This home was perfect for my softball ohana from Hawaii. The space was exactly what we needed and more. Lots of space, towels, dishes and the pool and jacuzzi was amazing. Check in and check out process what very easy and simple. Would definitely book again.

We stayed at Carla & Shelly's place with my family and their friends and had the best experience imaginable. The place is centrally located, close to golf courses & restaurants. The WiFi is strong (we measured 100mbps), so my husband could do his Zoom calls without any issues. The bedrooms all have their own bathroom and plenty of privacy. We especially loved pool area and game room, that the kids were able to play for a while! The kitchen had everything you can think of to cook massive meals for the family. The living room is spacious and cozy with a large television. Each room also had television! The host Carla and Shelly attended to all of our needs and we were delighted by the care and attention they provided. Overall, a wonderful experience. We certainly cannot wait to be back again soon.

This house is beautiful and very well equipped for our friends and family. The host Carla and Shelly were always available for our needs. The house is beautiful, the rooms were very spacious, the location was very nice and central to a lot of stores and restaurants. The game room was so fun and we enjoyed playing in the pool. We highly recommended this place if you are looking for a mini getaway. We will stay again next year for sure!

If you are looking for a getaway home in the desert, This is the place! My family and I needed a home away from home where we can play in the pool, golfing for my husband, and enjoy a family get together. The host Carla & Shelly were very responsive, attended to our needs, had the pop guy come in to make sure the pool was cared for. The kitchen was extremely packed with everything we needed we needed, the game room was great with an arcade game, pool table, basketball shooting game & bocci court outside. The place was centrally located to many stores, golf courses and minutes away from restaurants. It was such a great experience and we can’t wait to come back again soon! Thank you so much for letting us stay :)

I brought a 12, 13 and 15 year old with me and this house kept them entertained! The game room with the basketball, pool table, and foosball was lots of fun! Rooms were nice and great air conditioning! The week we spent here got up to 120 degrees and it was still a great trip! I did have a hard time finding the spa instructions... Which are to the right of the garage, along that side of the house: spa heater is all the way to the left, flip up black cover and select "spa heat" (make sure the red gas valve, on the left pipe of heater unit, is turned on: turned to run with the pipe). Also, there are two big black valves to the right of the heater unit that run along the back wall that are both turned to the right, the one on the right controls the waterfall and needs to be turned off (turned all the way to left) for waterfall to be turned off and spa to heat. Once done using the spa make sure to turn spa heater off and waterfall back on... The pool techs told me that it is important for the waterfall to run all day because it circulates the chlorine in the hot weather. The tvs live stream so have a Roku account or Hulu account! Other than that everything was fantastic! Great price for a great stay! Safe neighborhood and good location! Just down the street from three grocery stores!

House was not ready for check in at 3pm, waited over an hour for cleaning crew to finish up, the pool was overheated (we never asked for heating) as hot as the jacuzzi no one was able to enjoy it- mind you it was 105 F and all any of us wanted to do was spend the day in the pool. Even the pool guy that came to check said the water should not be so hot! The AC in the house stopped working the 1st night. The temp did not drop below 86F, no one was able to sleep, did not get a response whatsoever about this from the owner/manager after several messages were left. It was so hot and unbearable due to the broken AC that we cut our trip short and left a day early. Only thing positive was the game room which at least kept our teens and kid occupied for a bit. Will not stay here ever again. I find that we deserve a refund for the day we had to cut our trip short

We made lots of memories here! Great accommodations and location. The host, Carla, is very responsive and accommodating. The winds from the previous evening of our arrival made the pool a mess…Carla had her pool guy come immediately and we were in the pool for an evening swim. Thank you!

5 stars! Cannot recommend this place enough. Will definitely be returning if/when our travels bring us back to the area. The house was large and spacious, able to comfortably accommodate the 12 of us (all adults over 25) staying here for an extended weekend. The photos and descriptions were accurate, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the common areas were perfect for lounging and hanging out. Especially loved the outdoor spaces -- patio, heated pool and hot tub, bocce court, etc. And our host Carla was the absolute best. She was super-responsive (both leading up to and during our stay), and it was clear that she wanted to ensure that we were taken care of and had the best of times. Can't wait to return. Thank you so much!

The location of this property was perfect for the Indian Wells tennis tournament. 5 minutes. And the quality of the property was superb. The owner or someone is really paying attention to detail. We plan to return next year.

Our group of guys came for a weekend baseball tournament, and it was perfect for us. Great gameroom, plenty of TVs and a kitchen with all the utensils we needed. The property manager was very responsive and was eager to make sure our stay was enjoyable. We look forward to coming back next year!

Great home for family with kids of all ages; between the pool, spa, game room, and bocci court there was plenty to keep everyone entertained. Comfortable beds, kitchen stocked with basic necessities made it an easy get-away for our family. Would stay again!!

Had so many different things to do for a family not trying to leave anywhere. Pool was beautiful and amazing. Game room was fun! Kept my 3 boys (one being autistic) entertained! Thank you for allowing us to stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this location in the desert. The place is *Newly Renovated* New landscape, furnitures that were incredible! Central location to a lot of restaurants & golf courses. Great experience with the host, A Must see and Highly recommend!

I had a great time with my family stay in Laguna Dunes and I definitely recommend it. Can't wait to be back and the location is center to a lot of activities for family. The host is fantastic very easy to communicate and able to attend our needs right away. Cannot wait to comeback soon.
