welcoming abode after a day of eating, vintage shopping, and bar hopping.

Visitors flock to Broadway, a street lined with multi-level bars playing live music and serving bbq. You might get stuck in traffic behind party bikes called Pedal Taverns, but you’re more likely to cheer them on than get road rage because having fun is part of the culture in Nashville.
Nearby attractions: Broadway, Nashville Farmer’s Market, Ryman Auditorium, Honky Tonk, Bridgestone Arena, Centennial Park, Monell’s (Southern), Rolf and Daughters (Italian), Henrietta Red (Seafood), O-ku (Sushi).

A month before our week-long reunion, I received a call notifying me that one of our reserved condos had been sold, and that we would have to move half of our family to another available unit. I nearly had a heart attack. I shouted out "NO! This is a family reunion. We must have adjacent condos." I remained adamantly opposed, even though I was told "the available one is in the same complex. It's just a few steps across the parking lot." My voice and BP went up another notch. That was when I was saved by Angie, who calmly said, "give me an hour and I can find you adjacent condos in our other complex that is close by." And she did it! The transfer was smoothly completed. Angie took care of all details such as sending a revised contract to sign and pictures of the new units. No worries!
The rest of the week was good. There were many steps to climb in each unit as we visited back and forth or enjoyed the rooftop patios. Good exercise.
The condos were new. Furnishings were comfortable. Our group of 19 could meet for meals and games in one unit. Kitchen was well set up.
When one bathroom sink had an issue of not draining, the maintenance crew was right on it.

Overall our stay was great. Clean and accomodating. The location was ok if your planning on Broadway excursions. Only thing that came up was original booking was off the market and reasonable accommodations were made, although further down the complex from the rest of the group. I would book again.

This is a great rental in great relation to everything in the city. The area is much better than described in other reviews. Awesome setup for a large group.

We had a great time in Nash for family fun. The neighborhood is a little sketchy. Kroger across street was awesome but would go with a friend. Car windows on car beside our car were smashed on wake up Sunday am. I would definitely lock and remove all belongings but townhomes are great.

We rented the Twain and Musgraves houses and it was perfect for our bachelorette party of 17 girls. It was nice to have two houses especially when one group was more outgoing so part of us were able to go to sleep while the other half stayed up late. The Kroger across the street was very convenient but it was also slightly sketchy so I would recommend travelling in groups. Additionally, the Amazon driver came into the house to drop off a package which was very alarming and quite frankly scary for one of our girls that was in the house alone.

Our party of 10 had an ideal stay at Musgrave and Twain Units. The rooms were spacious and easily accessed. Living area lent itself well to a large group hanging out. Being side by side units also made our ability to get back and forth between j its easily. Very close to downtown and Broadway. The Kroger across the street was a huge plus for us. Parking was also easy and in front of the units. Will definitely look to stay there again for the next time the conference is in Nashville.

We rented out two units next door for a birthday party (13 people). It was perfect for all of us! Plenty of space and there is a grocery store right across the street.
Easily accessible all around town via an Uber or scooters!

Great property. Grocery store across the street was a big bonus. Would definitely stay again!

We rented 2 town houses side by side. We came with a large group with a older group/parents and kids 18+. It worked out great to have all parents, aunt and uncle on one side and the 'kids' in the other house. We were all able to split to get our own rooms and plenty of bathrooms to allow us to get ready. The Kroger across the street was convenient to walk over to get snacks/drinks. It was an easy walk to do some activities in Germantown as well as uber to other locations. We all enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place to stay in the future. Thank you for the wonderful experience in Nashville!!

Great experience overall! It wasn’t scenic but it was very convenient to all of the local sites. Having the Kroger store across the street was very handy! We Uber’d most of the time and within 5-10 minutes we were where we wanted to be. We also did some walking… to the Farmers market and to the State House. It was nice to see some green space. The sprinkler system
greeted us each night when we got back to the front door of the house which was tricky and with nice shoes and boots on … not fabulous. All in all, we would recommend for large groups! Nashville is a blast.

Such a nice property and location. Short uber ride to downtown. Nice quiet location and across from a grocery store. Would definitely book again!

Our group of 12 adults recently stayed at two of the adjacent condos and it was a great experience. Did not experience any issues with the booking process, checking in or require any contact with the property during our stay. Very well-maintained homes with spacious rooms and bathrooms on every level. The kitchen and seating area were also enjoyed for breakfast or listening to music. Would highly recommend the properties to anyone considering a weekend in Nashville.

Great updated property with lots of room and nice toiletries, but upon check in we noticed what looked like dip? stuck on the ceiling in the kitchen and one of the beds had sheets with blood stains on them. Aside from that, the property itself was in otherwise good condition and clean.
We were messaged twice during our stay about noise: asking if we were ok? which felt silly when you have a group of 15 together. I’m not sure what one could expect with a group that size, but in the future I won’t be booking here again for that reason. There was a karaoke mic provided in the living room but we couldn’t use it because of the noise policy.

The property fit all 16 of us comfortably and extremely close to all Nashville locations and airport.

Loved the guitar and turntable in the living room, a nice touch. Rooms were clean and spacious. Grocery store across the street was a big plus.

14 adults stayed in two side-by-side units (#1 and #2) and we could not have been more impressed with the accommodations. Both units were were very clean and comfortable and we had everything we needed. Though it is in an area undergoing a transition, we felt very safe and the nearby grocery store was a blessing. The only downside to the location is its distance (1.5+ miles) from downtown. The walk to downtown was a bit long but a short Uber ride back.
I highly recommend these units.

Beautiful place!
We had a combined bachelor/bachelorette party with all of our wedding party. We had 8 couples that came along. The space was super clean, spacious and everyone enjoyed themselves. Loved that there was accommodations for kids (pack n play, high chair) and that there were fans in the bedrooms. One of our rooms, the outlets weren’t working. We called to let them know and they had someone there within an hour and he flipped the breaker and it was fixed. Super fast response to our concern. Thank you! We would book here again!
