Besides the dirty floor. I slept well.

The staff was amazing. I was exhausted and my car key was stuck in the fob and she tried for 30min to fix it AND SHE DID!!!

The floors in the room were filthy. Our feet were black after getting out the showers and walking on the floor

Only thing bad about it is there was a rat in the room

It was clean and the room was nice and the staff was really nice

We woke up in the middle of the night and it was a rat eating our food ! They have rats

Find a different place to stay.

There was nothing to like in this place.

The place was dirty, my reservation was canceled by the staff and passed to a different customer by the time I arrive, for one night I paid over $170 with the fees they apply, I was told that the extra charges will be returned to my card next day and they only return $46 small part of it week later. Contract says different price on it and they charge completely different prices. The staff was extremity rude when I walked in to check in, the lady behind the counter point finger to me and told me to shush to that time when they will have time for me. When I ask for the room price they said,, every room is in the same price'' and that was a lie .There was a car with the alarm blasting every few minutes over the whole entire night and nothing was done by the staff. There was containers with the cigarettes butts by every other door outside of the rooms and trash was all over the place. Please see the pictures.

Front desk personally was friendly and informative

Room had about 50 dead flies all over floor..no remote to tv ..no telephone in room all lightbulbs were blown ...fridge wasn't cold or clean

Fucking straight from the depths of hell

This hotel is the worst once in side the room it’s not great but managlbe . It’s everything outside the rm that is just gross. They charged my card 2x causing me to go into overdrafts costing me 163 plus being without money till Monday. They didn’t pay it back when it was their mistake an they care less for my troubles from losing $163. If I didn’t already have money issues at moment I would never have landed in that dump but since I did it cost more stress to my already shaky finances but again they can only say sorry or I will call u back but they don’t. Manager will not even get on the phone to speak to me. This bad review is not my final word with them though they will here from me everyday till I get over being thoroughly 😡. Don’t waste money or your life at this cesspool of the bottom of the barrel people that inhabit this rathole.

Bed was comfortable

Soap was still in the shower from the previous person who rented the room, shower ceiling was peeling, bathtub moved when you stood on it. My chain lock the screw for it was hanging half way out. I put my lunch box for work in the fridge and the fridge leaked all over my food.

My room had no ac so I went to front desk and talked to someone about it (which was different than who checked me in) he did everything he could do to make sure I was able to get another room. Only bad thing was the room I was moved to was much smaller yet I still had to pay for tha first room I got that had no a/c, not to mention the roaches!! But I still commend the employee who did all he could to find me a room.

Poor Value

Address on the listing was wrong. Staff accidentally cancelled my reservation prior to our arrival and had to rebook everything. Rooms were not clean and the beds still had dirt and hair. Cockroaches in the bathroom. Bad area.

Nice room still in middle of renovation. Dead batteries in the TV remote, so no TV available.

I did not have a breakfast.

The staff seemed very confused concerning my billing issue. They charged me an additional $50.00 for a 'security' deposit and said that $50.00 would be refunded when I checked out. But my VISA card this morning not only shows $182.48 having been charged ... which included the $50.00 deposit ... which was to have been refunded at check-out, but showed an ADDITIONAL $50.00 charge instead of the $50.00 refund?! PLEASE CORRECT THIS ERROR!!!

Easy highway access.quiet location.

Timer switch in bathroom very bad planning. Took me 5 minutes to get out of the tub to turn light back on.motion switch not working correctly.

Name of hotel didn’t match, staff not available, no breakfast, pool not open, everything looked like it could fall apart any minute, people outside smoking everywhere, room smelled like smoke.
