Luxurious Southern Shores Cottage
Step into this luxurious Southern Shores cottage and you'll be Totally Beachin! With modern amenities and a spacious interior, this home is perfect for your family's next Outer Banks vacation! A neighborhood beach access is just a 2-minute/0.1-mile walk away at the end of the street so it's easy to spend the day by the ocean.
A large driveway and carport make loading and unloading easy. Rinse off in the outdoor shower and then you can unwind in the bubbly hot tub on the covered deck! You'll love going for a dip in the new private pool. There are two bedrooms on this floor—each with TVs for entertainment and convenient deck access. One room contains 2 Twin Beds while the other features a Queen Bed. A separate room contains a Pyramid Bunk Bed with Trundle acting as a private kids oasis with TV/DVD/Stereo/CD system and game/book library. A laundry room with washer/dryer is also located on this level and a convenient half bath can be found in the stairwell landing.
Walk upstairs to the beautiful great room with a spacious living area, fully stocked kitchen with island bar seating, and a dining room with gorgeous views of Southern Shores through the surrounding windows. Rest easy in one of two Master King Bedrooms on this level, each with a TV/VCR/DVD combo and an attached full bathroom. Step outside every morning on the screened-in porch to enjoy your coffee alongside a warm, coastal breeze and when you crave a little sunlight, relax on the sun deck with your favorite book.

Visitors to Southern Shores love this small, coastal town where you can enjoy quiet, unobstructed beaches while still being within close proximity to local shops and restaurants. A few miles down the road, A WalMart Supercenter, Food Lion and Harris Teeter are available for all your supply and grocery needs. Pick up dinner to-go from Southern Shores Pizza or enjoy a night out at Steamers Restaurant where you'll find fresh, locally sourced seafood steamed up to perfection. Don't forget to swing by Crumbl to buy a fresh box of cookies for dessert! For a fun adventure, you and your friends can try escaping from one of the exciting rooms at OBXscape. You could also head north to Corolla to explore the 4x4 beaches and maybe catch a glimpse of the wild mustangs or head south to Kill Devil Hills and Nags Head where your family will be able to enjoy local attractions like the Wright Brothers Memorial, Jockey's Ridge, the Bodie Island Lighthouse and Jennette's Pier, just to name a few!
